Ever since Regal came out with the deal that you can see as many movies as you want for $20 a month, I have been to the theater every day. Sometimes it would only be for 45 minutes, but that was all the time I had. For someone who studies film, the big screen is an excellent learning tool. Its much better than watching television, because when the movie is finished, youre not sucked into watching another program. Plus you are out and about, and you get to see people. Unfortunately the community has decided not to support this theater. And now its going away, probably forever.

Everything is fine over there. Great place to relax. Staff is nice and polite. I come here every time they put new movies in.

*** RPX THEATRE is AWESOME ***I went here to see Equalizer 2 with family. This was my first time at Regal Cinemas Royal Palm Beach, so I didnt know what to expect.There was ample parking and it was free. The customer service was okay, some team members were friendlier than others.The theatre itself was clean. It was awfully crowded for an 8 pm showing. They only have one kiosk for self-ticketing. Get there early if you want great seats, or get them online.There were no more standard seating available so we ended up having to pay for RPX seats. The seats were not all together and we all had to sit in separate rows but it was worth it.The RPX seats are the best. They are comfortable leather reclining seats that move and vibrate according to the action of the movie.The theatre is super cold so bring a snow jacket if you get cold easily. The concession stand is overly priced but which theatre isnt.Overall, I highly recommend this theatre. 5 stars!

Ive seen bars with cleaner bathrooms. Always filthy, popcorn everywhere, and no person at the front to sell tickets? You have to buy the tickets at the beverage/food counter? I literally walked right in and down to a theater without anyone saying boo. Every trash can is full and overflowing, trash everywhere, pizza boxes in the theater Shame, this was a nice theater, but now its so poorly run, Im looking elsewhere.

Went with cousin during covid. Literally empty. Not many people around. Was cleaner than sone of the beaches in Rio.

I have came to this movie theater for 3 days in a row it is a very nice movie theater I really love the recliner stadium seating almost feels like home when I come here to watch a movie this is kne of the best movie theater in palm beach county hands down. Go check them out

Amazing place with all the new films. A place for a group of friends as well as for couples and family. Tons of extra things to do to pass the time before your film begins. Highly recommend it to everyone! Keep up the great work!

This theatre was recently redone. It has spacious recyliner chairs with table for snacks. Its always clean. The only reason I gave it 3 stars is the concession stand. It seems every time I come (I am a Regal card member for almost 10 years now, & a customer of this location for 14 years) the stand is understaffed. There is ALWAYS a long line and wait time which is the worst if your are cutting it close with a movie time. I know if I am coming to this theatre to come early enough to get through the concession stand line and make it to the movie on time. Whats annoying as a customer is that there has to be a manager present to see the lines but year after year same deal. P.S. my movie started at 11:05 its now 11:16 and I still have 2 people in front of me so Ive been in line over 30 minutes. See my pictures NOT EXAGGERATING

Omg I love the reclining seats! The prices for tickets and food was good compared to prices at my home theatre! Nice, clean theatre with friendly cashiers. Oh and they have a bar. Impressive.

Really nice theater but the removed the dividers to allow one line for concessions and tickets. Was much more efficient the way it was before as there was only one line instead of several to choose from.Revised, you have to purchase tickets at concession stand now and wait in a long line. Get here early! They made it worse.

Nice place to see a movie, they have recliner chairs and a very good speaker system. There air conditioning works great had to bring a blanket. They have a deal going that when you buy a pass, you can watching any movie as much as you want. There food looks good too, they have food there that fills you up. Its average pricing for the food but it taste good.

I was actually surprised to see how nice the place is now. It had been over 10 years since Ive visited this movie theater and it looks great. Great job with the renovation, I will definitely consider going back now.

I used to go to Cobb faithfully but this has become my new local favorite theater. Always clean. The food is decent. Seats are super comfortable.

Fantastically comfortable movie theater. I would have given them five stars except I find it a little pricey. This place is extremely clean Im over stopping in for a show.

The manager told us the director of Tenet filmed it muffled onnpurpose, when 4 seperate parties walked out and complained about sound. The GM took care of us after watching the movie in a regular theatre, but we didnt need to be treated that way.

Great theatres, great shopping, but make sure you know where you parked. Use landmarks as well as the parking alpha/numeric system as to easily find your car. Otherwise you will kick yourself and clicking your alarm button to find where you parked!

