I absolutely love this park. Well maintained and I love to see how well used this park is with people. Even when its chilly outside there is always someone walking their dog, playing disc golf or just hanging out.

One of my favorite frisbee golf courses. Awesome variety. Extremely well kept. Not too many brushy spots that will steal your disc. Highly recommended.

Very fun disc golf course. Parts of the route are a little difficult to find and on some holes it is not clearly marked whether there are two tees or baskets, so find a current map if possible. Otherwise its a very fun course with some nice natural wooded areas.

Nice 18 hole wooded course with a variety of shots through the beautiful forest. Benches on every hole, plenty of garbage cans and there is a porta-potty in the main parking lot. Fun course no matter what time of year.

Maybe its more of 3.5 or 4 stars? Im only reviewing the disc golf course though. Its a tough course with incredibly dense tree coverage, especially in the first third or so. There are some short and long launch pads and some short and long baskets for this 18 hole course, which makes it a little confusing at times. There are little diagrams at the launch pads that help describe the holes, but they are all packed in pretty tight in a jigsaw of course design so it can be tricky to know which hole is which when you get down the course. Warning: holes 1 and 2 have super intense swampy water traps and dense tree coverage off the launch pad so I recommend playing short for at least those two holes unless you are very experienced. Overall it is a fun course with a good mix of styles of holes and is worth checking out.

I go here for the disc golf. The course is a classic, and the short/long tee pad and pin locations on nearly every hole make it a course for every skill level. Some water hazards, a little buggy. The other park amenities are good as well, with dog friendly walking trails, a playground, tennis courts, basketball hoops, and baseball fields. Parking can be difficult on high traffic days.

Reportedly the busiest disc golf course in Minnesota., but rarely backed up. . Well laid out, mostly open course, with some holes requiring finesse shots. Generally clean.

Acorn is a great little escape in the city! The disc golf course is one of my favorites in the area. I also love that I can take my kids in the stroller and walk/run the paths through the woods. We always enjoy the slides on the playground as well! I have been living in the Saint Paul for 5 years and now that I just found acorn park last year. Last summer I was there at least one day a week either playing disc golf with friends or running the woods with my boys!

Acorn park was a great place near our hotel for our visiting hockey team to unwind and play some friendly outdoor games as a team building experience during a break from tournament play in Blaine. The warming house was a great way for the boys to get a break from the frigid temps of January in Minnesota. Thanks to the parks department for having good facilities for your visitors. We will be back on our next trip to your fair city.

This park has base ball fields, park by with slides and much more to do! The reason why we went to Acorn Park was to play disc golf! There is an amazing disc golf course with 18 holes. Each has it easy and hard way for each hole. Beware of the Gardener snakes are here just so you know. They are in the shrubs.

Enjoyable disc golf, but with lots of unnecessary long grass (this isnt golf, the rough doesnt affect the throw, just makes it hard to find the disc) and unnecessary water traps (losing a disc is a lot more annoying than losing a golf ball to the sink). First two holes arent even worth playing because of the water. I play here once in awhile still, but this is not a beginner friendly course.

This is a neat little park whose playground is mainly comprised of lots of challenging climbing equipment. There are a couple of slides but overall, the playground was not enough to keep my toddlers interested for long. I definitely recommend for older elementary-aged children. My 4 year old liked it more than my 2 year old did. It is mulch-laden and heavily forested around half of the playground. There is a large swing set on one side of the playground and a huge number of sports fields and a tennis court on another. There is a portable bathroom right by the playground. My husband loves the scenic disc golf course on site.

The New course is a bit less fun than the old, but has more of a champion course feel to it. It is still great and I miss it every day Im it if town.It can be hard to navigate without a map, but its usually busy enough to follow the group ahead until you learn the layout. There are plenty of opportunities to step in water and walk through thick grass do dress appropriately.

In this park is one of the states greatest disc golf courses. Excellent layout and extremely nice disc golf baskets. You can tell the city takes disc golf seriously. Which as a tournament disc golfer. I really appreciate that. Not all cities jump for nicer quality stuff when making a park/course. Usually its the minimum. Not Roseville!

This is my neighborhood park and I feel so lucky! Really nice disc golf course in a beautiful woodsy area with trails. Its our dogs favorite place :) Very nice tennis and basketball courts, awesome jungle gym, (if thats what theyre called anymore?) and well kept baseball fields as well. My only complaint is that I wish people would drive slower on County C and people with dogs shouldnt let them off leash.

I love this disc golf course come here often with friends. Its kinda swampy so come prepared to possibly have to go into some water to get your disc. The course is really fun and has a pretty cool layout. It also gets so green and beautiful i enjoy looking at all of the trees and different plants here. It does get pretty buggy here in the summer as well.

Acorn park is a decent 18 hole disc golf course. A lot of short holes with a few longer ones that let you really throw. Theres a couple ponds that a lot of people throw discs into, so if youre not confident in your throw I would recommend the shorter tees for those holes. All in all nice course.

Acorn park is a well maintained 18 hole course that has 2 tee off locations and 2 baskets per hole, giving 4 potential options of play. It may be the best free course in the area. Has some extra water right now (June 2019) so its a bit soggy, but thats how it is currently everywhere.

Mostly great municipal disc golf course in Roseville, Minnesota. Hole #2 was relocated to a swamp a few years back, and is a muddy swampy travesty. Otherwise, a balanced course with wide open and precision throws necessary. A few more defined fairways and this would be one of the top courses in the Twin Cities area.

It is a great place to go because it has walking trails all throughout the park. I mainly go here to play disc golf and the course I believe is one of the better courses in the area. It has a fair amount of difficulty and goes between the woods, more open areas, and through some thickly lined trees.

Acorn Park is a well kept, lively park with plenty of recreational activities. Trails wind through the woods and provide a good place to go for a jog, though you may have to dodge a disc or two from the large disc golf course. There is also a new playground, several tennis and basketball courts, and a soccer/hockey area, depending on the season.

I used to disc golf here all the time, basically grew up with this course here. I wouldve given it 5 stars anyday, but the newer course layout is just... well, to put it mildly Im dissapointed to say the least. The previous layout had flavor in every hole, each with its own uniqueness. The way it is now, some holes just seem arbitrarily placed cause thats where they had space. Its not bad per se but its just, I dont get why change the legendary layout to this. Perhaps Im looking at this through a nostalgic lense. As the last layout was home for me with disc golf. But at the same time I know others share the same opinion. Its ceetainly sad to see the ole layout go, I will certainly only be going here with friends and not on my own.For reference, the date of this post is May 3rd, 2019 and the current layout has been around for over 3 years I believe now. The last layout I speak of has been there for close to 2 decades I think, may be wrong though.
