Amazing facility! Its super clean, modern equipment and worth the little extra time it takes to get there off Industrial ave. I enjoy their group fitness classes because the instructors know how to expertly queue you through the moves and everyone that attends make you feel like youre part of the group. Taking their yin yoga class was the best I have ever had as well. The instructor really shows you how to be in every pose and makes sure youre doing it right. I even hired a personal trainer for 36 weeks and was ready for the Tough Mudder in 2015. My trainer taught me all kinds of new ways to work out and I felt amazing after every session. Because of their In-Body measurements, I was able to understand and truly see how much body fat I lost and muscle I had gained through all my training. I highly recommend checking this place out!

Not as advertised! They sent out an email offering a soccer clinic for 2 days, 9am-2pm in July priced at $60. When I brought my child in I was told that the clinic was 9am-12noon. And, not only that the person at the front desk wasnt even sure whether it was supposed to be $60/day or for both days! The email clearly stated the terms of the offer, and the staff refused to admit that the time was ever set until 2pm. Well - I still have the email to prove it (curiously the staff member said that another parent mentioned the 2pm pick up time as well)!I had already committed to a project that I needed to take care of on those mornings, and my kid was looking forward to the clinic, so I allowed him to stay. But what was supposed to be 10 hours of instruction (and coverage for work) suddenly became only 6 hours - with NO compensation for the change of schedule. Adding insult to injury, simply denying the advertising/scheduling error is NOT the way to handle customer service.I wouldnt believe what they advertise any more, and I certainly wouldnt count on them to back up their offers.
