This is a review of Timbers Restaurant located in Sun City. Reasonable prices for good food. Thursday night is prime rib night. Reservations are required as there is limited capacity with Covid-19. Open to the public.

I love sun city. Im a resident and realtor here! Ive been a resident since 2017 and I live on the 9 hole golf course. ther is also an 18 hole golf course open to the public. there is a great restaurant called Timbers. you can not beat the prices and the food is consistently good. there is a bar thats very lively and overlooks the golf course. There is a real sense of community. When my dogs got out, everyone around came out of their houses and stopped their cars to get my puppies back to safety. this is an active living resort style community. ther is bocce ball, golf, croquet, pickle ball, billiards, 2 swimming pools, a gym and over 50 clubs. Im personally starting the dog owners club. there is travel, book club, baby boomers, singles, bunco, bridge, to name a few. HOA fees are very reasonable. I consider myself blessed to live here!

Very nice living community. The grounds are very well kept. Great scenery and peaceful.

My wife and I took my mother and father-in-law to the Timbers in Sun City Roseville for dinner. We ended up dancing our butts off to the live band there.

Love it!! I am looking forward to moving there soon. The people seem really friendly and the lodge is so welcoming with a beautiful dinning area! Beautiful indoor pool and outdoor pool! Also a nice gym area also convenient shopping nearby.It looks like a wonderful place to retire!!

Most of the Neighbors watch out for each other. The elderly can live at home where they are comfy. You can move in if you are 50 plus yrs old. The only thing I dont like is the houses all look alike. Although the in sides are beautiful and spacious.

Moved my mother here recently. We could not have found a better place for her to live. The Timbers at the Lodge was absolutely perfect. The pool is very clean and quiet. All around safe haven for relaxing, quite and extremely clean.

Late lunch was delightful. Lovely restaurant & bar w/views of putting green. Grounds are peaceful, inviting. Ample parking. Accessible. Affordable. W/b back...

Ate lunch at the Lodge with my cousin. I ordered the chicken wrap with dipping sauce. Very fresh and tasty on a very hot day. I will be back..

What a fantastic environment for retired people. A beautiful club house that provides all the activities and food one could ever want. It is a beautiful community with impeccable yards and homes. I am however disappointed to learn that a real estate agent, formerly a Gardner in the community, took full advantage of one of the residents by giving his wife a key to help pack the woman moving. The wife packed books and dishes, loaded into her vehicle and told the resident she would be back with receipt for her donation, which she had no idea her things were being donated. The woman never returned and a new real estate agent was found. There needs to be better protection for the residents.I will visit again!

Went to the Lodge for lunch. The prices are very reasonable, the ambiance is nice and the food is very good. I like going there.

People who work there were very helpful and friendly.

It is a beautiful 55+ community. Great golf courses and restaurants.

I have a friend who lives here in Sun City and every time I visit here I always have a great time. Theres so much to do and the place is so well kept. I think this is an amazing place to live.

The food is good for the price. The patio/bar (indoors) is a nice place to eat except that it is NOISY. Its all hard surfaces (tile floor, glass all around and a hard ceiling) so if there are many people in there talking it gets loud. Nice view though.

I just love the place!

Food and service is awesome. Decor is kinda blah. Needs colors not browns and tans. The artwork (Leaves) are horrible! The snake at the bottom at least has some color. A few happy colored pictures would jazz it up a little or some bright (not tans and browns) pretty fabric would brighten up the inside!

Ive enjoyed working for the community at sun city for over 10 years cleaning homes and care giving.

Simple but beautiful place. Me and my boyfriend really had a relaxing time here.

My wife and I really enjoy this wonderful community. So much to do, well maintained and close to everything you need. Add low City of Roseville utilities and you have a unbeatable combination.

One of the best places I have ever been to have lunch. Food was delicious, plated beautifully, staff was attentive and knew what she was doing. It wasnt so far I would go there everyday for lunch

My mother and her husband have been living in Sun City Roseville since their House was completed with their personal customizations about twenty years ago. While the area has grown up all around them and the Roseville/Rocklin areas have exploded, the steadiness of the Sun City neighborhood is rather remarkable... They have truly Loved their home, friends, and the services available - not to mention the Great Food and Service that youll find at the Clubhouse restaurant, Timbers At the Lodge.If youre looking for a busy but quiet senior neighborhood, Sun City Roseville is an excellent option!!

This is a wonderful place to live. People are friendly and there are many activities to choose from. The neighborhoods are well maintained and the houses are cute.

Sun City Roseville is a great place to live. I also work here. You can do as much as you want or Nothing at All but I will tell you this is a very active adult community. My mom even lives here and she is very active also

Great place to stay active, expand your hobbies and friendships. The two club houses are unique in their own layout and services. Kilaga Springs is smaller, more intimate, with wonderful pathways between buildings displaying charming waterfalls, walking bridges and lush plantings. A small cafe- coffee shop is available at Kilaga and Orchard Creek has The Merdians (Open to the public). Orchard Creek is larger than Kilaga with more elaborate, expansive landscaping perfect venues for outdoor and indoor entertainment, weddings and etc. The Orchard Creek gym is larger and has extensive weight - work out equipment, a cusioned walking track up on the 2nd floor circling the perimeter and looking down at the indoor heated pool below, trainers available at both gyms, a full calendar of classes, entertainment, hobbie rooms.There are several swimming pools, and golf seems to be all round! Outdoor Sports courts abound. .. on and on! A monthly magazine is published annoucing upcoming events, classes, club news etc. Its more than anyone could imagine using !
