Katrina helped me at the Saginaw Location. She was Very helpful and very educated on the products. I’ve shopped at other locations and I’ve never gotten service like Katrina gave me . She made me feel very calm and not embarrassed to share the reason I was in there. She went above and beyond to make sure what ever I left the store with I was exactly what I wanted. I purchased a Massage Kit from her and a Womanizer. Katrina is the reason I will be coming to Saginaw Location for all my lovers Lane needs. Get staff and great selection. Everyone is friendly and non judgmental. The girls were willing to explain in detail functions and and pros and cons of various toys as well as help with suggestions. The coupon books they sell as definitely worth the $10. My new favorite store.

I had a great experience shopping here! The staff was really friendly and even willing to give a demonstration. They had a huge variety of toys so it wouldnt matter if you were a beginner or experienced. They had a good variety of lingerie and costumes too! Overall great experience and I have already recommended this store to a lot of my friends.

Probably wont ever be back at this location. Customer service was horrendous, and every employee working had pissed off expressions on their faces like they hated their jobs. You would think working at a niche business like this you would receive a customer experience that encourages you to come back to spend money...not this store...Ill buy online from now.
