Not really COVID safe. Very few face masks, lots of kids running around inside. Pre-COVID, ghis is a cool place for kids to jump, climb and play dodgeball.

This is one of my sons favorite places to go in the area. We have had a birthday party there which was amazing, and still go regularly. He still wears the shirt he got for his birthday every time he goes. It was huge on him 2 years ago. I think itll still for another year. Its so awesome! Makes him feel very special.Employees are wonderful, everything is clean and organized. I cant say enough good things.Also, last time I was there I decided to try the massage chairs. They are AMAZING! I now regret not having used them every time I have gone in the past. Now, not only does he have fun but I get a massage! Win/win if theres ever been one hehe

No one is enforcing the mask wearing requirement. No social distancing. They claim that they’re limiting capacity to 1/4. Highly doubt it bc the place was packed.

This place was awesome. Got a gift card from the mother in law to take the kids and I will DEFINITELY BE BACK. Kids had a great time. Plenty of staff to keep the kids safe and lots of fun stuff to do. Staff was friendly and warm across the board, I would have searched for a name of literally any off the staff members there to add kudos to this review but they were all too fantastic to really pinpoint just one. Great visit. Coming back soon, and likely regularly.

Kids are having a blast. So much to do here. Jumping, basketball, dodge ball, rock climbing, laser tag, oh and did i mention jumping! They also have a snack bar, and a few arcade games. You have to buy their socks with grip on the bottom, only $2.50. You keep the socks and bring them back on your next trip.

I took my son to Rockin jump as a reward for doing well in school and we both had a great time! The place is very clean with a friendly staff. Even though we didnt go for a Birthday party they seemed well organized and you can clearly hear the names of the parties on the loud speaker. Lazer tag is its own thing and is great fun too! I highly recommend. You will have a blast. Pun intended. The rock climbing well is very safe and they always has an employee there running it.

First of all, THE STAFF DONT EVEN CARE. For Example, my friend got HURT in the Stunt Arena and it took them like 2 MINUTES to NOTICE. After they noticed all I heard was an oh are you okay? Dodge ball? UNORGANIZED! Not even FUN! Rock Climb? Eh, pretty good. Basketball? Fun but always HOGGED. Trampoline Arena? Sometimes fun, sometimes not. Depending on if its full or not. Also, once again, STAFF DONT CARE! We broke all the RULES just to see their reaction, and OF COURSE, They DIDNT even CARE. Laser Tag? Not that ORGANIZED or FUN as other places. Not WORTH it in my option. Finally, birthday parties are FUN.

I really love this place, the staff is always courteous, they are one of the last places that I have encountered that still know how to treat their customers. I have 3 boys that have so much fun here that I practically have to pull it them off the trampolines when their time is up. We always have a good time here and we plan on returning many, many times. The facilities were nice and open. It was easy to keep track of my kiddo. Still dont like the extra cost of socks. I know why they do it but being that it is an add on after the fact when it didnt state it when I bought online it is a little frustrating.

Great place for kids! Only suggestion would be to have a referee stationed at each section. Sometimes the big kids are too much for the smaller ones.

We have been here a few times and have fun every time. Staff are very friendly. I like to sit in the massage chairs while the kids bounce.

The best trampoline arena around! Ive taken my two children to all the trampoline parks around the Sacramento area and they love this one the most.

Such a GREAT place for kids 5 to 15! So many different activities and AMAZING customer service. Our daughter had the best 6th Bday everrrrrrr! The owner checked in our party and our hostess was so much help... she made everything so easy! I definitely recommend... you will not be disappointed...worth every penny. Ohhhh and they have laser tag, massage chairs for adults, a snack bar with pizza, ice cream, chicken strips, chips, cookies, nachos ... you name it. Us adults joined in the fun and went jumping too.

We had such an amazing time! The team worked their butts off. Absolutely no was standing still. We had a big order at the cafe and they were on top of it. Everyone was so nice and had a smile. All the kids at the party had a great time. They deserve a raise. Not to mention the place was clean and didn’t smell like feet like a lot of trampoline places do.

Fun, inexpensive place to take the kids. Only negative is staff or other parents watching older kids in the ball area. I had to yell at some older kids for pegging my 8 & 10 year olds in the face & head on purpose with the ball. They have a rock climbing area thats kinda cool, & 3 basket ball areas. The arcade games they have only halfway work. Laser tag inside & party rooms.

Displaces create super friendly staff a gets a little hectic sometimes but they make it so simple to throw parties. laser tag is off the hook fun for both kids and adults no matter what age (9+)

Clean environment. Well staffed. Expect lots of noise. Looks like they put safety as a priority. Lots of food and shopping nearby.

It’s nice place to just have fun with friends. Highly recommend the laser tag. It’s pretty fun.

My daughter had her 10th birthday here and had a blast. I loved how clean it was and the restrooms as well. The staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. The kids had fun and as a parent so did I! I would definitely recommend this place for parties or just to take your kids too let off some energy before bedtime!

