These stores are pretty much the same. They are worth patronizing when what you need is on sale or discounted. Thats what got me in there. Checked out the framing of an original watercolor. After the sale discount, the framing would be over $250. For that much, I could purchase another decent watercolor, probably already nicely framed. I will add that the person who assisted me in selecting frames I did purchase for framing that I would do myself was very helpful and patient. Given the similarity of these stores, the difference would be the quality of the assistance available. By that measure, I was happy with my visit and purchase.

Michaels always has exactly what Im looking for and the sales are wonderful. They help me make the things I love.

Inspiring, but often difficult to find an associate on the floor to assist you

They had what we needed. It was fairly priced. Small number of customers. About a 30 second wait to check out. Nice cashier.

I love michaels its great there. So much stuff to get my only thing with it though, is that its pretty expensive I bought a 6 ounce slime for my daughter that was 7 dollars! Other than that its a great store

Smaller store with lots of Merchandise. Store is well organized but a bit crowded. Staff was friendly but busy. Took off stars as middle aisles were not easy to navigate with so much in them. Also, there was a long line at checkout and only one cashier. Need more cashiers. Please note: face masks are required and all employees are wearing them.

Always kind and helpful when needed. Store is usually well stocked and organized.

Had a great shopping experience with my 3 year old

They had everything I was looking for and great help

Ordered online and was able to pick up in store the next day. The process was really easy and I didnt break had to wait for my order. Coupons and discount apply to online orders with no additional fees.. Will definitely be using this service again.

Great sign maker, lovely wooden toys. A classic!

Great variety. Very clean. COVID friendly.

Great craft store nice staff

They say have something when you look it up in store then you drive 50 miles and they dont have any

No monitoring at the door and place was full of people.

Grate selection good people

This store has so many ideas for crafts for kids, adults and has really good deals. They have friendly staff that help you find your items through out the store. I will definitely be going back again.

Not much selection for what I wanted. Staff was very nice.

Item was ready for pickup and the staff members were very kind both over the phone and bringing it out to me.

They have so much good stuff and lots of sales!

Good selection of general craft and art supplies. Always check for and use coupons- there are always some sort of very worthwhile discount.

They have an amazing variety of crafts and such but pricey

Could who ever is buying the paint by the shopping cart full leave a little for someone else every time i go there the paint section is wiped out like a new trend strange

Didnt find the flamingos for the top of my cake but I usually find what I am looking for. Seasonal items are also easy to find.

Seems like prices are fair ..for art supplies ..you dont get any helpAt least cashing out ..the girl was pleasantgood selections

Excellent service

The store itself was fine. However their bathroom was about rundown. The toilet was filthy, the toilet paper ripped and on top of the dispenser as opposed to inside it. Only one sink worked. However the cashier was friendly and kind. I would return, but hopefully the bathroom was handled better by future staff.

Love this place...but there is no light in the store and it does not feel homey....reminds me of school classrooms in basements.

I was so impressed with Jennifer and the other framer in your store. They went way over on selecting the frame and mat for our special puzzle that our children made 25 years ago. Job well done! Thank-You, Jay and Julie

I needed some Halloween items for three small boys. They had a lot to choose from and they were very happy.

Michaels in Rutland is a one-stop shop for all your hobby needs. From replacement chains and clasps for jewellery to art supplies to floral necessities theyve got it all! Its also a great resource for childrens activities like easy science experiments or fun crafts projects.

Great fast service. Well organized and clean.

Great variety

Found what we needed, thats all that matters.

Great variety of items, very clean store

Terrible store that needs renovation and doesnt have many items. Just go to the West Lebanon one, they have much better inventory, a nicer store and no sales tax.

Theres here a lot of stuff for art and this is very useful and cool that I found every thing I need

This is a great place to find all kinds of things for any craft you like.

Whats not to love about this store? Great selection and very helpful staff!

I can, and do spend way more time in this store than I have, because I love this store! I love to come here for so many different things, but I love to paint and they frequently have Basics paints on sale. They also some some nice, different jewelry making selections!

Disappointed that they no longer carry anything from the Bob Ross line. Aside from that its a decent store with good staff.

The place to go for your craft needs. The staff was super friendly and the prices were fair. Will be back at some point.

Nice place, lots of things for doing all kinds of crafts and projects. Store seems like it is overly crowded with displays in the way. Prices seem to be about average with other craft stores. I will shop here again most likely, but it is not my need to go to store.

Very helpful from the moment I walked in. I had left a bag there a few days previous and one of the employees remembered putting all of it away and was more than willing to go get all the items for me.