LOVE the reclining seats! The pretsel was good even though it took almost 20 minutes to get it. So the snack area could be quicker since they know we have a movie to get to or you can just get to the movie about 30-40 minutes sooner if you want to order any food

If you want to see a movie, I’d get to the movie at least 30 minutes before it starts. The place is understaffed and can use a hand, but the lines here are generally always long and the employees just can’t keep up. On a side note they should also work on the sign outside, it doesn’t light up and can definitely cause it to be difficult to find if it’s your first time coming here. There’s not many other theaters to close unless you want to go into city place, but my advice here is just arrive earlier then you usually would.

Great theatre and staff... more self kiosk would be great and make visible (by location or with signage) to help with lines... perhaps have a team member assist folks for a few months until it gets ppl to use to using the kiosk

Good standard theater, great sound, it was clean, the popcorn fresh, and the chair was reserved and comfortable. All good today Regal! (I do reserve 5 stars for WOW! experiences though).

Wide, lazyboy style reclining leather chairs with armrests. I mean, do I need to explain it better?The auditoriums only have so many chairs so that there is plenty of space between you and the next person taking away that cramped feeling away immediately. Been there twice and twice it was an excellent experience.

Seats are comfortable. Ordering on line was easy. The Coke had fizzle. But the popcorn was stale. We went to the 845 show. Maybe too late but the prices they charged they ought make fresh. The candy was little old.

Spent $40 to sit in a hot theater.. No A/c!!! Popcorn was unedible which is odd for the movies! Made a mistake coming to this theater.. At least the seats were comfortable and staff seemed pleasant

Purchased a 12:20 movie that didn’t start until we went out to the lobby TWICE to talk to the manager about why it hadn’t started. Apparently they forgot about us. The theater was empty, so it’s not like they were busy. So, now the movie is starting 35 minutes late and we still have to watch the trailers.

Newly remodeled and beautiful yet I gave you only four stars because my seat and tray were filled with what seemed to be popcorn butter. Cleanliness is a big issue. Other than that, everything is great.

Absolutely horrible experience. Had special passes that would not allow us to purchase tickets on line. Didn’t have anyone selling tickets at the front and were making everyone purchase their tickets in the concession line, which was all the way into the lobby. Several customers asked to speak with the manager and when he finally came out, he seemed the least bit interested in our concerns. People only buying tickets were walking out and quite a bit of business was lost. We only stayed in line because he we had passed but can be assured that we will not return.

Regal unlimited movie rewards making it worth the trip to go this theater. Also, the staff is friendly and the theaters are always super clean and these are the most comfortable seats I have ever sat in.

I understand that small children dont always behave, but take your baby to the lobby if theyre crying! I paid good money for my family to watch a movie!

Amazing new upgrades made now mind you I havent been to the movies in over a year and what a difference the reclining seats were awesome the pull up tables to rest your arms and snacks was great along with the cup holder. The whole experience was well worth the cost that they charge even having a neighboring person that wasnt a family or friend sitting next to me was also not an issue because of space between the chairs and the armrests are spacious enough to not bother the person next to you overall and very satisfied with the experience and was able to enjoy everything and even when I was feeling a little stiff the reclining chair worked amazing well be back again soon!

Been maybe 15 years since Ive been in this movie theater. Times have changed, seems for the better. Be nice to have better lighting at night. The chairs in theater 10 are awesome (not sure if the rest of the theres are the same). No real complaints.

I’ve enjoyed every visit to a regal Royal Palm Beach. I love the seating there. Today I went to the 1 pm screening of King Kong. After the commercials the screen went blank for several minutes and someone got up and apparently notified an employee nothing was on. Several more minutes passed and the movie started about 10 minutes in. No Ben Mankewicz intro as before on the big screen classics and no beginning of the movie. It just started with Anne Darrow in a soup line and stealing an apple. Don’t know how many minutes of movie we missed but I do love the Ben Mankewicz wrap arounds. It’s too late for me but this is the second time a start was messed up. Last year at one of the big screen classics there was no audio for a few minutes at the start. Otherwise I enjoy watching movies there. Could you have someone assigned to make sure there is a smooth transition and start to the featured presentation?Robert YoungRoyal Palm Beach, Fl

Love the theatre seats.. its always clean n cold... BUT the concession stand takes 30 min easy.. EDDY THE CASHIER you need to go find a new job u sorrry slow and seem a lil dazed and confused. Took everything in me not to cuss him out..

Wow bad management. Went to see frozen 2 with the whole family and paid $57 to watch it in their auditorium 9 which is one of their best ones and the sound had no LFE. When I went to bring up the matter to the Manager he said it was working the other day that it must be the movie because Disney controls that. what does that mean??? Your subs aren’t working and you blame it on Disney?? You expect me to sign up to your regal unlimited??

