The new outdoor card tables are built upon the parking lot structure. You have to get your temperature checked at the front entrance before entering. They got many AC machines running, so it doesnt seem that hot outside. Plenty of hand sanitizers stations ready also.

Just thank theres definitely more better establishments than this lousy card room with no hold em tables and no slot machines and counter games. Just a lounge for drinkers. The plus side is the servers are really nice. Definitely not your average gambling room.

Great place to play if you’re low on cash with $5 minimum bets and u dont have to drive all the way to Thunder or Red Hawk. Very safe place security is always enforced, friendly workers and food is by far the best. Compliments to the chef .!!!

It was fantastic going somewhere close to home.

Really crowded, more spectators than players, there are lots of tables but not a large selection of games. There seemed to be a large police presence as well rather than private security. The drinks were surprisingly strong and reasonably priced though.

I dont recommend this place to any one. I have been here maybe 5 to 7 times. Never have I had a good time . Im not talking about winning because that hardly happens, Im talking about how personable the deal is are, or are not I should say. They are rude dont like to converse. Play as fast as they canBut thats my opinion anyway. Oh and I only played blackjack

I like going here. It brings me good memories of 2 special loved ones I lost in my life. I do pretty good but if I dont win its all right. I just enjoy the time being out due to I dont go out never . So I enjoy every minute.

For real hustlers: in regards to Baccarat, you can bet base min of $5, up to $100 on dragons & pandas bonuses. You can also place additional bets on any open spots. Thunder Valley is like $25, $25. Lotus makes Thunder valley look like a little kid (higher base bet, lower bonus payout). High limit at Thunder Valley max base bet is 5k per hand while. Was hoping for a good experience. The place was clean, everyone was friendly, and they have Sac PD helping with Security. Unfortunately, all my bets lost so Im not making it my new place for gambling.

Please, these guys cheat every way they can.Stacking the deck is just the beginning.Not giving the right pay-outs, hitting when the dealer is supposed to stay, not honoring buster bets and so on and so on.Security is present, but when asked for help all they say is call 911.At least the bathrooms are clean. Didnt appreciate the dealers outside smoking the wacky-tobacco.Poker room is only available with reservations and very hard to get into, if you are not of some Asian descent.Dont appreciate being discriminated against just because I am white.I will never return. Thanks but no thanks I can find better places then that.

Beautiful new casino with plenty of parking. Casino decor completely transformed less than a year ago. Dealers and staff are always smiling here. Good vibe. Easier to play cards here instead of going all the way out to Thunder Valley or Red Hawk. I feel safe here because they have many armed guards.No poker games, no slots, just games like Baccarat and Blackjack. (its not exactly like Vegas BJ or Bac but close) I prefer this bac version without the juice.

Sat at the bar for 20 mins no food service or greeting or nothing bartender and waitress just walks by or goes into kitchen and disappears then the bartender tells us the bar is not serving any food...wth?! Its time for some Jack in the Box ;) forget about 24hr food service at Lotus.

Parkwest is a small Casino in South Sacramento on Stockton Street that has some gaming some gambling SIM cards no slot machines or anything like that they have a small Cafe in here with limited food mostly Chinese and I was there to check it out and didnt stay long also did not do any gambling
