This is by far the best gym in Sacramento! Clean with great equipment. So worth it!

They have parking in a garage now. They have wonderful staff. This place is clean. Staff is great. And the legendary stories you hear are priceless. Excellent club highly recommended. Friendly professional staff, excellent equipment and pool. There is a wide variety of classes included in membership. The staff nature is so good and I would highly recommended The Capital Athletic Club.

This is my gym. I like a lot. Its a fun environment and there is a Smart and Final and a new Ross all in the small plaza.

Be very careful as you walk past the unmasked coughing hacking pan handlers on the bench in front of the entrance the upper management or city does NOTHING had to be walked with my trainer 2 blocks when I left

Awesome & friendly people and staff. Awesome gym. There’s no shortage of towels and they are always on top of cleanliness. Separate women’s sauna/jacuzzi from men. May seem a bit on the higher price range, but the services, amenities, and staff support definitely is worth it. Brooke has been very helpful in answering all of my questions.

Capitol athletic club is an amazing experience.I feel blessed to have the privilege of being a member. I have a limited membership which has worked perfect for me because I only come to town twice a month. While I’m here I have time to kill and look forward every time I comeAnd have the best workouts here in my life. Very relaxing too, unlimited clean towels, I feel like a king every time I enter the place and leave especially with the free parking validation and the shuttle. Hands down best kept secret athletic club in Sacramento.I highly recommend at least going in and asking for a free three day trial pass, you won’t regret it. Staff is awesome. Sincerely,Chris

I just joined and really like this place. Yes, it’s pricey but it’s well worth it. The people are nice and the staff is awesome. It’s not crowded.

No pause in your workout for weights because you waiting on someone

I play racquetball here and love the staff and members. We play racquetball with some of the staff and they are always so personable. I highly recommend this club to anyone who wants to have a family environment when they come to the gym. Because they arent a chain they really can get to know everyone.
