Went here for my daughters 8th birthday. My kids and nephew had so much fun! The new nfc system with the wristbands/ cards is awesome! You can choose all you can play for a set amount of time or points. And the tickets you win are loaded into your wristband/ card. So much better than the coins/ tickets system.All of the employees were friendly. They wore masks appropriately and sanitized surfaces regularly. Bathrooms were clean.

Awesome takeout! $5 and under menu during quarantine. We got a cheese pizza and a supreme pizza along with cotton candy. Pizzas were perfectly cooked with a generous amount of toppings. It was so good that it was half gone by the time I got to take a picture. The slightly smaller slice size (12 slices here vs 10 at most places) makes it easy for kids to eat. Every time we go the employees are very nice and accommodating as well. All praise from me!

I havent been to Chuck E. Cheese since I was a child. I wanted to reminisce a bit and decided to order takeout and see if their pizza tastes as good to me as it did when I was a kid. I enjoyed it, its good pizza.

Kids love this place. I especially like it for both kids and parents, having birthday parties there. Pizza, pop and games. You can bring your own cake for celebrating. It can get a little chaotic at times...any child birthday party (if its fun) can get that way. Here all you need to do is pack up presents, kids and go home. No mess to clean up!

Took my daughter for her birthday. Lots of fun! Bought the unlimited play for an hour for her and her brother (the only way to for). The pizza was crazy good. Im disappointed that you cant order just that to go.

Kids are always happy and have a great time. Pizza is delicious. Cant wait for them to open back up after Quarantine is over. Try the carry out menu, you wont be disappointed!

The staff was friendly and the food was good. This was a smaller location than Im used to, but they had a pretty decent selection of games. It was pretty crowded on a Saturday early evening, but Id go back again in the future.

Very clean and organized for having a bunch of screaming kids sprinting in circles. They did a good job getting the food out on time as well.Minus 1 star for no longer having tubes or a ball pit... felt more like a kids version of Dave & Busters rather than a Chuck E. Cheese. Also, somebody get that mouse a Red Bull.

My oldest to my youngest still have as much fun as I did as a kid (still do)

A fun experience for the kids with lots of fun game to play and tickets to collect.. I think going by hour was better than point you can play as much as you want for 1 or 2 hours depends on what package u get, game are fun to play, for young ones and older ages too...During the play Chucky cheese comes out and entertains the kids....There are also ride for toddlers and photobooths for memories....

Went here for a birthday party. Was pretty clean and fun. Food was decent as well. All in all a fun time.

1st time ever with the family for daughter Birthday fun. Clean, welcoming place. Staff was able to answer questions and acomidating. Girls had fun with plenty of games their age range (5/6 yrs). Definitely will come back as the food was really good as well. Planned for 2 hours stayed for 4, was a great day.

Pizza was good, but as long as it has been there, ( even going back to the Showbiz days ) I think that they have taken alot of the fun stuff away, and its now more catered towards kids ranging from 8 yrs old and up, there is not much for a kid 3 yrs old. Which is why I was there for a 3 year old birthday party. And she had a total of 4 thing to do.

So I ordered food, was asked i I had just ordered. I said no. She said, “alrriiight” with such an attitude my ear rang. When i walk in to get the order, workers are dancing and sitting there doing nothing.i ordered 2 pizzas two fries and two churros. THEY DIDNT MAKE CHURROS AND ONLY GAVE ME PIZZA AND FRIES. When I bring this to their attention, the manager was also rude, and told me I could come back in 10 minutes to pick them up. I understand it’s a pandemic but this is crazy for them to be so rude and careless about their company and their customers.

Kids had a blast. The pizza was great and the kids played their hearts out.

The remodel looks nice, it seems to have more room. Pizza is still good, I just wish it didnt cost 1000 tickets to get something from the dollar store...the kids still had a great time though.

Yuck, besides the sticky tables and the long wait for your pizza, there are very few games for kids to play. I remember now, why I havent been here for many years.