The seats and theatres are the best top notch in palm beach county. I always have a great time and enjoy the movie. The picture and sound are the best. Concessions move pretty quick also for being such a busy theater. This is the only place Id go to watch new release movies.

Nice and clean. Would have been a perfect experience if the movie had not stopped working 10 minutes before the end. Only the sound came back on and we had to wait for them to reset the film to get the picture to come back on.

Went here this weekend for the first time in a while. They have really stepped their game up! The seating is great!Lots of options on the menu. Of course super expensive but every movie theater is! We enjoyed popcorn and candy.The theater was very clean!! Nice and cold inside (bring a sweater if you dont like cold).We will be making this our regular theater now!

Date night with my favorite woman on earth, my mom. Angel Has Fallen was amazing! The electric, leather recliners were not bad, at all, either.

I always go to this theater for location but my most recent visit tells me the staff may need some more experience. We were the only ones at concession and it took two employees over 10 minutes to get us 2 small popcorns and 4 small drinks.

This is one of the better movie theaters around. It’s a bit expensive, but seats are comfy, temperature is comfortable, and food is good. My only issue with this theater is that the line for the concession stand can get pretty long at peak hours so give yourself plenty of time if you plan on getting some popcorn.

Theater 7 is great! The chairs are super comfortable, recline and have a table attached.The concessions was super slow though.

Generally great theater. Everything I like plus recliner seats with nice tray tables for food, e.t.c. I got one of sandwiches (spicy chicken) expecting it to be some small, lousy, overpriced thing and was quite pleasantly surprised. It was good sized and tasted good, good amount of spice.

Hands down best theatre ive been to in 8 states. Those cushioned leather recliners ate the greatest idea ever. I wish i lived here id actually go see movies more often

I usually have a pleasant experience, this time however I couldnt get a burger or chicken sandwich was told out of buns. Couldnt get coffee, I was told out of coffee cups... The staff behind food counter didnt seem to have any personality. D describe them less than social. All in all Ill be back. Hope you can make some small changes.

Really disappointed with the seats. I paid for two tickets and both the seats did not recline because they were broken. Was never made aware of this by the staff. Seats h11 and h12 are broken in auditorium 11 so please be aware

Chairs are nice because they recline but the floors are always covered with popcorn and the trash bins are constantly overflowing. I spoke with the manger and she had many excuses but didn’t really see the urgency to clean things. Sad.

We went to see Once Upon a Time in Hollywood last night...movie was to start at 5:45. A customer had to go find someone just to start the show. When the screen finally lit up at 6:00 it was the wrong movie they started playing. They finally got their s*** together about 6:10. It was like they totally forgot we were there. The young people working there...some were very polite and helpful but most had little interest in their jobs. The theater smelled musty and old. The chairs were pretty comfortable though. Not sure I’ll be back.

Best place to watch a movie in the Royal Palm/Wellington area. Huge parking lot! Parking on the side of the theater is best though because it is closer and you will find a spot quicker. Although the lines for popcorn move VERY slow it is worth it when you get to your soft leather reclining seat. Bathrooms are cramped though.

Once they made getting tickets at the concession instead of at the front, it got confusing for my family who were regulars. The theater is still in great conditions and the reclining seats are nice, I absolutely love their hot dogs

In a year this movie theater changed a lot in a bad way. It used to be the most organized, clean and comfortable place to watch movies. Now, it is the most dirty place in Palm Beach, disorganized, the tickets in the same place where you buy the food, nobody checks anything anymore and nobody cleans up after each movie. and here my proof in my photos on a Saturday night (02/08/20) at 9pm.

Clean, spacious, you get your own recliner seat. Spacious leg room. No more squeezing into your own seat if other patron has to pass by your seat.

Pros: nice clean seats, large menu, huge cups, plastic straws.Staff was friendly, manager was present and friendly.Cons: Couldnt ignore or get used to the heavy musky smell of mold and mildew in the theater. Ew. Projector window needed a good cleaning because there were big streaks showing on the screen.Bottled water for $6?Overall 3 stars, will return. Ill remember to bring in my own water next time.

