Cant say enough good things about Carefree Boat Club from the amazing boats and their staff. Joining the club has been one of the best things I have done for my family, friends and Work. My teenage kids (16 & 18) love to go and we get to spend quality and fun time as a family. Wes at the the Sacramento club has been great! He has taught my kids how to Surf and Wake board, and me how to navigate the river. My kids really look forward to Wes coming out with us, and I really appreciate him always being on the dock when I pull in.Dave B.

It’s all a quality of service and character. A huge miss here. Employee completely ruined our wonderful day on the river.It’s shocking to me that people like this exist. Negative attitude. Inserting himself into a situation that he had no business in. He tried to creat a negative situation out of a spite or perhaps jealousy? Small sad man.Go elsewhere, no need to ruin your good vibes.

Worker Stanley was a rude, awful person who became threatening and was harassing and taunting my group of friends in our boat a few months back. Despite speaking with the owner nothing was ever resolved. Customer service is not their priority.
