Their same day delivery service isnt worth it. I placed an order yesterday at 11:08am, well before the cut off time, and at 7:45pm I still hadnt received my items. I called the store only to be told that they were too busy and my order hadnt been processed yet. I would get it in a day or two. What good is a day or two later when Im placing a same day order?I called their corporate office and spoke with a supervisor named Clarice. She used the same excuse they always use when there is a problem. There was a system failure. I knew she wasnt telling the truth because the store told me otherwise. After she called the store suddenly within a few minutes my order was scheduled for delivery.Take note: According to the Michaels website, if your order is placed before 1:00pm you may get it that day. No where on the website is it stated as to a time frame as to when youll receive it. According to Clarice they have until 9:00pm to deliver it. So, if you think youll set your order within a few hours of placing the order, forget about it.Thats Michaels for you, they lure you in with the cheap prices and stick you with the stipulations later.

This is a great store if you are looking for crafting materials, picture frames, and decorations.

Rachelle, in the framing department, was very knowledgeable and helpful in the final decision to have my painting framed. The cost was very reasonable with clearance price on a variety of frame choices available. Turn-around for the finished frame is two weeks for my project. Im happy

Happy that I was able to find most of the things I was looking for!!Customer service could have been better though. The cashier did not take the time to confirm that the sketchbook was on sale and was not trying to use the 20% off coupon for the other full priced items. I had to recommend for her to ask a supervisor for help. Since she closed the register to get help, she had to ring up everything again. This experience was really a 2.5.

Great selection of party supplies for parties! Best part is that it stands out from other retailers. Loved the Martha Stewart collection.

Great selection but not easy to find what youre looking for. Layout is confusing for newbies because like items do not seem to be grouped together. clearance section had a lot of great deals but was completely trashed and unorganized and I did not have the patience to look through

Great crafting place to shop. Love using the coupons on the app and employees normally friendly and helpful. Store never looks dirty..

I’ve been here multiple times, and they always have great selection. I always find stuff I didn’t even know I needed, LOL. Bailey was a big help for me today, she was very personable and helped me decide on a couple of things I was choosing between. She is amazing, and should be given recognition!

Havent been here in awhile and forgot how perfect this store is! Great sale on summer floral which was reason for todays visit. Safe environment, sanitizer available for customer use, plexiglass screens at register, contact-less purchasing. This store has always had decent variety of choices in all categories of crafting. Wont forget next time to go to Michaels first!!

Wow amazing place for arts and crafts shopping.very professional staff helps effortlessly. Beautiful return policy and quality products.

Almost everything was stocked and the store was clean. It was a very short visit but a good one.

Always enjoy strolling through looking for stuff. Wheres the fabric? We asked an employee who seemed rushed and we went to where she sent us and nothing. Oh well maybe next time.

What a difference from other store. Have a question. Csr finds answer..Store very neat.

I asked for help finding at item. I was told by 3 different employees the item was in 3 different places. Come to find out they didnt even know what i was looking for. When I was checking out the cashier said I dont think we have that. No apology or anything.

Online orders and returns are not their thing... I suggest on store shopping.

Good place. Good sales. Great variety of items. STILL cant find candle making things though.

Small aisles, and too much product on the floor. Too crowded and difficult to move around.

A regular here, always has everything I need and the staff are helpful and friendly.

I didnt even end up making my purchase. I put my stuff down and walked out. First the prices were unreasonable. The item I wanted to buy was priced over a dollar more for less product than Ive found at Hobby Lobby. The staff was absent at best and they only had two registers open with a line that backed up into the isles. I will not be going back.

Clean store great customer service. Three framing manager was great!

Great sale on Art framing! The framing professionals are so helpful!

Ok wish I had gone sooner to find more things..

My favorite place for craft paints and other items.

Didnt have what we were looking for to clasp some jewelry together

Excellent, as usual. However, Halloween decos were on short supply

️ awesome service.

Went to Michaels two days after Thanksgiving and they had an amazing sale going on. The store was very busy, yet it was still organized. The only thing that could have been better was their floor help. They didnt have many people to around to ask for information of products.

Very good service much satisfied

Got one of our favorite Frederic Remington canvas prints stretched and framed here and it’s stunning! Great frame recommendation AND it was ready a day early! Highly recommended

Amazing customer service at the framing department!

Great craft store. More fabric, but everything else u could need!!!

Great store!! All your craft needs in one place. Excellent place for framing for your precious photos and artwork. Friendly helpful staff and team members.

