Tried this place today for first time for eyelash extensions full set and Nexgen refill and was not disappointed! They did a great job! Set up my appointment online and no wait time. I will definitely be back and would recommend them!

First time and definitely my last time! Very disappointed with the service i got! I got a $30 pedicure which includes callus remover and 10 minute massage! First sign that this was gonna be a terrible experience was that he could not cut my toe nails he did not know what he was doing! Secondly he barely scrubbed my foot still have Callus on my heel thirdly massage who does not look forward toA good foot rub! Omg worst part he slapped some lotion on my legs and then put towel over it not once did he massage my feet! Lol not near 10 minutes!terrible terrible terrible!

Exceptional service! The staff is professional and extremely friendly. I came in for eyelash extensions but I had my two children with me. They had no issue with them being (they are well behaved) and they even painted my daughters nails while waiting. Clean, friendly, caring, and I love my lashes BTW.

Ive always been curious about eye lash extensions but hesitant to try it as Im Asian and didnt want it to look too much. Baysides product is really wonderful, it just looks like I put on mascara, low maintenance, natural looking.All the services in this spa salon feels very personalized and designed just for my needs at the time of visit. While they have a menu of services listed, they are flexible in making a new package or bundle depending on what is necessary not what they like to upsell.I always feel pampered and really cared for. So does my husband! ( the low prices are what he likes best)

Oh THIS SPA IS AMAZZZZING! I’ve had nail, pedi, and full body message here! This place never fails. I never have to request anyone bc they are all so great. Angel just did my body message and she’s so tiny but strong, very impressed by her message.This is the place to go if you want to get away and be treated like someone cares about you. Very clean, fancy, and the women are loving here.Con: just be upfront with pricing before you receive service. And if something charges extra tell them to tell you. But it does seem like every place charges more for everything.

I loved this place! I visited several times for a gel manicure and each time was top notch. My manicure was always well done and thorough and the staff was very friendly and accommodating and just all around great. They were in the process of making interior upgrades the last time I went, but unfortunately I don’t work in the area anymore so I won’t be able to return to see how that works out. I’ll miss this place for sure though!

I barely have time to go out and get my nails done regularly. I have two small boys. So when I came in with my youngest (he’s one) he was napping in his car seat the majority of the time then we woke up. He was starting to get a little fussy and the receptionist held him and talked to him while they finished up my nails. They were so nice and understanding, they made sure that my experience was great! I will definitely be back.

This is the only nail place in the area where weve consistently had a stellar experience. Call and speak with Jackie, and shell make sure youre absolutely taken care of. Relaxing environment, phenomenal customer service and staff.

This is definitely my go to salon, whether getting solar nails or a spa pedicure. Ive been going here since 2009, when it was Glamour Nails, and I even come in from East Texas to get my nails done. Elaine and staff are professional, always accommodating and give great service. My most recent pedicure, Oct 2017, was awesome using my favorite scent, Lavender. Ive also had other services, such as a massage, eyebrow waxing and candle waxing, which are all amazing services. Will always use this salon.

Elaine and staff at DS Therapy Nails and Spa are the best!! Elaine did an awesome job on my permanent brows and lashes. Im so excited that the brows are now permanent and it looks great. You cannot tell its tattoo, looks very natural. I love my lashes as they look natural also. I had my nails done there too. They are polite and patient. Very nice atmosphere and always clean and professional. This is my new one stop shop for all beauty maintenance needs.

The nail tech doing my nails put tips on despite me saying I wanted to keep my nails short. Thinking it was a part of the groupon deal I bought, I didn’t think to say stop. Come to find out, she was going to charge me an extra $5 for the tips! Otherwise, the nails are well done and look nice. I just wish I didn’t get th we awful extensions on :(

Have been coming for lash extensions for 3 years. I started somewhere else but more expensive and didnt like them. Elaine is amazing and sweet. Its a wonderful mommy day. Much needed and everyone compliments my lashes. Love love love it!!

Got my lashes done here and I LOVE it!! It looks so natural and amazing! I initially intended to only get my nails done, but I found out that they offer many other services too. So I ended up walking out with beautiful nails, a freshly waxed face, and amazing lashes. :)This is not your typical nail salon. In addition to mani, pedi, facial, & wax, they offer massages/reflexology, detoxing, eyelashes, tinting/permanent make-up, and tanning. And the prices are very reasonable. This is definitely my go-to place from now on.