Great activities and atmosphere. The only thing is the employees are very indifferent. Theres sigh posted everywhere, but these kids dont do anything to enforce them. Service at the snack bar is extremely slow and lax. No sense of urgency, no basic tenants of customer service. This place would be great if it werent for the lazy and indifferent staff

If your looking for your kids to burn off some energy then this is your place. Lots of do, trampolines, rock wall climbing, basketball hoops, dodge ball, gladiator pit and laser tag! They serve food and beverages as well. We have booked a birthday party and it went well.

This is a very nice facility overall and the employees are very friendly. My kids had a blast on all the different trampolines and climbing walls. Wish it was a little cheaper, but overall it was a lot of fun.

Great place for a team party, or group event. Lazer tag is fun with a big group, nice party rooms.

This has to be the cleanest trampoline facility I have ever been to. They have trampolines, basketball, dodgeball, a rock wall, fighting arena and an air bag. It also has the best laser tag arena that I have seen in the area. The workers answered all my questions and even played along with my kids (who are a little shy usually) so I could sit back and watch the playoffs, not a bad deal for just 15 dollars for an hour! Definitely will be doing the summer camp they’re doing for the kids.

It was good. Reasonable priced. Great fun for the kids and lazer tag was a blast.

The kids had fun and I liked that there’s lots of seating and it’s easy to see everything. What I didn’t like is I felt there should’ve been more staff. I know we sign a waiver and parents should watch their kids, but there should be one staff for each section. I have no problem telling the kids I bring what to do but I’m not going to tell other kids what to do. There was no staff at basketball and there would be 5 kids jumping on one hoop, and I saw some kids get injured. At one point there wasn’t even staff at the free jump area.

The place looked AMAZING with the little arcade and HUGE trampoline area. The staff was incredibly nice and very helpful. Glad I had the opportunity to cater to them and our client for a sober grad night. Hope to be back with my family for some fun!

Kids love it. Known in our family as GermJump as they always became sick within 24hrs of visiting. Now we bring cleanser and use liberally which seems to be working.

Just went there for my 28th birthday party with some friends. Might sound a little ridiculous but it was an absolute blast. The dodgeball area is reason enough to go. With our groupon it made it crazy affordable too.

My host Emily was great! I didnt have to worry about clean up. There was clear communication about everything. My son & family had a blast for his birthday.

So much fun jumping for the kids. Party part kinda sucked. Wasnt allowed enough time to do pizza, cake and open presents. We were pretty much rushed out. For all that jumping...ages toddlers and up I feel there wasnt enough supervision for the trampoline jumpers ( all ages) except for getting the equipment on the wall climbers and that seemed hurried and no one helping the kids, especially the little ones. Can you say.... Smash into the walls. Thats how I felt anyways. Im a stickler for safety.

The Lazer Tag area is quite small and doesnt seem to change at all, still gives you some fun to do. The Trampoline area needs to expand, at the moment there is few attractions. The space for the younger kids is ignored and workers just let them wander into a more dangerous area, and then expect the older kids to be careful.

My two boys and I met another family for buy one hour get one free. They had an under six section a larger all ages section a one on one battle ring, Dodge ball, basketball, and a pit area all for jumping, plus a rock wall, laser tag a few video games and food. Staff was great we really enjoyed ourselves!

Fun place for kids and parents, just keep an eye on your kids because the staff is usually shorthanded and the ones that are there dont look like they care.

The staff is super nice!!! I bought a groupon for 1 one hour jump pass but groupon wouldnt allow me to buy a 2nd for my sons friend. It said they were sold out. So they let my sons friend in for free! After jumping we are going to try out laser tag. So far the boys are having an awesome time. Plus its fun to watch them.

Awesome time at this place. We celebrated our son, Sawyers birthday at Rockin Jump in Roseville. Kiki, our party host did an excellent job, setting up and hosting our party. Next time we have a party at this place, I hope that I can request for Kiki to host our party.

Took grandkids, fun was had by all! Great place to get exercise during the winter months. Next time I go, Im buying an entry for myself to climb the rock wall. They said its okay so long as Im under 250 pounds. Im 62 yo, so Ill take it slow and careful. Wish it wasnt as expensive as it is. I have 5 grandkids... otherwise Id give this a full 5 stars. Also place is clean and staff are friendly and helpful.

Geared more towards little kids and young teenagers than Sky High. But it has some interesting things like a rock climbing wall and a jousting pit. They also have an average size laser tag arena.

Lots of fun for kids off all ages with reasonable prices on food and jump packages.

Fun but insanely busy on weekends!

It was awesome, my kids loved it! Went there to celebrate my sons 6th birthday and he got to enjoy all of the activities, which included rock climbing, pizza, and more!

It’s a fun place to bring kids but their supervision is very lacking when it’s busy. Doesn’t seem like they account for the quantity of people there with more employees watching over everything. The parents aren’t any help either, they let their kids run wild and be naughty as they want and the kids take full advantage (mostly older kids).There were some 11-12 year olds on the balance bar who were getting extremely violent yet there wasn’t an employee watching over the thing anywhere and that was on a busy rainy Saturday!More employees are definitely needed to watch over the place for me to improve my rating. The facility is great but it’s ruined by lack of supervision.