This particular Michaels does not have the same wide variety of items as the one by my house does. The store seemed discombobulated and not as aesthetically pleasing as I have come to expect from Micheals. There were items strewn throughout the store laying all over the place with numerous items in the floor. The front windows were so dirty that when the sun hit them you could barely see through. It made me wonder about the cleanliness of the entire store.

Good store, didnt have all that we needed. Wish they had a no mask, no service policy but

You know I LOVE making crafts and I used to love this store but now I just like it. When I really need a particular item they are out of stock or dont have it... When Im not needing it its everywhere. They got beads, lots of beads but not the ones Im looking for (Hobby Lobby does).

I always lived Michaels, until they taking competitors coupons. JoAnns still continues to take competitors coupons. Michaels you are missing out!

They get orders ready generally for curbside pick up within a day. I am glad they still do curbside and work for staff and patron safety.

Great variety of Arts and crafts supplies

Good selection of craft items.

Order online with 40% discount and pick up in store. Very convenience! Make jewelry scarfs using beads from Michaels. Thank you from Fantastic Crafts - an upcycled crafts online store.

I came early for my curbside order and the gentleman who was managing it went out of his way to make sure that I had everything that I had ordered. He was very busy and went out of his way to help me.

This michaels was great. I found the sketch pencils I was looking for, and my girlfriend found some adorable holloween decorations that were half off. We saved more when Tony offered to help us set up a rewards account with the store, that dropped our total from $59 to just over $40. Was overall a pleasent experience, however I bought a picked up a bottle of coke as I was nearing the register, and bought it without checking the innerds. I opened and drank some, only to find out later that it was filled with some brown, wood chip like materials and seemed to have a layer of oil sitting atop the surface of the drink. Pretty disgusting, and Im not exactly sure what I drank. Pictures below should show what Ive described. Long story short, dont buy drinks from Michaels.

The customer service has significantly improved. Staff members are pleasant and helpful. The members in the framing department are exceptional. Thank you for getting it together Michaels, because you know Im not going to Hobby Lobby.

Great Christmas selection.

I would give 5 stars because of the variety. However, Im extremely disappointed that @ the beginning of Nov. There was absolutely NOTHING for Thanksgiving! All the decorations are for Christmas! Really? Are we just going to skip over Thanksgiving ... the message being grateful for all the bkessings received throughout the year.So sad that commercialism is now dominating our entire lives

Inspired to do loads if things I have not tried before. Seems like I am In a world of my own in there.

I bought my christmas tree there for a good price. 6 ft tall for $60 and is gorgeous!! Lights included!!

Worst customer service and selection I have ever seen. Dont waste your time, just go to Hobby Lobby. Went in for baby shower crafts and they only had bridal. Asked 3 different employees for help and all of them didnt know. The fourth employee told me they dont carry baby shower items anymore. This store needs customer service training.

It is a multi-purpose place. It meets my crafting, and baling needs; great for buying gifts; stimulates creativity and you cant beat the discounts.

Everyone was helpful but they were completely out of Aida canvas! So they gave me a discount on all the floss I bought. Also I didnt feel like I was giving money to an organization that ultimately wants to see me dead.

A very clean store with the craft items placed in order. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Some of the craft items in this store are unique that you cannot find anywhere. They also have kids class for craft and creativity.

Great and convenient location, everything is always stocked correctly, friendly staff and service.

Even after discount tags are placed on items; i found some were still relatively more expensive than in similar stores

Michels carry good offer for canvas boards at all time ... if you are looking for pain collection and framing they have wide collections and they also have creative gifts for kids

My daughter loves this store. Has all her drawing needs

Ray in framing did an excellent job and very pleasant even on a busy Christmas Eve !

Lots of creative stuff.

Decent place, prices are high unless there is a sale or you have a coupon. Nice holiday decorations.

Umm...I went looking for some glitter paint to finish up the Christmas Ornaments I was making, they didnt have the particular color I wanted but I picked up some others. The store seemed short staffed and messy but to their credit it was during the Christmas rush and I work retail so I completely understand.

Lots of choices for decorating the home or office. Busy due to the upcoming holidays. This is a craft store not much else do say

Very disappointed in this Michaels store. I was looking for graduation decorations and all they had was 1 small, simple rack containing what looked like to be left overs. Well when I asked an associate she stated that was all the graduation decorations the had to offer this year. They also had no sales on anything in the stores which I found very odd. Michaels has always been a great crafty store but I couldnt even find the color or size of ribbons. .

Not a good selection in what they carry.

Everything crafts. Frames, paints, faux flowers, art supplies, puzzles, legos, etc. Some locations also have UPS pickup and dropoff.

You can buy my book at Michaels!

Friendly service, always give teachers a discount with ID (can even be combined with other coupons!)

