Good pizza. Great place for kids, Lots of games for kids to play. Great customer service. Very clean and maintained.

Toddlers are really so excited to be running around, hopping from one ride to the next. Kiddie rides are brightly painted which makes the place very appealing and very attractive. The rides are easy to hop into, especially designed for toddlers height. Older kids, and grown ups are equally very much entertained, too.

My girls love this place. Even with the new guidelines in place they had a blast. The staff was patient, caring, fast and very understanding. Kudos to them for making the best of the situation. Looking forward to bringing the family again very soon.

Pretty foul. Best way to describe the pizza is Frankenstein. Put together from different sources. One of our slices even had a remnants of an olive on it (which we did not request) quiet disappointed!!!!! Corporate definitely needs to follow up!!

Nice clean place and great service. The games seem to be well maintained and cleaned often. The food is as good as you can can expect from a chuck E cheese.

This is a nicer Chuck E. Cheese than many, although you still get the same middling pizza, overpriced wings and canned wine. Staff seems very nice, and the games seem well maintained. Overall, this is definitely worth the farther drive to come back to, over the 2 other locations that are closer to our house: Arden in Sacramento, and the Vacaville/Fairfield location.

I was so glad that they were open! It was my daughters 7th birthday and Covid-19 pretty much made us give up hope on going anywhere to celebrate, but late that afternoon minute my daughter asked if Chuck E Cheese was open, and thankfully it was! My two daughters 6 & 7, my niece 5 and myself jammed down to Chuck E Cheese and to our surprise there were only three other families there, so needless to say it was a blast! face masks were provided by Chuck E Cheese Greeter upon entering, if you didnt your own and they also had hand sanitizer available for all those who find comfort in killing off your bodys natural antibodies, but yeah all the staff memebers were very friendly and eager to help. So few people ment No lines to play the games, so my girls got to just run and play play play. I purchased each one of them an Unlimited 90min Play Bracelet. It was just the right amount of time. We also ordered pizza and boneless wings and the pizza was actually really good! Would definitely recommend. The restaurant/gaming area was very clean as well. Overall great experience thanks!

One of go to spots on rainy days, playdates and to celebrate with our little one. The restrooms could definitely need more attention on a regular basis. Overall the service is good and the apps are decent. Theres always coupons so we feel its reasonably priced for what it is.

Its a great classic 0lace to take the kids for birthday parties. We went kind if early in the day with my 2 nieces for one of their birthdays. I like that they have separate little kids and big kids areas. The 4 adults that went including myself rotated supervising the kids while the others went and played in the big kid section. I do wish they had some better prize choices for ticket exchange and they are pretty overpriced but thats just chuck e cheese for you i guess

My 13 yr old son, Reagan who has Autism, had a great time for his birthday party. I am pleased with the way your staff treated him... like a regular kid. ️️. We will definitely be coming back

Very nice staff always running around serving customers. The down side is being there on a Sunday for a Birthday party and they had 4 or 5 others going on at the same time. Plus the restaurant was full of families just there to eat and play games. There was several games not working at all one of which was the main attraction simulator ride in the middle of the game area. The other is how dirty the place seems to be. They really need someone going around full time on the weekends just cleaning tables and wiping down games. Floors needed attention as well. Never used the bathroom so I cant say how they were for cleanliness.

Went here for my nieces birthday. Got there at 10:30am. Looked very clean, very spacious. There was 3 birthdays going on at the same time. So they coordinated the singing of the birthdays at the same time and had Chuck the rat take turns visiting each celebrant. Looks like a 2 hour time limit to celebrate for each reserve section.

Love the low sensory 9 to 11, it makes it more enjoyable for all. Food was good, better than I thought. Great customer service.

Really loud and not very clean. Tables werent cleaned and food was left out for a really long time, everywhere. No workers to be found. Hard time getting customer service, & wasnt friendly. Some of the games werent working but no sign, so just lost money..

I went yesterday with my kids and husband and brother. this morning Me and 2 of my daughters and my brother had stomach pains and threw up. what came up was the pizza since we were there til they closed and that is all we ate last night til this morning. I had to pick up my daughter from school at 8am because she threw up at school and they didnt want her sick around kids. its almost 3 pm and we are just in bed feeling horrible. maybe its not a good time to be taking the family out with everything going on.

My little man partied like a Rockstar for his 6th Birthday The unlimited game hour pass was the best deal, we earned over 6,000 tickets and he was so excited to win the star wars light saver!

This is the best Chucky cheese Ive been to. Down south it was all about Johns incredible pizza but Chucky cheese is a lot better up here.

Great place! The mangaer Scott though seemed a little bit rude and high strung, maybe it was just me .With all of that aside I was at a party for my Niece and her party host Joi I think, she was wearing a bun and had long eyelashes she was very kind, and catered to all of our needs, and went the extra mile, she even asked how the party parents how they wanted the cake cut. Anyone who, gets her as a host is very lucky . The securtiy here is awesome too they make sure everyone leaves with the child they came in with. Kasi was also very helpful with my husband and I at the front. This location of Chuck E Cheese was very very clean and I will definatley come back many many times thank you for this great experience!!!

I recommend this place because most of the times that I have been here it has not been too crowded, and the variety of games is great. The best way to do it, in my opinion, is to get a game card with play time on it. You can play any of the games as much as you want for that time and it makes it really fun. The food was decent, they have wraps now, not just pizza anymore. The only bad thing about last time was that most of the ticket counting machines were broken.

Very chaotic! The manager Scott was very rude when we were trying to check in for our party. He wasnt trying to understand what we were saying so he got frustrated and walked off telling the cashier its their problem. Majority of the staff had no clue what to do with every customer. Our hostess Jena was the only person to help our night be easy.

