Over the past month, Ive been on and off the phone with Chris. We finally did everything we had to do on our end to have our home moved. Chris, who owns Henrys, was to move my home the first week of November, that was the agreement at least. At the end of October, week of the 27th, I called, and left voicemail after voicemail, call his secetary and she apparently has no idea what Chriss schedule was and proceeded to tell me to call his cellphone. Chris DID NOT even have the decency to tell us that he is not moving our home, he just disappeared. NO call back. Nothing, what so ever after I called to figure out what day he will be actually moving our home the first week of November. He has no consideration towards his clients and how they depend on him. I am extremely disappointed in the way I was treated and I believe he is very unprofessional to just disappear on clients like that. I do not recommend Henrys, not even in the slightest. I do, however, recommend other wonderful mobile home transport companies, who assisted me out of this unfortunate circumstance.