This place is my favorite on hobbies and crafts and the prices are just right.

I think it is a really good place for a lot of crafty stuff. it was my first time there so I was really lost but besides that everything is really good.

I like Michaels, but not as much as Hobby Lobby. I DO like that Michaels offers 15% off purchases to teachers!! Every little bit helps!

Quick run in, last minute Wednesday evening. Store was clean given that tomorrow is Thanksgiving.

Organized, neat, customer service, and has a variety of discounts in store and through the app. Great quality for low price.

Great deals . Use coupons online and always find things easy.

Didnt have what we were looking, but the staff was fabulous for how hard they tried looking.

We got some lovely wreaths for the front of our garage doors

Needs crafting and rather things also bargain stuffs.

Friendly staff, stocked shelves, and the shopping carts wheels all worked correctly. :) The prices are comparable to Hobby Lobby/Walmart and you can can download a 40% off one item coupon. They also offer a discount to Teachers.

Michaels is well organized and easy to find your way around Craft supply store. Great place to go for those quick needed supplies but you may need to find a craft specific shop for harder to find objects. This location has a large wedding and event section.

Michaels always has good sales going on for any interest art or hobby. It is getting a bit more difficult to find some assistance however. Store is always clean and organized.

Michaels will never be Hobby Lobby. Yes, theyre both craft stores, but genuinely, theyre barely comparably. Michaels is more kits and ready-to-start crafts while Hobby Lobby is a fend-for-yourself fiesta of bits and bobbles you may need for a hobby. But Michaels has never shown any interest in taking away womens rights or hating the LGBTQ community, so you must pick your battles wisely.

Great work in framing department

VERY Poor customer service. Ive shopped their location a few times and the sales staff are inattentive and dismissive. Finding available sales help is a challenge. One visit Im pushing two carts overflowing with items. A sales associate sees this. Rather than offering me help, they comment on how the items are falling out of the cart instead of offering to help me by getting me a third cart or giving hands-on assistance.Another visit I asked for help with paint. It was 15 minutes before closing. I finally found a sales associate, who instead of finding out my needs, found it more important to remind me that they were closing soon and I needed to hurry up and make my choices. A little help would have done just that.Ive discussed this with management. Lots of excuses and no real interest. Seems like they tolerate customers rather than being happy to have them.

Rushed and was talking to another customer even though I was already in the middle of being helped.

Love Micheals!

Everything I need! Crowded, meaning the aisles are narrow and the shelves run tall but thats just more to be inspired by!

Great prices. Nice employees!

Friendly staff with a wide selection of different things to choose from. They have just a little bit of everything it seems.Which unfortunately means that they have limited selection on some things. For example, they have two and a half isles of knitting things, and on isle for sewing felting needle point and a couple of other textile arts. All in all a good experience though.

This store always claims to have sales and yes they do at times but the sales arent actually sales if you get my drift. I tend to come in when I feel the creative side of me however I just think they are overpriced. One flower stalk was 8.99 imagine if you needed 5 . Not a huge fan of this store. On the good note they always have plenty on the shelves and in stock with a variety to choose from.

This is a service review. Richard went above and beyond. He asked me about the order which I had shopped online and picked up in the store. There had been some items that were cancelled due to not being in stock. He looked up and asked me to wait. Went and got the last set in the store and even sold it to me for the price I originally agreed to pay. His extra effort will make a little girls birthday really fun. Felt like my order was really important. Its the little things that communicate so much. Thank you Richard.

The staff at this location were just so incredibly kind and helpful as my 9 yr old tried to figure out the best way to spend his Christmas gift card on at supplies. He had many many questions about products and pricing and available discounts, and everyone was so patient and accommodating. Really outstanding customer service! Thank you for helping make our sons Christmas so special, and for making ours less stressful!

They knew what carbon paper was!

Curbside at Roundrock Location is a joke

Awesome place for craft supplies. Over the years the selections get better, along with their prices.

My wife likes this location so this is where we go.

I love this place! Great for presents, crafting. Great selection and very nice location.

Love the sales

I die in these ruins. But I hope youre happy.

Totally like a kid in a candy store when I come here. They have the best Cricut selection and always have sales on the Cricut stuff. Make sure to look for a coupon before you go though!

I love going to michaels. my only complaint is that sometimes it is hard to find stuff and there was quite a crowd when i went so i couldnt find someone to help for a bit. otherwise, my go to spot!

Attended a acrylic pouring class. The classroom was big. We had 12 participants and had plenty of space.

Absolutely like it! Everytime I found goods that i like and need.

We found what my daughter was looking 4 stuff 4 a baby shower and found most of what she needed. Thank u.