1st time Ive ever been here. It is surprisingly good. The pizza was good. The salad bar wasnt huge but had everything you need to make a good salad. Very fresh items too!

Terrifying place. Daughter absolutely loves it. The birthday parties are cool, most stuff is provided, just bring the kids, cake, and gifts.I really suggest visiting during the week unless you enjoy having a headache

Took my 3yr old there and had a blast. Games use cards now instead of tokens and the pizza was excellent!

We Love the cauliflower pizza. It gives you peace of mind knowing that they check you in and then as you leave. Friendly staff.

We went here for my daughters birthday and the kids loved it! The pizza was very good and the video games were a lot of fun. The restaurant was clean and nice. One suggestion is to download the Skate Universe game. Its an easy way to get a lot of tickets before you go. We will definitely be back!

Our son has Autism and this has always been our goto place for him. The fact that they gaurd the entrance is probably #1 selling point. They have recently remodeled the entire place and it feels musch less cramped and cleaner. The new touch screen dance floor isso cool! Both of pur kidslove it here. Gave it 4 out of 5 because it is very expensive.

Its different from how it used to look they dont use tokens anymore the chicken wasnt that good but the pizza was but the kids had fun so thats important

The staff are friendly and helpful. If you go before 2 its less busy if its a school day. Very safe, friendly and clean environment for kids to let lose and have fun! The only thing that could be improved is the price. I do feel its a bit on the expensive side.

When I was a kid I remember this place being so much fun. Today I went to a birthday party there. The staff was attentive during the party. Bathrooms were clean. Kids were all having a blast. I may have overlooked it, but they should offer hand sanitizer. Overall it could use updating and an expansion. Its pretty small and crowded in there.

Not my thing but my Grandkids just Love it and that makes us Very Happy! So 3 stars for me and 5 for my Grandkids....LOL

Overall good experience for my daughters birthday. The cook had a terrible attitude though. I had two of the buzzers to let you know your pizza was done. The front desk cashier didnt tell me what to do with them when they went off to let me know my pie was in the window. The cook literally tosses my large into the window and turns to walk away. So obviously idk his name, so i stand there until he turns back around to ask where i should put it. His actual response before i could get out a word was, what? Its done, take it to which my response was, you dont have to have an attitude, and he gave me the meanest face lol i didnt care though, its not like he was busy. Besides is, there was only 1 family there (wednesday at 2 pm during a school day) other than that, we had a great time. Chuck e cheese in saginaw, mi.

Unlimited play cards was awesome. Had a blast with the whole family. Kids got lots of tickets to get special stuff in the end. A bit pricey so we didnt eat there. But it was awesome. Love to play around on the games there.

Took my son to a birthday party, he seemed to have a blast, we were there from 12:30 - 2:30, Ive heard if you go after 6 its pretty busy. Prizes are kinda cheesy.

Chuck E Cheese has gone down so much. They had my sister excited about seeing Chuck E Cheese live and even did a count down until Chuck E came out; when it was time for Chuck E to come out, no one came; my sister was sad and crying.

A classic. not the same as it used to be but it is super fun. Looking forward to going back very soon

The restaurant is always clean. Staff is friendly and helps find the best deals for what you want to buy. The manager has been the same man from when I was a child. Very friendly, and always working on fixing equipment to keep games running smoothly. The new pay to play is way better then purchasing tickets.

The only thing that this place really has going for it is that it still sells beer. Had a birthday party here and within minutes of giving the two kids there token cards, the kids were crying about how other kids had come up to them and stolen their cards right from hands. Nobody was friendly and most of the games are getting out dated. Not the worse place to go I guess, pizza and cookie were tasty, however still it was just a negative expirience.

Kids had fun, food was ok. I guess my concern was, that there was a County Sheriff on duty inside as security. Made us feel safe, but if its necessary to have security, its probably not going to be a place to take the kids in the future.

Recently renovated, finally its up to the standards. Kids will truly enjoy it.

