They fail to hold their end of ticket agreement for VIP holders. They lose your personal information, blame it on someone else, and act like it’s no big deal.

First experience with this company = TERRIBLE. That was last year. Just gave it one more go yesterday = BEST VIP Ive had yet. I literally do meet and greets once per month and have been doing so for years. The true hero at the Austin, TX show for Mastodon was Erin (hopefully Im spelling her name right). Give that gal a raise, Wonderful Union! She not only helped through the VIP, but was a true advocate for us with the VENUE as well. Rockstar. True rockstar. Great job turning around a bad experience with a GREAT experience that Ill gladly pay for again... if its run by Erin!

Ordered from this company 5.31.19. Delayed shipping and now silence. Want to let the artist know so now my quest is to make contact with the artist management. Sad that you pay and do not get at least a bunch of lies, I get nothing. But they did not waste time taking my money.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you can even call it that. I bought 2 VIP meet and greets for a show for my daughters birthday. I got the info just fine, picked up the passes at the venue, no problem. Meet and greet went smoothly and we were told wed see our pictures online within a week.Well a week comes and goes, no pictures. Photos from a show after ours were there, so I get a little worried. Try to call customer service but the only numbers they have tell you flat out that no one will answer your calls. They have a number to text and an email. The first email I sent, I got a generic response that they were waiting to hear from the photographer. So I sent a text. Got the EXACT same robo response. I emailed again after a day or two, get the same response and cannot get a real person to answer anything. Finally, I got fed up. I emailed the BBB in Sacramento and explained my issue. Took them 30 minutes to email Wonderful Union and wouldnt you know it? Within 10 minutes that email, the pictures miraculously showed up. Why did I have to do all that? I waited almost 2 weeks for pictures that took 10 minutes to post.Maybe get an actual phone number that people can speak to a REAL PERSON and do what we pay for. Definitely wont ever use their service again.

Terrible customer service. Spent over $200 on a meet & greet and was first toldI’d get photos in 3-5 business days, then 5-7 business days .... it’s now 14 business days later with no photos. In fact, I think they lost them or deleted them because they’re giving me the runaround, blaming it on the band, etc. They have not responded to tweets, Facebook comments/messages, emails, or Instagram comments/messages. They’ll occasionally reply via the text line but it’s the same old excuses and platitudes with so far no resolution. If I don’t get my photos soon I’m filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General. I will also leave negative reviews in every spot possible and have taken it upon myself to email band management since they’re blaming it on them. For all this hassle I better get a full refund if I don’t get my photos from this once-in-a-lifetime experience. But as I waited for over 20 years to meet my favorite band, I’d be crushed if it came to that. PS: the band’s website said VIPs got a t-shirt. We did not. Wonderful Union sent me a shot glass instead. PSS: Wonderful Union not only ignores social media comments and messages but does not have phone number for incoming calls. Text line only and email but good luck with actually getting anything resolved. Two days in a row: “we’re working on getting those uploaded, thank you for your patience..” yet they’ve somehow gotten 3 other cities uploaded after Pittsburgh ... hmm...

Terrible service! Stay clear from this company whether you are an artist or if you are purchasing meet and greets for a show associated with them. Dishonest and will do whatever they can to not refund even when they fail to meet what you paid for. BEWARE

They sent out information for a Meet and Greet through email which ended up in my Junk Email and since I didnt know they were sending me information by email my daughters missed their Meet and Greet and lost out on their Christmas gift! $600 robbery by this company and only I got was an apology!

This company has the worst customer service ever! I pre ordered a CD and the CD came out today, 7/27/18. Im not getting the CD until 8/1/18! I paid additional money and I am waiting almost a week to get my CD when the rest of the World has it already! I called today and the rep was RUDE! Talking over me, just a very snippy attitude! Will NEVER do any business with these useless people again!

I will never be attending anything hosted by this company again. My boyfriend and I went to see Tory Lanez in June 5th. We got the VIP/M&G which included a picture with Tory, a signed copy of his album and a backpack that we were advised would be sent in the mail. First, the gentleman who took the photo was rude and did terribly. He didn’t wait for us to both be smiling, he just took the photo once Tory was smiling and had his pose. And secondly, It has been one month and still no backpack. I have reached out to the company multiple times regarding this and was told they had no record of my order- neither with my name or email, which I found odd considering I received the meet and greet information to my email. And the ticket had my name on it...how is this not in their system? They then asked me to provide the order numbers, names, emails and date of the event. I did this last week and still have not received a response. I’ve asked twice to have the situation escalated to management and still have received no email or call from a member of management. WILL NEVER ATTEND ANYTHING HOSTED BY THEM AGAIN. Horrible experience. Terrible customer service. All around a poorly run company.
