A very nice water park for the kids. Not over- packed. Lines are not long at all. Plenty of lifeguards on duty. Fun music. Plenty of table and chairs. There are pavilions for private parties. Kitchen that serves kid friendly food or you can bring in your own coolers. Overall, a pleasant fun environment.

Great staff very clean not crowded family friendly fun it was my first time there and I really enjoyed it. Staff routinely cleaning and sanitizing and wearing masks and gloves. Masks required to enter and a temp check but free to remove mask after you pass the check in. Ill definitely be coming back!

My daughter loves the slides and big open pool. I love the fact that they have a heated pool and you can bring in your own food/drinks.

It was a good inexpensive local park to spend a weekday. Not alot to do but great for young children. Id recommend if youre looking for something to do but not alot of time

I always have a great time here, never to packed always able to use slides as often as I want (not standing in long lines ) right now you can bring in your own food due to covid and need to wear a mask to get in.They always have this place clean we see employees picking up trash..we always enjoy ourselfs

Great price for access to the water park. It has a lot of spraying devices, so if you have little ones that dont like water being sprayed in their faces, you may not want to bring them here. Otherwise, I think its a great summer hangout.

Fun place to take the kids. Place is clean. Kids loved it. You can bring outside food and drinks. Only thing that stopped me from giving 5 stars is the customer service of some of the employees. We had quite a big group of kids and ordered snow cones for everyone. The employees preparing the snow cones seemed mad that we ordered so many. And they kept rolling their eyes and sliding the door shut in our faces as we were talking to them. This IS a business. And if you don’t like to work, then you shouldn’t have a job. They were very rude.

Exceeded expectations for a city park pool. Little disappointed that you have to be 48 for the slides. The rest of the facility is geared towards young children. Plenty of tables and chairs and shade. All the workers were very kind and helpful and interacted well with the kids.

They need to repair some equipment and have that completed before the next season. One area was not accessible the entire summer. I paid for full access.Other than that, it was a decently clean environment.

There wasnt a square inch left in the pool for another person to get in. This was on a hot humid summer day and of course it was definitely not at all an upscale place by any means. It smelled more like a zoo. I was so disgusted by the sights of everything around. The type of music was that of teenage night club, not where youd bring children.

Its really quite nice for its size. We did the lunch package totally worth it had a great time. The only problem we had while we were there was my 5 year old son wanted to go down the water slides, he can swim, but he wasnt tall enough. 2 of the water slides dump out into the main pool so it was nearly impossible to get him to stop trying.

As public pools go, this park is well maintained and has plenty to do. There are multiple water slides and something like a lazy river in the kids area. My concern here is with safety. There are no diving signs, but jumping in is allowed. During lightly populated times this might be ok (though jumping in to 4ft of water could be questionable) we were there when it was crowded and I had people jumping over, and several times almost on, my kids. Overall it was fun, but the safety felt a little lax.

It was fun even though the lazy river is small it was still fun and the slides are nice and small so people who are afraid of heights like me are good and there is a huge-ish childs area and a decently big pool good if you dont want to spend a lot of money and just want to have some fun without going overboard

I have 3 words for you. SO. MUCH. FUN! I loved the waterslides, the lazy river, and riding Hailey the Hippo! I did get to play in the playground too. BTW Amazing zip line!

For a first time with my children we had a ball! I love that we can bring our own food. I brought Groupon tickets which included a hotdog meal combo and also had my cooler full of goodies. I was lucky enough to get a table for my time there.

We had a great time today. They have so many life guards in duty that I have no worries with my kids. The Groupon helps to save money on the entry fee and we appreciated the free hot dogs, chips, amd drinks that came with the deal. Thanks for making our Sunday a fun day.

This water park is fun for the whole family. From birthday parties to a Saturday of fun, this park being close to home is a great addition to Rowlett.

I went here about 5 years ago it was great, went back yesterday the worst, over populated plus they let my youngest go down slid and they switched lifegaurds and the young guy Shawn said she couldn’t go down I get it rules are rules, but this place is a joke... no veggies on hamburgers nor goodies to go on hotdogs!?! Like go to Sam’s they way y’all charge shouldn’t be any excuse why we have no veggies or goodies for hot dog!?! Like really I will never go back to this place so save your time and money.

This was a fun water park but we had to leave due to feces in 2 pools and all over the walkways. I understand this happens now and then but it was too excessive in this case. I would give them another chance after a good cleaning because they kindly refunded our entry fee and this was out of their control in my opinion.

I had threw my daughters first birthday party here for the first time. My guest and I had an amazing time. The lifeguards did a wonderful job with monitoring the kids safety. The only problem I encountered was that my cake was not changed to a different flavor after I submitted several request and was told that it would be changed due to allergies. Overall, the experience here at the park was amazing. Thank you guys!