Cashier told my wife and I 2 salad bars were ordered, i went to get my plate and a manager grabbed my plate out of my hand and said it wasnt included and proceeded to throw my plate out. Not wanting to disappoint my children i stayed. Machines go down, no one around and if you can get over them having an armed guard there i guess youll enjoy the terrible overpriced food.

Entertained a couple kids for a hour without spending a ton. Tickets are somewhat a rip off. I would rather go and buy my kids the same toys from the dollar store.

Overall value was good. The restaurant was redone and they have a special all day price now which made the experience fun.

Always a great place to take the kids as long as its before 5pm. Management was on floor present and happy to help. Mike was his name and was doing an amazing job

What a great place to take kids for birthday party also a good family fun day. Food is always hot and fresh and thay have a small salad bar. Games work great and always has an attendant close to fix and replace tickets . Will deffintly plan other birthdays at this location. You get a hosttess for your party and it leaves you time to enjoy the birthday party with the kids. It was easy and safe for the kids.

Fun for the kids but youre definitely not going to write home about the pizza!

Compared to arcades, you get way more play for your money. You cant go wrong with unlimited play for X minutes; way more bang for your buck

Overall experience was bad due to bad parents not attending to their children and the drink station/salad bar. The drink station is always sticky and covered in trash and the salad bar had half rotted lettuce and toppings.

Very expensive for what you get. Staff was unoganized and didnt know simple things like, details of coupons and special combos. After spending 80 dollars on 1 medium pizza, 2 salad bars, and 2, 1 hour play cards, they cleared our table of everything when we went out to play the games. We were away from the table just a short time and still had our drinks and half the pizza there. They threw everything away and didnt do anything to correct the problem once something was said. Not impressed at all with how this place is ran or the workers running it. Its almost like the employees maturity is on par with the children playing the games.

Sunday morning into early afternoon was wonderful today. There were fewer patrons and more availability to the games. Everything was working and ready to play. The salad bar was fresh and the came out just great! Thank you to the staff and Chuck E who made a great experience for our afternoon.

Very terrible Ill never go back. The guy who I met at the entrance was very very rude. There wasnt hardly anything for my kids to do. They took away so many things. We simply walked BK out after being there for 20secs

Overpriced, half the machines were out of order or kept running out of tickets. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff though.

Kids love it. As an adult, service is okay. Now that they have the cards, everything else is self service. You have to get your own food and clean you own tables. If a machine goes down, finding some to fix it is almost impossible.

The games kept messing up but the staff did quick repairs and offered compensation on the cards or on tickets. Reason for 3 stars is the pizza, we ordered traditional but it was about as thin as a thin crust. We will be back Im sure.

Great staff, food, and fun.

I had a call in order for a pizza. The front counter was extremely busy and one of the cashiers was given an issue from another employee of something he had previously rung up wrong for another customer. Instead of telling the employee just a moment and finishing her customers. She stopped ringing the customer to deal with the receipt. I was in the other line but I watched the frustrating looks of those people having to wait. I just saw a better way to handle a little rush.

Weekends its super hard to find non reserved seating. I know they are booked full with parties but theres just nowhere for parents to sit if the party area is full. Pizza has changed, it was pretty good.

.Large parking lot. Clean parking lot. Large restaurant plenty of seats. Lots of games to entertain the kids. They have Chucky Cheese come out and dance with the kids. He also throws tickets out for the kids. When playing the games they win tickets to cash in for prizes. The restaurant was clean, the drink area was clean. The pizza was good. They have a salad bar area. It was o.k. Grandkids had a good time.

Wow. No more physical tokens. That was weird. I had fun and so did the kids. Some new games and a few old favorites. Very cool that they have sensory Sundays (I believe thats what they called it) just for kiddies that need it. Staff was amazing....not just one or two of them but all of them we came across were a perfect fit for dealing with kids. Cute trinkets and toys for prizes. The food was great too! Still a good place to go. Kids got to dance with Chuck E. too.

The following of was delicious for a kids joint. I spent my money for my daughters birthday party and it was worth every penny. She had a blast and had a great time with the girls and the entertainment. The location was price appropriately for my budget.