We went to Plano for my TKR surgery at the Star Surgical Center. I highly recommend Star also. Stayed a total of 14 nights. It was very comforting and accomodating to all our needs even during a time of painful healing. I only wish I could have stayed longer. The beds were so comfortable and the staff was extremely helpful....

This is NOT a spa by any means! Received a gift card for a hot stone massage. Showed up and got a sales pitch I didnt understand. Ended up with two people massaging me who clearly had no idea what they were doing. The bed was a facial bed with a pillow which was terrible. They kept going in and out of the room, the rocks were too hot and when the time was up left the door open. So unprofessional. Then the owner/manager charged me extra for the hot rocks. Take it out of the tip! Idiots!

Pedicure was fine. For the manicure we used dipping powder. Terrible!! Ive never had mess worry prefer, Ive been using powder over a year. First broke me real nail!! When using Dremel tool got my skin in a could placesp! Neither of which I complained about it or even mention it... But then!!! At least one nail was thinner than the others causing a crack look mid nail. I went back, was asked what did I do, then she Dremeled it even more thin and reapplied the top coat. Left again went to store, while checking out I noticed it looked cracked again. I returned AGAIN, this time the took powder polish off and completely redid it. I got in my truck and noticed it wasnt dont like the others... Back in! For times in one day! THEN the next day. Same finger top gel coat was gone plus three other fingers too coat started flaking!! I called in which the manager said sorry come back and well fix them!!! Hahahahahaha. No. One Im in Rockwall and Im not driving back over there for a fifth time! Second, Im leaving day after tomorrow on vacation and i cant possibly believe theyll fix it THIS time.

I received a Groupon from my husband for mothers day. I had never been here and typically use a different place in Rockwall but due to the Groupon, the fact that it is much closer to my home, and that my typical manicurist relocated I decided to check it out. The place was very clean and very nice which was a great first impression. I had a Nexgen nail service done and initially I was very happy, so happy I scheduled an appointment for the following week for myself, my mother and grandmother to go back for pedicures. But, after 4 days both pinky nails pealed off and the next day 2 more nails did as well so I cancelled our appointment. By the end of 5 days the only nails I still had were my thumbnails. I have had Nexget done multiple times and have never had them come off that quick. I had gotten them done for family pictures and unfortunately they were ruined before we even took them. I was very disappointed and think Ill find somewhere else.

We have been coming to Elaine since she opened. Her and her staff are always so friendly and we feel like family after all these years.... They take their time and make sure you dont feel rushed, and they always work us in no matter what... Elaine has even stayed until after 10 on a Friday just to make sure everyone that comes in the evenings is taken care of... We live her and her staff...PS: TK is awesome with Cherry Blossoms and nail art of any kind!

My wife & I took my mother in law to DS Therapy to get her lashes done for the first time and was very happy with it. She is a picky older lady and did not originally wanted to get it done because she was afraid of it irritating her eyes but after being highly recommended, she agreed to try it out. She never complained about any irritations and absolutely loved it. Her lashes were very natural. We are extremely happy with the service and all the sweet ppl at this place!

Dont let the man that works there give you a pedi. He forgot the massage and hot towels. When I let him know he ignored me.Wont go back to this place because of him. Hes very rude.When choosing which pedi I wanted he told me to hurry up. Guess he doesnt understand there are hundreds of other nail salons in the area I can choose from.

Had a young girl doing my nails...which was fine. She was nice and sweet but killed my cuticles. She made my finger bleed which I didnt report. Then I had a coupon for a $30 Mani-pedi; upon checking out, the owner told me it was $40. I reminded her of my coupon, and she said Oh yeah, thats because you have good nail polish. Its like gel polish. I told her I picked out a basic neutral colored OPI Nail Polish Lacquer for my nails and toes. Nothing was gel. I can go pay $8.25 for the exact same bottle at Walmart. She said Oh, I can give it to you for $35. The only reason I paid $35 was because I was going to tip the girl who did my nails and toes although she hurt my hand, my toes looked nice. Needless to say, I wont be returning. Dont advertise prices you are not willing to honor!!!

It must have been my guys first day. he overflowed the tub, got my purse wet, never touched my legs for my pedi, barely massaged my feet. a girl offered me a drink and never brought it. took an hour and a half for my pedi alone then they claimed they never heard me say mani and made me wait when i know they heard me b/c she repeated what i said. i told them i had pictures being made that day and was in a time pinch and still made me wait. will not be back and will tell my friends to not come here.