My grandsons 2nd birthday was amazing. When he realised the big party was for him he was so happy. Thank you for making this day so wonderful.The food was not good at all. It is a good thing we ate earlier and didnt go there for an actual meal. My grandsons happiness outweighed the food by far. Great place for kids!

Ive taken my grandkids here many times. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Lots of different games for different ages and interest.

Look, Chuck E doesnt have great pizza. Its just OK.But if you are looking for a good place to let your kids run around and play games, Im not sure there is a much better choice.Keep in mind that prizes are generally over priced, but still more reasonable than just about everywhere else that does tickets. Also, there is always somethings small that kids can get.Last two things. Highly recommend the salad bar, which is generally better than the pizza. Also, this particular Chuck E Cheese is newer. Its cleaner and typically less crowded than some of the others.My daughter would give this place 6 stars if she could.

One of the cleanest Chuck E Cheeses Ive been to. The staff was nice and it wasnt busy at all, which was a surprise for a Saturday. They did seem slightly understaffed though and we had to wait for someone to notice us each time we needed help at the counter (food and prizes). But overall we had a great time.

Pizza is always a hit. My child loves going however they really need to add a new variety of games. I think they must have just cleaned the carpets because the whole place had a moldy wet dog smell to it today.

Really cheap on Wednesdays, clean and not too crowded but many of the machines run out of tickets with the discounted unlimited play pass. The little kids section was great.

Now at Chuck e Cheese you can buy a card with time on it, like 1 hour, and play as many games as you can Im that hour. You can pause the time once while you eat, use the restroom, etc. I love this change.

Everything was great! My daughter had her birthday there and everything was very organized, well-planned, and the staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs! The games were great kids had lots of tickets, and the ticket redemption process was good however a couple of the ticket machines were down so that took some extra time.

Kids have a blast here. Thankfully theyve beer for adults to let kids have fun and chill out.

The food was great. Kids had a blast but the smell was grossing me out. As soon as we walked in, you get hit with the smell of dirty laundry. Just sweating kids having fun Im sure but maybe they need to keep up a bit more on the cleaning. Trash was all over the ground.

Its gotten better. At least most of the games are functioning now. Last year more than 50% of their games were out of order. The game ticket wins and the prizes vs cost of tickets are a joke. Those toys costs them pennies but you need at least $20 worth to get anything. At least it keeps the little ones busy.

Reminds me of Freddy Fazbears Pizza from Five Nights at Freddys.

This place is very dirty, tables not used and dirty with food on them and used plates/napkins. Salad bar empty and what’s left looks old and nasty, this place doesn’t even deserve a 1 star TBH!! Pizza took forever to be cooked and brought out- Horrible experience in such a nice neighborhood!!

Good place for kids a lot of fun

The place had a really strong unfavorable odor. Everyone already knows that Chuck E. Cheese isnt the most sanitary place to go but when you walk in and get hit in the face with something that smells a cross between cat urine and bleach thats a new low for disgusting. The whole place had this lingering smell and there was no escaping it no matter where you went. This was my first time to this location and possibly the last. Two stars though for having a solid selection of games and rides. I wasnt there very long but the kids had a lot fun for the duration.

We love coming here our kids have fun however this last time today we came some of the games didnt give us the right tickets and some didnt work. However Im hopefully that next time we go it will be better. I love how they have unlimited play for a time frame.

Had great time. Had a birthday party . Reasonable priced... Would had gave 5 stars but our birthday host was kind of lack of deja or him (Mitch) being uninterested in the birthday party. But other than that we will return .

Mamma and Papa took grandson Korbin to Chuck E. Cheese for the first time. It was a little crowded but Korbin had a blast. Even got to meet Chucky himself. OSH :-)

I was not very impressed with the workings of the place, the salad bar did not have fresh product in it .. it was so busy workers were scrambling to help an doing multiple things/people at the same time not enough employees to go around . Pizzas were really good could have used more toppings on top for the price that is charged to people .. kids had a great time and I guess thats what really matters ..

This is an ok place for a birthday party. It was hard to see everyone that came since you just spread out & play games. The birthday song was also shared with 3 other parties so you could hear whos name it was. Nice to have someone else do everything for you for fairly cheap but once was enough to have our parties there.

The grandkids always have fun here for birthdays and other celebrations. The pizza is pretty good and plenty of games for the kids to play.

Today we took our 2 year old daughter here! We were extremely pleased with the customer service the food & the games / ride along toys. Pleanty of options even for our little one. The reasoning behind the four stars is because you only get one pause on a 120 minutes game card! My daughter stopped to eat and drink atleast 2/3 times so that was a minor inconvenience. Other then that it was very clean even the bathrooms which I was surprised due to how many people come in & out! Definitely will return & reccomend!

The woman who helped me at the desk when I first got there was great and very helpful.The games are fun and love the new system they have for all you can play.What I didnt like...it Chucky shoving off 2 year olds who desperately want to hug him and the rude rat body guard who pushed my 2 year old on the shoulder and made her run to me crying. It ruined her day AND mine. Shame on you!

Last time we went, all the games were a quarter but the games were always short. They put in card readers and everything is a lot more expensive. There is so many other places to go and have more fun for less

Pizza is much better these days, still hard to keep clean and a bit pricy, but the kids still LOVE it!

I went there to ask for some questions about my daughters birthday party this Saturday and Scott the manager was very friendly and knowledgeable of the things that I ask the place was well kept and clean and all the staff are friendly cannot wait till Saturday for my daughters birthday party thank you Scott and his team members

What can I say?? As far as a kid type eatery goes it fits the bill. It is absolute insanity, but the kids had fun, pizza was good and there is beer and wine for the adults who need to partake