Cashier was rude, but did find some good deals.

I enjoy stoping in and grabbing some art supplies

Love Michaels, lots to learn, lots to buy, still think their coupon policy and how they mark sale items in the store need serious redoing...

Great place. I found everything I needed

Love Michaels this location seems to be very put together clean and organized always find what I need friendly staff

I like Michaels its one of my favorite stores to go to

Nice store but not enough registers open most of the time.

With hobby lobby gone, this has become the go to for the little projectd

I had so much fun shopping for scrapbooking stuff!

Its unfortunate that I have to rate this store one star in an effort to get corporates attn. I love the employees at this store. I own a large childcare program and frequent this location. Its the only Michaels within miles and the staff is very helpful.. However..this store is freezing ..when I say its cold its not only unheated but in some parts of the store its blowing cold air!! Its below zero out. Their cashier had blue fingers. She was freezing..she kept rubbing her hands together. I asked her why wont they turn up the heat..she said corporate controls it. Well turn it up. Its allllllways freeezing .. I wld have stayed a little longer and spent a little more. Goodness from one employer to the next stop being cheap!

I thought this was a craft store. I went I. To get some stamped crossstich kits I asked a sales rep where to find them she had no clue as to what or where they were. When I searched the store they had very little supply of anything crossstich embroidery or needle point of any kind!!!!

They have some good items and great when they are on sale.

Always great deals throughout the store!

Check out line too long(over 20 customers waiting)..only two cashiers on a Saturday with lots of Christmas sales going on..definitely need more help!

As a craft store it used to be one of the best. Im sure its the economy, they dont carry the variety that they used to.

If youre into crafting, like my daughter is, this place come in handy.

Brought a friend who is a crafter. She loved it.

Always helpful. Great prodicts.

This store use to be great. Its not bad now just falls short of my expectations.

Nice clean store

Nice variety and helpful staff

Got my Christmas tree at Michaels I just love it its a great store have everything you need

Ok I admit it... I was overwhelmed.. all I wanted was some twine... But their staff was great... Took me right to it! Wow you could spend $$$ if not careful

Although Michaels isnt the cheapest arts and crafts store, I think they offer the highest quality products compared to JoAnnes and Hobby Lobby. They have weekly coupons and usually have some killer sales. Their staff are so nice and are eager to help. They are also knowledgeable about their products and thats a huuuuge plus to me. These guys seem to be the most friendly and family-knit out of the three major craft stores in my area.

Not the biggest selection, however there isnt really any competition around town, except for the fabric store in the same plaza.

Good prices, fast service, and friendly staff!

Very helpful employees!

Great store, love the coupons

This is a great place to find all your crafting needs.

Typical Michaels. Friendly unobtrusive staff. I hate being chased around stores being asked if they can help me. Staff is there if you need them however.

Great experience!

Meets all my crafting and gift idea needs.

Super cute key chains right now! So hard to choose...

Not a good place to buy science experiments for kids not allot of options. Also some staff poorly customer service

We love Michaels

Always find what your looking for

Always find something I didnt know I wanted/needed.

They have everything and then some.

Always a fun store to visit. A clean store and helpful staff make the visit pleasant.

Prices are a little high but nice variety

Huge variety of items. Great sales. Their coupons could be better.

Great store, they usually have what your looking for. A bit pricey for somethings.

Love shopping here

So many things to choose from. Walking around gives ideas for your home, family and friends. Parties, personal, parades..

Great selection

Found what we needed and on a buy one get one sale.

I wish i could leave less than 1 star, the store manager Kendrick Pollard is disrespectful and rude! I wondered around looking for an item and he was the first staff i saw, when i asked him where i could find the item he said nothing to me and yelled to one of his employees to do their job and help the customer to which the employee helped me. I then LEFT WITHOUT WHAT I NEEDEDI called later in the day and asked for his name. Ill be calling corperate, who yells at their employees and disregards a customer? #Iwenttojoanns

Beautiful craft store! Has just about everything you could possibly need!

Ok hard to find some things

Clean and well organized

Lots of crafts supplies people are very helpful and they have lots of nice yarn

Always love going into this store! Could browse for hours!

Good selection of craft supplies for any project! Picked up some frames and a friend got stuff for a wedding present hes making.

After dropping off something to be framed and told it would take about a week I was informed by a rude clerk that our frames and material come from Texas so it takes a minimum of 2 weeks. Apparently someone walks the materials here from Texas. Ever heard of Fedex?Had I know this I would never have gone there in the first place and never will again.

The staff and selection here are exactly what you need for some general craft projects

Clean, open, and well stocked.