On September 16th I went to see 3 from Hell for the special Fathom Events showing. Part of the cost of the ticket was a commemorative poster. I arrived 15 minutes early to Regal number 18 in Royal Palm Beach Florida and was informed that the poster which was supposed to come with my ticket was no longer available. After some technical glitches the manager came into the theater, and there was a bit of a commotion. Someone asked all the people who received posters to raise their hands and it appears that only about 20 people actually received posters. Additionally I overheard the employees behind the counter commenting about having them in their car. This is extremely unprofessional, and I am very upset. Part of the cost of the ticket was for this item and it should not have been given out to employees ahead of patrons.

Great theatre. Clean and well kept establishment. Love the recliner seats and great quality movies. A bit deafening but great overall.

Outside was a little scary looking. Felt like I was in a ghost town. We were unable to get water bottles because someone lost the keys.The auditorium itself was perfect!!

Regal Cinemas is better than City Places movie theater simply because of their seats. They are leather and soft and go all the way back, for a comfortable experience. Also the lack of a million stairs aids in my liking of this place. Consession stands are ground level and easy to get too. But, like most movie theaters, the snacks are high. My advice? Dont buy them, eat after or before.

The movie was good but a few things need improvement: 1. The previews were way too many -- at least 8. 2. Recliners were very comfortable but they all squeak. This shouldnt be. 3. Mens restroom was flooded and wasnt addressed during the 2 hours we were there (visited both before and after the movie). Someone should be proactively checking on this. Besides gross, its a safety hazard. 4. Concession line was ridiculously long. With prices charged, need to hire more staff.

Our go to movie spot!!Theres never any crazy wait for tickets or consession because they always have the appropriate amount of lines open.The RECLINERS in every theater are SO comfy!!The popcorn is delicious and I have literally Zero complaints of this placeEvery time I go here its a great experience and if Ive ever ever had an issue with anything the staff and management there are attentive and helpful!We go here a few times a month and use the regal app to accumulate points and get free popcorn and such, love it!

I went to a late movie 10.30 p.m. my worst movie staff experience. No box office staff. Tickets at concession. Three people in line ahead of me and it takes 20 minutes and three repetitions to buy a ticket and bag of nachos. Bar equally slow. Bartender claims he thought I was just watching the game not ordering.

Best place ever honestly. Yes there can be a huge wait for your tickets or your food BUT in the long run it is all worth it. It may be easier to buy your tickets online for quick seat selection. There is a lovely lady as well named Nora Roy and I give all props to her. If you need any assistance in direction or any question ASK HER!! Ive been going here since a kid and never gonna stop

BETTER THAN ANY OTHER REGAL THEATER. IT IS MORE CLEANER THAN THE OTHER LOCATIONS. 4 STARS BECAUSE OF THE LOCATION. IT IS KIND A FAR,ESPECIALLY IN RUSH HOUR. I SUGGEST YOU TO SELECT YOUR MOVIE TIME CONSIDERING TRAFFIC. IT IS 4 STAR BECAUSE OF THE TEMPERATURE. IT WAS FREEZING IN THERE, I RECOMMEND FOR YOU TO TAKE A JACKET OR LITTLE BLANKET WITH YOU DURING THE MOVIE. OH BEFORE I FORGOT, STAFFS ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. ENJOY GUYS!

Since they have updated the movie theatres, it’s the best place to go. I love the reclining seats and how spacious each chair is. The food is really good and I always enjoy the cheeseburger.

This was a very clean theater with tray tables for eating. Thats such a perk when youre watching a movie with kids! The kids combo meal was perfect as well. They got popcorn, a drink, and fruit snacks.

Just saw the lion king. 20min into the movie, I had to tell staff that the volume was down on the speakers, audio was so low. 10min later, the manager came and turned up the volume but the bass was lacking. a movie that sound is so important l, it really ruined it for me. movie would have been so much better if the audio was working correctly. I honestly believe either the bass was turned down or the speakers towards the back of this small theater (#5) were inoperable.

I wish I could give them negative stars! Worst service and they have no clue what their doing. This place should be shut down. Everyone including all the managers are absolutely terrible! I can’t stress enough how awe full this theater is.

Love the seats. So comfy. But why do they only have 2 custodian selling foods when they have over 15 people waiting on the line. Sucks. Because I missed the first 10 minutes of the movie.

We couldn’t get tickets without going to concession. 20 mins later, and late for the movie, we finally got out tickets. I feel like they were pushing snacks but sadly this idea was a fail and left everyone in line frustrated.

My family loves going to the movies and we go here frequently but management is definitely lacking. There are never enough concession lines open so if you dont arrive 30 minutes early dont expect to have time to get anything. The theaters are never very clean and its often hot and musty.
