I have been buying my art supply from Blick for a long time. The staff is and always has been pleasant and very helpful. Thank you for offering the curbside pickup option. I picked up a canvas today it was very easy, simple, and safe thank you again blick staff!

You cannot go in blicks and come out empty handed. You cannot go in blicks and not find a deal...esp during back to school and Christmas sales. Love blicks. More expensive then Micheals...but more refined. Quality not quantity.

I am medically exempt from masks due to severe anxiety and sensory problems. When I told the long bearded older man who stormed out of the the back at me that I was, he said Youre not exempt excuse me, how would he know? He was VERY rude, even though I remained polite. I would NOT recommend this location, based off how they treat people who have disabilities and differences.

They seem better lately I usually know what I need but always seems to be an issue when you need help. They either treat you like you dont know what youre talking about or hide behind the counters in a corner talking and when you ask for help they seem a little annoyed you disturbed them. I asked if they had a certain watercolor they said if we did it was in such area and pointed at a general direction. I then said I saw it online and wasnt sure if it was available in store. She then begrudgingly looked it up and said they could ship it to the store or my house which woulda been fine except I decided by then to get it at wet paint where they did carry that type of watercolor. Sorry but not sorry the last few times Ive been in there just seems like your staff doesnt care anymore and I used to think blick was awesome not all the staff most are good idk who this girl was she seemed new and her coworker as well and ive been shopping there since I worked at national camera over 10 yrs ago so idk what changed but find nicer people its art supplies its suppose to be fun!!!!

They have all that I need there. And for covid19 precaution. They turn each isle into a one direction traffic. To prevent you from face to face contact with other customers.

I always love shopping at Blicks... Great inventory for all art mediums... They often have great sales.I was shopping for a new large easel on this shopping trip, they had a great double mast large easel on sale, but they did not have it in stock. Nor did they know when it would restocked. I was told that I could order it and have it shipped to me, but shipping costs made that an unfavorable option.... Dissappointed, but not discouraged. Ill be traveling back to Roseville MN again soon. Hopefully the easel will still be on sale (and in stock)!

Nice art supplies store. Offers a wide variety of products including items that are hard to find at bigger chains. Despite being somewhat of a specialty store, they also offer store-brand products at low, competitive prices. Blick also has a nice (free!) rewards program that gets me 10% off every visit. Finally, I like the knick-knacks they have at the front of the store all of which can be useful and not just throw-away!

Would of been nice to know items were not included with my airbrush kit. Frustrating to drive back down 45 minutes to get an item that honestly should of been recommended.

I ordered a marker storage case online, it was clearly labeled as “spectrum noir marker storage-clear” so I thought, “oh spectrum noir is quality, so I’ll bye the spectrum noir storage.”.They sent crafters companion storage, not spectrum noir when they said in their website “spectrum noir”. Not happy, storage is dirty and has spots.

Pretty well lay out of Blocks. Atmosphere was pretty chilled, great, also. Great art materials. Thank you, my child loved her Christmas gifts.

Had an armful of goods with no line or customers waiting walked up put our things down on counter. The clerk instructed to us to pick everything up and walk over to a sign that indicated customer line. It was on the opposite side of the large area for checkout. No one was there. We picked up our things walked over and as soon as we got there he told us we could come back. Dog and pony show behavior. It was a ridiculous exercise in bad customer service. I spent more than $200 for the privilege of being treated poorly. I spoke with the manager and was told in no uncertain terms TOO BAD for us. My final thought is thank goodness for mail order. I have never returned.

Love coming to this place. A friend gave me a $150 gift card for a commission, so I finally had an offline experience with shopping at Blicks. Loved the store and staff.

Good range of brushes, however the Windsor and Newton series 7 were more than double what I found them for on Amazon.

Blick is my go-to art store as an artist. They have almost everything Ive gone out to find and some. Their prices are amazing and that online price match save me at least a few dollars everytime I go.

People were very helpful and had everything we needed! And i had taken an art class there over a year ago and they never called us when our paintings were dry. When i went there and asked they they still had them they went to look and they did!! I was so excited to get them back!

Every time I go I get asked what I want in a polite and happy Manner and they almost always have what Im looking for. They are one of the only source I go to that shows respect and care for their customers and do everything they can to make sure that you can find what youre looking for either in store or online

They were super helpful over the phone and when we got there the store had a bunch more options then I expected. The staff was informative and really nice!

Always fun to go here. They have a staff that is clearly passionate about art and what they sell, and the layout is simultaneously practical and aesthetically on-brand; you feel like youre in an artists loft, not a suburban strip mall. An impressive selection and competitive pricing makes this one of my favorite stops.

I like this store. Been using them for many years. Mostly for mats and assorted supplies for mounting photographs. Recently we have been getting paints and pigments for her resin crafts. The customer service is great. We will continue to use them.

A great place if you have a creative in your life. I go here regularly for supplies and gifts for them. The staff is very helpful and I typically find things I never knew existed. But I always leave feeling more creative than when I went in.

Although I showed up minutes before they closed, I was given customer service that was incredible!!! He gave me good choices on numerous items I was interested in. Took me all over the store to find these items. Helped me carry my items to checkout. My only regret was that I did not get this young mans name! We shared an interest in a singer and this wonderful young man even sang a few lines from one of this artists songs. A most memorable experience!!! Even though that store is about 30 minutes from my home, I WILL be shopping there again. The majority of businesses could learn alot from them about customer service!!!

I love this place! Its my go to art supply store.The staff has always been very helpful and friendly. They have demos/events frequently, some free, some paid which is cool so you can try out products. Wide selection of supplies and even little gift type things which are great for holidays/birthdays. Their Instagram is always up to date with sales and events which I find useful.

I gave Blick an average score because there is good and bad about this place.The good: They have an insane selection of art supplies. And the prices are reasonable.The bad: When I go there it is for airbrush paints and supplies. I have yet to find anyone at this location that knows anything about airbrushes. So if I ever need help, or have a question, I am screwed.

This is my favorite art supply store in the twin cities for one reason the uncritical and poised staff especially cashier 09901. I am always making complicated returns that even confuse me. Returns of multiple items from different receipts if I have one at all. Then bring up item after item asking question after question. Thiseqounimous staff has never made me feel uncomfortable for spending hours in the store looking at and trying every pen marker or what ever else out. Then Ill bring a pile of stuff up to check out with out a clue what I want to cheap and if my returns will even cover the cost 09901 is unflappable hes always helpful its a serene culture among this staff. And the make my shopping experience wonderful Everytime. Thanks guys

This place makes my heart sing.... so many fun arting supplies. They had many grayscale marker set options whereas other art stores I have visited had none. It seems as if the staff at this store is just as geeky about their art supplies as I am and I love it.
