Such a great place. The staff keeps the place immaculate. Constantly wiping things down, and always very friendly. So much fun!

We booked a birthday party for our kids. Everything was amazing. Booking was easy. Considering how much one can spend organizing and decorating for ones party it is a great price. pizza was great taste and quality. Party organizer was super attentive and never missed a beat. The play area was clean and the staff was super friendly. Definitely going back.

Love love love this place! Having a young child makes it hard to goto these play places, but here, they are amazing at keeping the different aged spaces under control. I appreciate that so much and make the 35 minute drive because of that. The staff is always so welcoming and my 18 month old had so much fun there. There is a play area for crawlers and then another for ages 1 to 4. Then others too but we dont go in those yet lol we cant wait for our next trip out to Luv2play

Very pleasant and clean atmosphere. We felt welcomed from the time we entered. The children played for 3 hours with no signs of fatigue. Prices were reasonable and there was no wait time like experienced at similarly equipped Play places.Highly recommend to anyone looking to let their children play when it is too hot to do so outdoors. Staff was approachable and eager to give assistance.Great experience all around.

Need socks! Cant get in without socks you and your child...there is a store in same plaza that sells cheap ones if you forget. Excellent place! Great attentive and friendly staff. Hard finding a place for a 2-4 year old with enough to keep them busy and entertained but this place was it! My child loved it and the other children seemed to love it as well!

It’s a great place. But have been closed for over 2 months and no one has posted anything. As of today 1/30/2020 they are still closed. Please advice when you open some again. The sign on the door says “temporarily closed” thank you.

Its a nice place where kids can be kids. Go wild and enjoy themselves. The crawlers and new walker area could be a little better, but my little one enjoyed himself and that really all that matters.

First time bringing the kids and they absolutely loved the indoor bumpers cars. The pizza is amazing. The owner turns out to be a old friend of my father. Might I say, establishing this childrens play facility was a great idea. The kids and I will definitely become members

Prepare to get the worse customer service experience ever. We just went to the place is also filthy and depressing.They cancelled a party scheduled for a month in advance a few days prior. Now I know they made us a favor, we booked next door for the same amount a private party, the whole playground just for our party and we can bring all our food from outside.I do not recommend this playground to anyone.

Excellent staff, very proffesional .. Very happy with the overall comfortable feeling there.. extremely safe and clean!! . My son had a blast there.. I met one of the owners, very humble, and friendly. So far the best play area in wpb. . I NOTICED the staff constantly cleaning, interacting, etc. THE PRICING for extra attractions is a bit high.. But its understandable. Definately swing by and check them out.

Was going to take the kids to the circus at the fairgrounds. Found out one kid gets in free with one adult. Adult ticket price $40 each. For that same $40 took 3 kids 2 adults to Luv2play. Had a really good time and had everybody enjoyed him/herself!

Nice play place for kids. They have a toddler area and big kids area. A nice sitting area for parents as well. 11 bucks to play all day is awesome.

Today was my daughter birthday! This place is awesome, the staff so attentive, my host was a sweetheart available to help us in any way! This is a clean place, it has different areas per ages, the pizza was delicious, and this safe my life: It took the stress of planning a party, I brought my decoration the night before and they settled up everything for me! Can thanks enough, all my guests said they are definitely coming back to celebrate their children’s birthday there! Thanks love2play Staff, we were so pleased and happy!! Abigail had a blast!!

Great place for kids 1-6 to play and have fun, think of it more of an inside playground, great for the Florida heat and the thunderstorms we have. My 3 year old really enjoys it, the staff does keep the place clean. The arcade is small and the games are a little overpriced for what they are $1 for 2 minutes of fun are not worth it. But the play area is great for the kids to run and burn off energy.

We absolutely LOVE this place. My 1yo goes insane for the ball pits and slides. I appreciate that EVERYTHING is padded so it’s safe. Had to take a star away because it’s a bit overpriced. If it cost less we’d go way more often.

Luv2play is just a clean safe environment to have your kids burn that extra energy explore their interactive video games and just be a kid. From beginning toddler to adults you can really bring out the kid in you with your child and have as much fun as possible to make it a great family day.

Very clean place and friendly staff. Nice area for toddlers to play, slides and ball pit, small rock climbing wall. There are even bumper cars in the back and virtual reality. Small arcade that you pay extra for and can redeem tickets for prizes. They offer food and drinks to purchase as well.

This place is AMAZING!! The fact that parents can play in the gym with their kids is fantastic!! Im not sure if my 2 year old had more fun or me but the 35 minute drive was well worth it!!! Not only is it cheap, but there is no time limit either, stay as long as you would like!! I cant wait to go back!

