Good pizza and BIG gameroom. Lots of fun for the littles

Ive always loved Gattiland (now called Gattitown) since I was a youngin. We had not been since covid hit and the changes were interesting. They gave us each our own tools to pick up the pizza, as to not cross contaminate the handles. Silverware was individually wrapped and drink cups were given out as needed (no longer stacked by the drink station). There werent very many people so groups were sitting about 4-8 tables apart, more than enough social distancing space. The workers were chill and helpful. They also had a new pizza that was a smore and it blew my ever loving chocolate craving mind. The marshmallows were perfectly toasted and it tasted like summer and campfire. We didnt check to see if the game room was open, we figured it would be closed. Would 10/10 always recommend.

My wife and I took our son there for a kids party,upon arriving we were greeted so friendly and properly. The gaming area even had indoor bumper cars and I went back to my Astroworld teenage years. Thanks for the experience. U guys r great

THIS PLACE IS NASTY! We walked in and it smelled like mop water. Hadnt been since they changed it from Gattiland to Gattitown and we will NOT be going back. Zero cleanliness. Zero pride in the establishment. Food was burnt yet undercooked.... how does that happen?? Not a clean highchair in the place and the front staff seemed annoyed when I asked them to clean one. Had to look at numerous tables to find a chair with an intact seat cover that wouldnt snag my clothes.DISGUSTING.

Clean, keeping it safe for everyone. I like that they let us self serve and provide clean utensils everytime we get food. Staff is friendly and attentive. My kids always have fun here!

If I could give this location a 0 rating I would. We were there for a lunch buffet with the kids. My husband and I both got their wilted green salad, figuring we could pick out the old stuff, but the worst of it was the egg salad, it was literally inedible. It was stringy and chewy like rubber. We could not chew through it. I told the staff about it, figuring it was just old eggs. I was told that that was the way it was. I talked to the manager today and he said it was due to COVID and having to use frozen eggs instead of regular hardboiled. I honestly just wanted a credit on the two meals that we couldnt stomach, but he was unwilling to work with me. He wanted to give me a voucher, but we honestly dont plan to go back. Its unfortunate that he was unwilling to credit $16 off my $72 purchase. Again, never again. I can get much better quality food for much less elsewhere.

Food was good. Had a screw sticking out of a booth seat that cut my leg. Projector screen was a little hard to see at times

Clean food was hot and fresh and staff was amazing!! My family and I enjoyed ourselves thank you.

The staff is meh, but the pizza is fresh(usually) and the games are great.

It was nice, I liked how small it was. It wasnt overly crowded and just what we were looking for. However, they did not enforce the masks rule. I did not like that. Nothing was wiped down in between. They did provide hand sanitizer before you entered the play area. It was ineffective. I had recently just scraped my hand maybe 5 min prior and my hand did not burn from the sanitizer. So not sure what they used but it didnt work.

Ive always love gattis pizza but everytime we go here half the games dont work so you get ripped off on the games, other than that buffet is good

Their dessert pizza is really good (the one with the toasted marshmellows on it). The games are rather expensive compared to other places.

Pleasantly surprised. First time going there and just had the buffet but were impressed with the quality of the food (being a buffet). I think the difference is the staff constantly keep checking on the buffet and keep things fresh. They seem to care quite a bit and it showed. The game room was impressive. They have three dining rooms to fit different audiences: one for kids with a movie always rolling, one for adults with sports on the screens and another on that had a quieter atmosphere.

This is a five star rating because it is prove me wrong. Sorry karens.

We took the 3 kids here on kids eat free Wednesday. It was pretty darn good. For each adult buffet you buy, you get a free kid buffet. The pizza was good, not great. But all you can eat! It was also super affordable. Of course the catch is the kids went to play games in their large arcade which costs money. We had fun. We will go back, probably again on a Wednesday. Oh, it was pretty packed with families so expect a bit of a madhouse atmosphere.