My 6 year old twin sons are trampoline park junkies. We tried this one for the first time yesterday, and my children had a BLAST. It was also the first time they ever bawled their eyes out when it was time to leave a trampoline park. Its small, but theres A LOT to do. My boys were thoroughly entertained. I especially loved the rock climbing wall. Its the first one Ive seen with harnesses, which is really nice cause it gives small children security so they can be brave and climb higher. My boys made it to the top and theyve never done that with the free climb walls at other parks. I also loved the parents seating area. Lots of tables, you can order hot food and just sit and relax while the kids play. We will definitely be coming back.

While I love Rocking Jump, it is usually very crowded with kids under 11. The set up is great for younger kids because there is lots of space for parents to hang out and watch without having to be in a balcony and not be hovering over the child.The staff is patient with the kids and always super nice. They are not affraid to make sure you follow the rules but they are nice about it. They have lots of room for Birthday parties and to sit and eat and drink.The cost for jump times are reasonable and you can usually find a Groupon.

I had a great experience. The staff was very nice and friendly. The laser tag is very fun. There are many more activities to choose from. It is a great place to come for any day. And another plus is it is one of few trampoline and laser tag places that have air conditioning. I highly recommend coming.

Not a bad place. Mojo Dojo is better according to the kids. Trampoline area is not as big. They do have laser tag that Mojo Dojo does not. $5 per person per game. Kids did have fun though, all in all. Had a snack bar and party rooms. A photo booth as well.

Just spent $300 on THE WORST party experience we’ve ever had! Our assigned hostess (supposedly dedicated to only my son’s party) barely acknowledged us the entire time. We couldn’t get into the party room until almost 1 hour into the party (so no dedicated space for parents to sit or to set things down), and all of the “open” seating was taken when we arrived. We also had a number of kids complaining about being thirsty about 30 minutes in, but were still stuck waiting to get into the party room - we even found out later that one parent bought her own refreshments at the snack bar for her daughter. When we finally did get into our room, nothing was set up (we had only brought our own themed cups, which they had taken from us when we arrived - and those weren’t even set out). So my husband and I, along with a few other parents, had to change out their clear cups (once we were allowed in the room, later than when they had initially told us). My husband and I also served all of the cupcakes ourselves, along with some of the pizza. It was complete chaos from the moment we arrived until we left. The worst part, however, was the belligerent behavior from the manager once I brought some of this to his attention - rather than trying to help improve our experience, he actually argued with me about each item and, at one point, even accused me of lying (which ended up being the result of HE having misheard ME). Needless to say - they have lost ALL future business from our family along with the other parents that were there (who witnessed the manager arguing with me for 20 full minutes, and all of the disorganization along the way). If there was a zero star option, this would have definitely deserved it! How can the employees provide a positive customer experience when the manager behaves like that himself?!?!?

Rockin jump is probably the most fun trampoline park i have ever been too! It includes many fun activities such as laser tag and a huge foam pit and dogeball i recommend coming to this place for birthday parties or any other activity!! I will guarantee i will definitely have my party at this place!!Thank you rockin jump staff for being so nice!

Kids love this place. Lots for them to do. They have food and drinks (limited) at reasonable prices. Tables and chairs for parents but bring a book as there isnt much to do if you have older kids that dont need constant monitoring. Free lockers on site and clean.

One of the best places I have ever been for a birthday party. This place is very spacious comparing to other similar jumping places. Theres a very comfartable sitting area designed where you can get to watch your children while playing in all stations. There is also a huge separate sitting area with tables and chairs where you can eat and use the cafeteria. The place is very clean, employees are very friendly and nice. They also have lockers, which makes things very easy if you want to jump with your kid. Pizza is freshly baked right there. Overall I had a wonderful experience at this place. I would really recommend it for any occasion especially birthday party.

As the name says, trampolines. They do birthday parties too. There are 5 or 6 rooms for parties, food, table sets, etc. Even if you just want playtime, climbing walls, jumping, or just a meal from the food counter you will have fun.

Was there for a birthday party. The staff were friendly, but they did not really interact with the kids or make things fun.Big place (used to be a furniture store), rock climbing, lockers to lock up your personal belongings ($1, I think), dodge ball area basketball, rock climb, and a small arcade (2 driving games).

Last minute google search and walked into a gem, great service, good prices, and clean facility. My kids birthday party will definitely be here! They did not want to leave!

Excellent, safe and fun. I like that they have an airbag for tricks instead of a germ filled, dirty foam pit. They also give you free lockers. Plus they have a great laser tag arena and a good rock wall. A lot of variety in addition to nice trampolines. Staff is very helpful, friendly and pays attention to safety.

Had a wonderful time here and I love that it isnt super crowded. Seemed reasonably clean and provide military discount which is generous. Minus one star because the floor staff wasnt monitoring the kids like Ive seen in other rockin jumps. Luckily there were no issues but Im used to more supervision .

The place is nice and clean. Lack of things to do and staff compared to similar places is quite the let down but overall would recommend.
