Great staff and fully stocked. Everyone was very helpful and more than willing to hunt down what I needed. Add a coupon and you are all set. Definitely a nice place to shop.

Classes cost from 2$ and sometimes FREE!

Love this place. I can always find what I need and I can even be specific on colors and types of paint. They almost always have amazing deals on their everyday stock, and the holiday deals are just as good when those go on sale.

I think they shrunk their yarn selection...it seems smaller than last I visited. Their caron cake selection is varied, but good for the most part. I wish they carried more caron one pound options.

Looks very nice inside, lines were a little long but they had alot of good deals going on so it was expected. Bought a set of neat kids pencils for my daughters friend, great deal!

I was not impressed. I walked in and said hello to the cashier as I walked by her and she didnt say anything. When I went up to check out she asked if I had the rewards card and I said no that I had never been there before so she says ok and gives me a total....so I had to ask about signing up for a rewards card...still dont know what the purpose is though as she didnt bother explaining it to me. There was one worker that had been stocking shelves that I asked for help and she knew right where to find the item I was looking for and took me right to it so that was the best part of my trip there. Based on the interaction with the cashier Im sure Ill check hobby lobby or Joanns before going back.

Im giving 2 stars because I am not sure if this is entirely Michaels @ Saginaws fault or not.Yesterday I placed an order online for in store pickup. All my items said they were in stock, and I received a confirmation email. About 30 minutes later I received an email saying my order was cancelled with no explanation. I call the store to see what was going on with my order. The associate asked for my name, put me on hold, came back on the line and said we couldnt find your item so we cancelled the order I had purchased multiple items online, so I asked if they were not able to find one or all of my items. Then she says that was for another order... now I get confused because I have already gave her my name once.I was put on hold again only to be told that they never received my order in the store so I need to call customer service to see why it was cancelled.I call customer service and this is the worst customer service I have spoken to. The lady on the phone had no emotion and was completely monotone. She said she was unable to find my order with the confirmation number I gave her. Thats it...nothing else. She said she could file a claim and have a supervisor contact me. This is the second time I have ordered for in store pickup and my order has been cancelled (the first time they were out of stock of everything in my order... even though on their site the items said in stock at this store). I do not have faith in their pickup in store option, I feel like its unfair to have it as an option if it doesnt work. I didnt want to file a claim with their customer service department, because I just needed some craft supplies. Thankfully, Hobby Lobby is right down the road and they always have what I need and have great customer service.

Clearly states on their website that they can take competitors coupons, but when we went in today, they said they weren’t excepting them... maybe take it down then on your website?

Today I had my daughters 6th birthday party at Michaels craft store. Best money ever spent for a birthday party. They supply the invitations, thank you cards, all craft supplies (pre cut out may I add) and clean up. I just supplied food/drinks and plates etc. Ms. Robin was AMAZING!! She helped led the crafts with the kids and she was even dressed up with her unicorn hat and shirt. She was very patient and entertaining. She was definitely made for this!! The manager was very friendly and checked up on us too and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you all so much from the bottom of our heart! Everything turned out great and we all had a good time!

As a creative person, I visit this store fairly often. I love their selection of holiday decor and craft materials. They always have fantastic deals and email coupons if you sign up for their free rewards program. If you spy something out of your price range it is usually pretty easy to find cheap materials to create your own unique items. The staff is super friendly and they always help you find whatever it is youre looking for.

Had a friend drive over 20 to buy Jar Candles on clearance & their was not 1 candle ️ available for the price

I love Michaels so much. I wont shop at Hobby Lobby, so this is my go to for all my yarn crafts. They have sales all the time, and if youre a regular shopper you can get some pretty great coupons. I got $200+ worth of stuff for around $60 one time. Online ordering is pretty easy, too. Im aware they do price matching, but I havent utilized this perk yet.

Massive selection of everything you need to craft of decorate your home. Prices are definitely less than desired as they are a bit pricey, but they seem to always have a decent sale and coupons available.

This store seems so confusing to me. I dont know why but it seems like its set up so different than other stores. I wanted some Christmas ribbon but all they had were $10 rolls. I also wanted chalk paint pens, not markers, and they didnt sell them. So, I settled for printable labels from Staples and 18 yards of ribbon from JoAnns for $2.52! Wasted my time at Michaels!

Michaels has an extensive range of products and have coupons available every week. I often find that staff on the floor to assist with questions are scarce. The quality of some of the unpainted wood items leaves room for improvement, hence why I did not purchase said items. Staff that I have interacted with a friendly and helpful.