Celebrated my grandsons birthday here. Our host was very efficient and friendly. Transition from reserved room to the outer tables was easy. Food was ok. Salad bar was delicious and kids had an awesome time playing in the game room.

The food is always fresh. Some of the games are run down and don’t work. My kids overall love coming here and my son has his fifth birthday here and loved it.

It was very clean and nice. The only thing I say was wack was whenever someone take a slice of pizza they replaced it with a slice of pizza from the back. As a cook I thought it was suppose to FIFO means first in first out. Other then that it was nice and the cashier(African American girl)was super nice.

Great stop for family entertainment. The prices are good. The place has a cinema that plays family themed movies, flat screens playing various sports, an arcade, and all you can eat buffet. This is a good great day trip for families on a budget.

Great place to bring the kids for pizza buffet and games! Traveling through area with kids age 7 and 9. They loved it. Didnt want to leave. The adults in the group liked that we could sit and talk while the kids played.

I enjoy the salad bar. The grand kids enjoy the games. The pizza tastes like they heated up from frozen.

I gave them a five because the food bar is delicious and well maintained. Great pizza, pasta, salads and deserts. Also the rec area for the kids is great!

Definitely had a good meal. Kids loved the movie room. Biggest issue is the games are way over priced!! $1.50 to $2.00 per game! Definitely cheaper to go to Mt. Playmore or Chuck E for playing games. Especially if you have toddlers. Not toddler friendly for games but definitely for food.If you just go eat and watch movies with toddlers its a win win!

This was an okay family experience. Some of the arcade games dont work and arent marked as broken so that kids lose their money.As for food, the pizza is better than at many kids places, but the dining room is just plain dirty. Bussers came through a couple of times and took plates from empty tables, but the floor stayed filthy.

I loved coming here as a kid but the pizza tastes sad and the tables are old. Good service, but you can tell this place is old.

A good place for kids. The buffet has a good selection of pizza and pasta. The salad bar is nice and have dessert. The gameroom is good, the bumper cars are fun, a few games were not working. Given that it is still a good time. The price is good for what you get.

Covid process could be better but I love this place

Weve been coming here since our kids were little and now they bring their kids here.The food here has always been great!

I can get spaghetti here. I can watch sports on the BIG screen. Or can watch the movie while eating in the Huge family room. Love their salad bar. And you get to help yourself to all the food. And they have a great game roomMy granddaughter loves this place. Heck, so do i.

This pizza doesn’t taste the same as the one in Odessa,TX it’s weird and the pastas as well and they don’t have nearly enough on the buffet line as back home does you would think a city that is twice as bigger would have better quality food than a small town does.

The games were mostly new, or fairly new. The prices to pay were reasonable, and the food was fresh with a very good salad bar. The deserts were fresh, and tasty. I recommend it to anyone with a family who likes to have fun indoors for an affordable price.

Always fresh pizza and salad. They keep putting stuff out. I dont think i have ever really seen dried out old pizza. Good value.

We go here because the kids like the games. Pizza isnt the Mr. Gattis youd expect. Thats to say the food is okay, but the pizza is not the same as carryout you can get around town. The place is reasonably kept up and the visits are good enough to keep coming back.

Food was great. Most of the games were broken. My children were upset.

Pizza was decent and they had vegetable (healthier) options. Didn’t even bother going to the scammed arcade.Also had pretty good tea.

The Gatti town is always a fun experience for the kiddos. Food is usually fresh and an employee is always around cleaning up spills promptly.if the pizza has been out for a while you can order something fresh. Very few games are out of order the only con is that the seating areas are usually pretty dirty but if you ask them to clean up, they’re usually on it. Wednesday kids 10 and under eat free so it’s always nice to have an all you can eat option for these hungry kids!

We booked birthday party today and the host is really excellent. Every staff working here is so good and even friendly. We are really very happy to celebrate my sons party here. If you wanna a party full of fun filled things and also with yummy food definitely its a great place for it. Just go for it.