This place is so awesome for kids. My 2 year old loves this place. They accommodate all ages and even make things really easy for parents. It’s very clean, the staff is friendly and it’s fairly priced. I’m hoping to have his birthday party here in January because of how much he loves it!

I just spent more than $400 on a birthday party for my son.One employee was above and beyond amazing. Thank you, Vanessa.Another employee, was so rude that multiple parents made comments to me about her behavior, she felt the need to apologize for being rude without being prompted, and convinced me and other parents to never have a party there again. Her negative attitude started at the sign in desk and lasted until we walked out the door.Chelsea does NOT have the personality to work with kids, scolds parents in front of a room full of people, and has something drilled into her head (maybe from the owners) that everyone who walks into Luv 2 Play is just waiting to sue them. Chelsea was literally walking around like the lawsuit police yelling at anyone in sight and it’s not good, especially at a children’s birthday party when the 1 1/2 hour party costs over $400 and she is not discreet about her scoldings.Again, Vanessa could not have been better. Her kindness, patience, and work ethic exceeded expectations.Still, Chelsea ruined it for me and the guests of many parents.

This place is great! Staff is always attentive and friendly and you always see someone cleaning. So great to see a nice, safe, kid friendly and clean place in town! The bumper cars are my kiddos favorite!

Luv2Play Royal Palm Beach got 7 VIOLATIONSfor food inspection and health violations December 2nd 2019!Ya’ll are rude and don’t follow health codes too apparently! ! My sister wasted her money on my nieces birthday party last month!!! Rushed out of the party room after ya’ll started late to begin with because the room was still dirty!We will Never go back there again!

The playground is quite large and has many sections for different age groups. I liked that everyone had to take their shoes off which is very hygienic and should be like that everywhere. Unfortunately, in the US you don’t see it often. So a big plus there! I am giving 3 stars because, unfortunately, space called for crawlers only is not enforced and bigger kids jump in the ball pool and run around which is quite dangerous for babies and younger toddlers. My baby wanted to play in the ball pool but I finally took him away because of the older kids running and jumping there like crazy. Too dangerous!Also food options were very limited and not healthy. Typical American menu though, pizzas, burgers, breaded and fried stuff. I hoped to see some soups and oatmeal, organic yogurts and organic fruits and veggies for little ones. They don’t let you bring any food from outside so you are stuck with unhealthy options.

I probably already reviewed Luv 2 Play, but I have to do it again. I absolutely LOVE this place! I am here now with my 3 year old and 7 month old and one of the staff members (young guy, Ill have to catch his name before we leave) has been playing with my 3 year for about 30 minutes. And I dont mean sitting and playing legos. Like running around with him and going through all the slides and everything. The staff go above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy and having a great time! Everyone should check this place out. You wont regret it.

Way over priced! They charge you to get in and more for the bumper cars. The video games are expensive. Chuck E Cheese is better and don’t charge entry fees. I paid almost $30 for 2 kids on a Saturday just to get in!

Just had my daughter’s birthday party here and can’t say enough good things! The place alone is awesome for the kids; it’s clean and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. We worked closely with Francine and she was simply amazing with getting us setup from start to finish, leaving little to nothing for me to worry about! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Places is new. My 2yr old had a blast. Everything is super clean, well made, very safe, staff is super friendly. Perfect setup for little ones and yet if you need to jump in with them its easy to move around

Extremely disappointed.Took my 3 and 7 year old nieces here recently on a Saturday and paid close to $50 for less than average tasting food (waited almost 30 min for my cheaply made pizza) and a higher than average entrance fee. The place was way too crowded. Parents were not watching their children, the older kids were knocking down the smaller children. Numerous kids going down the big slide backwards, some kids were too old to be in the toddler play area (which isnt a large space at all to begin with). I witnessed a little boy fall off the banana swings, which are extremely unsafe as the swings are constantly moving. Had to pay another $6 for the bumper cars on top of the pricey entrance fee. This outing with my nieces wound up becoming a big waste of money. Not sure what all the hoopla is about. We wont be going back.Bottom line: Not worth the money.

My granddaughters had a great time, playing on the equipment. The place has a section for the babies and toddlers to explore. The cafe has an assortment of foods for the picky eaters. They have bumper cars and games to play. This definitely is a luv 2play. I recommend this place for everyone.

Nice indoor playground for kids. Very family friendly environment. The last time I went there I was concerned about safety since no one was watching the exit doors (it was busy that day).

My family has been to this location multiple times since it opened and we have never been disappointed. The staff is incredibly friendly, the place is clean and the variety is great. Its an awesome addition to the Royal Palm area.

Indoor playground full of kids of all ages from baby to 12 and Black Panther, a PG13 movie with plenty of violence, is playing on a big screen at the cafe... that is wrong. Then, saying something to the front desk and they simply deflect and say WE should say something to the cafe team because thats there problem? Yeah... more wrong heaped on top of wrong . Get it together management, keep a kids playground kid friendly.