This place is great! its pretty small, but I like that because yours kids cant really go too far. my whole family loved the water slides (they are perfect for kids up through adults). plenty of shade available and youre allowed to bring in coolers with lunch stuff, so plan ahead for that.

Mediocre water park with over priced food. Its very small and over ruined with rude visitors. But if its the closest thing to you then go have fun there

I paid for the parrot perch pavilion for my sons 2nd birthday party. Long story short, it didnt go as planned. My 3 stars are for the water park, and Jessica, the director was really sweet. Hopefully she gets her team trained on the level of service that should be provided.

Great place to take your under 10 kids, my teenager didnt care for it to much.

Nice place to have fun but it has 2 problems: no places to change clothes and there is only 1 shower at each mens and ladies room and it closes really early at 7 p.m., cmon, the time between 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. is the best time to enjoy a wet zone. I suggest that they reconsider their business hours plus to extend their season to farther than August 12.

Overall the pool and amenities were nice but not being open until 12 on a Sunday should have had ample time to actually clean the pools which they did not. Hopefully next time they can take more pride with their facility.

Our favorite little get away during the summer! I can let my kids go swim with friends without worries. Its small enough to enjoy with little ones. Lifeguards are always aware and watching!

Decent small water park. Has gotten a little pricey for what is. 1 large pool, 1 small lazy river and 2 slides. Perfect for a low anxiety day with the kids.

Nice water park. Clean. Good play areas and life guards patrolling all of them. Pool isnt super deep but deep enough. For a little park it is very popular so there isnt always a table free, but Ive never had any issues sharing tables with other guests.

My grandaughter had her party there and it was awful. There was no one from the park attending the party, their hippo caracter never made it to say Hii to the kids, person we talked in the phone is very rude and even the toilet didnt have toilet paper. This park is getting worse and worse. We wont comeback until things are properly managed.

Nice water park for the kids. When I went it wasn’t too packed and I like the fact that they have a lot of life guards. Makes me feel more comfortable while taking a lot of kids. I got a deal through Groupon which included hot dog, chips, and drink. Hot dog could have been better and the soda was kinda flat. Another thing is that there isn’t enough chairs and tables, but overall the place is nice and would recommend it.

I paid for a birthday party for my daughter May 2018. Wet zone called me to cancel the party due to bad weather which I understand. It in now July going on August and I have still not recieved my refund I believe this is outrageous for it to take this long.!! I am beyond furious at this point at the management of this place to tell me it is out of our hands with no apology at all and nothing they can do. Will never plan a party or have any parts to this location ever again. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!

Just the right size for a small child.

The pool is great however this place is infested with bees.. they are everywhere!! You can’t eay comfortably or even enjoy the facility because you’re too busy fighting off bees. My child was stung and they claim they can’t do anything about it. We won’t be back.

My son took swim lessons here. He came out of his class feeling capable and confident! We also stayed after to play in the pool. The kids enjoyed the slides and water features very much!

Damn wetzone has cheaped out this year. Serving us hotdog and hamburgers DRY only meat and bread. No ketchup or anything lol shameful. Good thing is that it isnt overly crowded today. Three stars...

Its a great park, but usually far too crowded and understaffed for them to keep it clean enough. Theres floating Band-Aids and debris, etc, in the water by mid-day. Ive also been subject to witnessing people best their children in the dressing rooms, etc.

Well maintained family friendly water park. Staff is very nice. My only issue is that when my son took swim lessons in the morning people would come in and stay to get free admission and I dont think thats fair. Im paying for lessons and if I cant stay for free why should they. And if thats the case let everyone in for free. Someone should really be watching the entrance better or someone needs to spread the word I the best times to get in free...Im just saying.

Rowlett Wet Zone has fun features, but is kind of expensive, and considering how much we have to pay to go and have a good time, the experience is ruined by all of the daycares there every single day. Not only is it crowded, but there is never enough seating, and we always have to race and fight for even a single beach chair to put my familys beach stuff on. Everything in the shop is overpriced, and the bathrooms are disgusting and the stall doors are mostly too broken to lock.

It was ok but the are very strict with tickets and entering and there is alot of restrictions

This water park is great for younger children. The only issue is that the food there isnt great. Our burgers were super salty and the carbonated drinks werent actually carbonated, they were just the soda syrup and water with ice. Other than the food though we all had fun.

This place is great for just local chilling for kids with - lets say, minimal expectations / 3rd year bringing the kids I look after and passes are a must / NEEDS A SEPARATE-DISTINCT SEASON PASS LINE! / like mentioned previously lap pool is to warm/hot in August but today (June 16) its perfect / Lastly, thankful for the public WiFi