Whats to say... Clean facilities fresh foods atmosphere great! The staff was on top of Everything Smiles included! Which is a refreshing observation on my behalf that lacks in other eateries Kuddos to the Young Lady in charge of her team. Job well done! I give it 5 pizza slices

This place has a great buffet, great seating, and great games. This would be 5 stars if it wasnt for one thing. After eating here I got horrible fiery painfull diarrhea. Ive never had to go number 2 so frequently, and have it hurt so bad. I have been here many times, and this is the first time I got it. However, my family gets it almost every time we go here.

My family and I love this place! The pizza is fabulous with a wonderful variety to choose from. You can also request a specific type if you have a favorite that is not already made.We also really enjoy the games and have fun playing them together. Always a treat to go and have a family night of fun!

The Salad bar was great! Very clean, and the kids had so much fun playing all the games. We had trouble with a game one time, and they refunded that game, no hassle immediately. They also had a special the monday we went where parents dined for 2.99.

I wished theyd fix the seating area in the kids room along the wall is horrible, you sink in and hurts your back. Hair in my salad, bugs flying around is soo gross!! They barely pick up the old plates and look at you weird when you take them to their station. Restrooms are pretty dirty

Buffet pizza, salad bar, pasta & desserts with a large gaming area. Always crowded every time we go. They cant seem to keep the pizza stocked and they run out of plates and forks. How hard is it to order more plates and utensils? This place is poorly managed.

The people who work there are fantastic and helpful. I was disappointed that the movie was playing without closed captioning.I went with a young man who needed a gluten free pizza. Last night I went through the web site and tried to find the menu for this particular location and ended up in an infinite loop. I was able to find the nutritional value and menus for other locations. It turned out that this location does not have gluten free pizzas. We had to order a gluten free pizza to be delivered from another Gattis pizza location.As I said, the workers were great and made sure we got the pizza, but it seemed like a round about way to make sure everyone had pizza they enjoyed.The game area was laid out so it didnt seem busy, and it was not too terribly loud, which was great.

This place was fun to go to my family and my niece and nephews. The salad bar was stocked and fresh. They had room to expand and add more pizzas seeing how the had empty trays. They were busy and every time a pizza was placed it would be gone fast. Other than that it was fun times. Try it out you might like it

AWESOME every time

Ventured in on a rainy Wednesday afternoon to celebrate my sons birthday. The buffet was wonderful stocked, hot and fresh pizza. Cold and crisp salads. The sweet tea was so good as well. The dining areas were clean, well staffed and prompt bus services of tables. We dined in the movie room.My son really enjoyed the arcade games. This place was getting crowded as we left at 6. They offer a military discount for buffet prices!

Id never been to a gattis before so the theater room was a nice surprise. Food was good enough. And larger options then the chucky cheese back home in indiana. But I still rate the chucky cheese a star higher. Just for the way the games work. Ours In Indiana uses a timer instead of cash per game. So I feel I got so much more for my money in that regard. Which lets face it thats why a person comes to a place like this

Will give you the runs and avoid reflux, but I cant stop because I love this pizza. Probably just because I grew up on it.

Foods what youd expect. Game cards eat your money real quick. The restaurant has that smell that olive gardens get, something to do with parmesan I guess.

This is a good place to get lunch the buffet is only 7.99 so its very affordable.. it has a lot of space and it isnt super crowded during lunch

As soon as you walk in the smell of dirty mop moist for days hits you... Get some pinesol or some fabulouso on that quick

The game room was huge and kisses loved it. However being a mom with toddlers I was out off that they had no cups with lids! Make sure you take your own if your kid needs a lid.

Good pizza, friendly staff. Theyve gotten new booths & chairs in the rooms which makes the whole place feel much cleaner. Theyve also cleaned up a bunch in the game area (added new games, taken away older ones). Its a good family place to come and let your kids burn off some energy and have fun!