Great place to bring the little ones and not so little ones. Like most play places bring socks, also moderate weight adults can follow kids along to help them get comfortable. The place looks clean and offers separate play areas for the toddlers and infants.

Everyone that works there is very nice and friendly. But when we were done I had to throw away my granddaughter socks. They were black so dirty. Kinda dicusting

The customer service was horrible and I definitely will never return back again, my son had the worst birthday today, the food tasted terrible... the staff including the owner was very rude to me and my guest.... we felt so out of place and just had the worst time ever, I don’t advise anyone to go throw a birthday party there EVER!!!

Let me just say that the place is clean but it is not organizedThe employees allow the older children to run through the toddler playground area and jeopardize the safety of young children.My wife was there with our 4 children And our toddler kept getting bumped into by older children.Needless to say when we complain to the manager nothing was done about it and by the end of the ordeal we decided to leave and bring our business elsewhere. As we were leaving We could see the mother of the children who were older and causing troubles in the toddler area laughing with the manager As we were leaving They clearly have rules that mark the toddler area for 4 and under but they do not uphold their policy so if youre looking to bring your toddler somewhere where they can get hurt this is the place

The place was very clean and the kids will have a lot fun here the reason why I gave 3 star because I order some food here and the food was taste horrible we only eat a little and have to throw them away so Ill recommend you if your kids feel hungry dont order food here go outside find a better food to eat after they play or eat before you coming because they dont allow outside food

Fun place, got to play together with my son through the maze and the air guns... thats about all there is though, without spending more on the arcade and VR stuff.

My husband and I just had a birthday party for my son my initial greeting wasn’t welcoming at all no smiles just did you sign a waver not sure if Victoria was having a bad day, but being the first face that a paying customer see there should be a smile even if it’s a fake one. Other than that the establishment is nice and clean I like how there’s different areas where the babies and toddlers can play but I do think they should have a staff member on the floor to ensure that the big kids are not in those areas. There were a couple times where I had to say something to those older kids in the toddler area, I shouldn’t have to. The food there was ok— pizza was salty and doughy. The party packages are very expensive— the classic party room is 375 (on a weekend) and is a room you have for an hour that comes with two pizzas and unlimited soft drinks for that hour with the kids— the package covers 12 adults and 12 children with charges for extra adults (even though adults are free on all days) or children ($20 each). If you were just to do everything ala carte and be ok with not having a tiny room for an hour it would cost you half the party amount for the same content. I honestly don’t advise doing a birthday party here and instead just do a group admission and do the birthday cake somewhere else because the price of the party room really isn’t worth it— they should revamp their classic package to include arcade credits for all the kids or free rides on the vr machines/bumper cars (both super fun) to make the weekend price make more sense (note: they do have a package that includes it but it costs a ridiculous amount of money) TLDR: CONS:the initial wait staff (especially Victoria) needs to work on the welcoming presence, the classic party package is too expensive and should be avoided, they need a staff member patrolling the younger area more often and the pizza is very meh PROS: the place is super fun for the kids and each play area is broken down age appropriately, the VR and Bumper Cars are awesome.

I had the worst experience here, the staff was incredibly rude, they had the worst customer service... I was a few minutes late and was charged 75 dollars, they didnt fail to make us feel unwelcomed and my daughter had the worst birthday, also the food was disgusting... I was unsatisfied and definitely dont recommend anyone to go throw a birthday party there. 500 dollars gone to waste.

Beware No Outside Snacks Allowed!Mother in law took my boys here and was told to either leave or to stand outside due to the no outside food policy. My 3 year old wanted to eat his packed snack from home which was a small sandwich bag of Chex cereal and Quinoa Chips. Major No No at this place!I understand you want customers to buy food from you to generate revenue but at the same time this policy is stupid when dealing with toddlers.Definition of Common Sense:Sound practical judgment concerning everyday matters.Skip tis place!

I had my daughters birthday party here last month and it was awesome!!! The facility is brand new and all of the games are awesome. The staff is top notch and we will definitely be back. She is already talking about having her 8th birthday party here. Lol!

Terribly disorganized, poorly managed. Just a bunch of staff running around with their heads chopped off, from the time you get in, they just look past you, hardly see any help or anything at check in. Completely disorganized and you have 2-3 other staff members just standing around not even jumping into help out. I stood at the snack counter while the staff member walked passed me a total of 6 times, without once greeting me, saying I’ll be with you in a minute or anything of the like. Then at the end when we cashed in our tickets, again waited another 5-7 minutes before being helped as there was no staff tending to that desk, on a Saturday afternoon of all days
