Park Motel Russellville

Stayed here about 6 weeks while looking for a house, the pool is not open, ever, the hot water went out for about a week, and after telling the housekeeper multiple times that I work until 2 am n dont wake up early to please stop knocking on my door early in the morning, she continued to do so, tomorrow is my last day here and she once again comes knocking on my door n when I dont answer tries to unlock the door and come in, my car is right out front so she knows Im here n sleeping, they love here with their kids who play out in the parking lot throwing and hitting hard balls right near peoples cars, the rooms are good sized n good pricing unfortunately thats the only good thing about this motel

This is the best motel in town a little pricey but other then that its great.

Ive stayed at the Park Motel many times over the years. Ive always been treated well and always found my room to be tidy. A great deal!

Very comfortable very clean and quiet and same price as the motels that are not so clean and quiet .The owners were very respectful and nice. I would recommend everyone o know.thank you

Hometown feel for a price that wont make you question why you did it.

Very impressed with the rooms. Nice and quiet and very comfortable. Well worth the price. The staff is also very friendly. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay at this motel!

Older motel with very good rates. They are very friendly and keep the rooms clean. I will definitely stay here again when in town working.

Looks like the room was recently renovated. Very clean and pleasant. Comfortable bed. We came here for the Jones Family Reunion. It was a good choice for such a reasonable rate.

I have been renting a camper slot from the owners for over 2 years while attending Tech. The owners are very kind, accomodating, and helpful. It is also very quiet and you cant beat the price. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!!

It was awesome!!!

Great place to stay, very cozy and well kept.

Good price and clean rooms

Very nice place to stay very quite grt shade trees owners super nice thank u very much

I HAVE STAYED HERE AND THEY ARE COMFORTABLE NOT REAL FANCY BUT COZY THE HAVE A POOL AND THEY ARE KIND ENOUGH TO LET THE COMMUNITY COME AND SWIM FOR A SMALL FEE SO ITS REAL NICE IN THE SUMMER CAN TAKE THE KIDS THERE AND USUALLY NOT CROWED AND FOR A SMALL FEE WE CAN SWIM AND ITS CLEAN

I found bedbugs in my room. The owner only sprayed the mattress with Raid. We left that day after the owner didnt seem concerned over me finding the room was infested. Had to treat all belongings for fear of taking them home. This was our 2nd run in with bed bugs in Russellville, AR, read my review on Woodys Classic Inn to find out about that fiasco.

Just visited I wouldnt stay in a motel

Called about 8:30 pm and spoke with the owner. Inquired about a king nonsmoking room. She told me the rate and has one left. I told her great I want it. Told her I was about 30 mins out and she said ok since ur only 30 mins I will hold it for u. I arrived less than 30 mins, drag my was asleep 18 month old outta the car to find out sorry we just rented it for 2 nights. If unable to hold it then fine but dont tell me you will then dont. Not good business etiquette.

Room was nice good price

Needs work

It was clean room

Was there to pick up a friend.

No pets allowed.

Probably the cheapest place in Russellville. A good budget option

Excellent

Not great, not terrible. What you pay for

Bugs in bathroom. TV from the 90s. Smelly room

Over price, taxes to high 14 percent .Unfriendly management. No services

Very strict
