Great place for kids safe and clean

This is a great place for an end of season soccer party or birthday party. Very laid back atmosphere. You bring your own food and hang out. You can have a kids vs. Parents game or just sit on the bleachers and watch the kids.

Nice stadium to just go play and watch. My only complaint however is that it was too damn cold in there. Other wise pretty good

Awesome place to play. I play on a mens indoor team, and my niece plays on a kids indoor team as well. Me and my buddies have been renting out this place once a week for a few years now and love coming here. They provide an amazing indoor facility to get out of the elements and just have fun. I read some of the negative reviews and they just dont do this place justice. Anyone want to play soccer (which is a somewhat contact sport) then try soccer planet. They have competitive and recreational leagues. I will keep coming here for years to come.

The guy was rude and when my Tia fell he just said to be more cautious and was talking rude to me and my cousin and had no morals

Went to a birthday party here. The facility was clean, the indoor soccer field was well kept with the exception of a seam on the east side of the field that was 2 inches wide and a inch deep. I kept tripping on it but it was fine during fast pace play. It only had 1 young employee working which is normal for most indoor facilities in the sac area. Overall it was a good experience.

Clean, family friendly indoor soccer

The customer service is really bad. I tried for weeks to get someone on the phone to sign my team up for a league. They only like 2 people who can sign up teams and the hours arent consistent. They do not communicate when schedules are up or when they change. 2 or 3weeks ago, they were closed for the day, but did not let any of the coaches know. Our team and our opponents arrived to find a sign on the door saying they were closed. They then didnt let us know there would be a make up game. I just happened to look to see when our playoff game was, and saw it. We were also inadequately matched up. We are a rec team playing comp teams. It has not been a good season. We most likely wont play here again.

The kids love the indoor field. We had a good time. We loved what they serve at the snack bar

Not enough places to sit and its freezing cold inside.

We have played here for about 5 seasons and the refs keep getting worse and worse. The absolute worst place I have played and I have played at all the arenas in Sacramento.

Terrible management at this place, no online sign ups, no responsiveness to calls, emails, etc. They care very little about making the experience good. My interaction with staff has been one star quality.

The facility is well maintained, clean bathrooms, nice turf for indoor, it also has a nice space on the side for a smaller game of soccer, there is a bit of the place that looks like storage but, considering its a warehouse it can get really Hot in summer and Really cold in winter...other then that great place to play indoor

Cool place to play, if your a spectator bring a jacket its always cold inside.

Attended a birthday party here. People that booked the party were told to be there at 5:15 to set up before the party started which was supposed to be 5:30. No one was there to open the place so we all were standing out in the parking lot, in the heat, waiting. the group of children attending the party were standing in the parking lot as a woman comes barreling in (@5:40) narrowly missing the children, gets out of her car to open the place up, does not apologize for being late or almost hitting the children. She opens the doors and the group of kids goes to follow behind (already 10 minutes after the party was supposed to even start) and she slams the door in their faces. we are finally allowed to go in and the place is extremely un comfortably hot (since no one was there to open it up before hand). The extremely rude woman that opened up, continued to be extremely rude to everyone that would ask a question or make a request (all of us very polite) and never once apologized to the parents of the birthday girl for being so late and almost hitting our children. If I could give negative 100 stars i would. No one go here or waste your money to support people that are very lacking in customer service and people skills and care nothing about how much money people have spent or young children looking forward to their birthday parties.

Went here for a soccer game their futsal court had smoothies, food, and even gum on it. I almost slipped on the spilt smoothie and nobody cleaned it up. As I turn around I see guy just spitting on the floor. Like full on Loogies. Overall disgusting with rude people.

No communication from Soccer Planet after multiple attempts, online and in person, to sign up for spring indoor league.

My son was assaulted at this business and the staff did nothing about it other then tell him it was his fault and that they wouldnt give him any information unless the police were called and they make him give us the info. Ive since then read the numerous horrible reviews on Yelp about this place.

They never answer their phone and even after I have left a message they have not return my call. I have tried to reach them several times but the machine is always on.

The manager is disrespectful and lied to us about the drop in times and kicked us out even do we werent doing anything. Horrible place
