Wanted to get my septum pierced here because i had a great experience the first time. called to make sure the piercer would be available and was told to call back at around 3:00 to 3:30 to see if we could find a good time for me to come in. i called 15 times in the span of 2 and a half hours no answer and no call back. i even left a voicemail and texted the number a message and nothing. that is not professional in the slightest. you are a business you should know how to answer your phone ESPECIALLY when you tell customers to call at a certain time. i ended up going to fine line tattoo in garland and i’m glad i did. they answered when i first called and do walk ins. the piercing was HALF the price of fresh image and they are so much more professional. don’t bother coming here there is better and cheaper else where.
