Love this store has an awesome selection. Always has great sells. Very helpful staff. Store display is always immaculate and beautiful. One of my favorite stores.

Very good customer service.Im so excited this morning made a instant pot cheesecake went back today to get more pans mini ones.

Lots of general craftiness and a few specialized crafting accessories. The staff are helpful and friendly.

We bought 2 cans of Krylon paint for a wood project. We used the first can and after drying noticed the color did not look like the cap. We started using the second can and the color was perfect but our project was not due to the 2 different shades. We took the can back to exchange but was denied. We were told it is a manufacturers defect, not their problem and we had used the paint. Wow! So if we buy product from you that is defective you will not take it back?!? We have spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars over the many years at your store. My husband is an artist and I an avid crafter. One $8 can of paint has ruined that long standing relationship. We will be looking to other sources for our art supply and home decor needs.

Michaels is a beautiful place to actually shop for fabric or even though you need to actually a little bit of decoration Tinker with me and also do a little crocheting with yarn

Staff is always so friendly and helpful, highly recommend this store here in Roseburg, Oregon!!

Good service & more crafts than you could count

The staff was great to help me find what my wife needed me to buy

Wow lots of new beads, the store has been rearranged too!

Great selection of craft items and home decor. Plus picture frames

Its clean. Staff seems nice. Not crazy about the way they put stuff on sale. Buy 4 to get discount price. I dont need 4 right now.

Its crafty.. Love the inventory

Love this place hard not to spend haha

Great craft store! You can get jewelry making supplies, floral, scrapbooking supplies, clay tools, painting supplies, baking supplies, cricut crafting supplies and almost any crafting supplies you may need. They used to post 40% - 50% off one item coupons online almost every week before COVID19 but they haven’t been posting as many 40-50% coupons since they opened back up. I love crafts so I love the store! This store is in a great location for me. I like to pull right off the freeway on my way home from work, get gas, go to the bank, get a craft item at Michaels all in one shopping center.

They have all my craft needs

Older and smaller but still a good selection

Love love this store. Always a friendly staff. Wonderful sales, always clean and I never want to leave.

Super comprehensive craft store with so many items! You can go here with nothing on your list and they have SO many project kits that can inspire you!

Awsome place to go got an awsome discount with my account there. Very friendly place.

For a small store it was decently stocked.

I like going into Michaels for there wood crafts and models. Today they were short of products in the store.

They had everything i needed for my project

Has so many supplies and someone around every corner to help

Every thing I needed to make graduation signs!! Thank you

A good place to find art and craft supplies. Employees are always friendly and very helpful.

Michaels always has what I need for art supplies. I love that you can sign up for rewards and frequently receive coupons! Imm never shop another art store:)

For a crafter its ideal. There is a great place to pick up just about anything you might need to finish a craft project.

Always a delightful store

Paints and awesome plush yarns, but didnt string pull how i had hoped, need metal steely ball chain for pour paints!

Doesnt everyone love Michaels?!?

I can generally find what Im looking for at a good price and the service is amazing. Thank you guys for your help!

The ultimate in craft stores. This location has a custom framing shop inside.

Always great but prices have sky rocketed to me. Hard to do family healthy therapy stuff when its not affordable.

If they dont have what you need for your craft creativity they know where you can get it. Great store. Lots of parking, helpful cashiers.

Always find something...

Love crafts !! Michaels is the place ! Need yarn ? Michaels has that too !! And also free advice and free classes !

Sales before the holidays and most creative selection in town.

Very useful place for when youre doing crafts type projects

I love browsing but mainly splurge for gifts.

Always friendly!! Always have what I am looking for

Sometimes coupons are confusing, but love all the crafting options

Michaels has just about anything you can think of craft wise, other than fabric. Considering my location and craft store options, they are hard to beat. Prices can be a little steep but if you are a rewards member you will are always get coupons to help assist for the most part. Thanks for viewing, dont forget to like if you find this helpful...or are always least informative.

Great place for craft supplies

I am so excited to see that Michael’s is now carrying materials for the CosPlay world! It is still on the expensive side, so I couldn’t go with all 5 stars. As big as they are, they should have negotiated a real good price so these price points don’t make sense. Unless they’re going to do that supply the same as with canvases and paint brushes and have them “always on sale” so you can never use a coupon?Anyone else notice the bead aisle shrinking? Crafters don’t panic! Look closely, the embellishments are actually being split up throughout the store in different areas, so if you don’t find it, think of other uses, it’s probably there. With resins, with paper, with wood. (Having worked there years ago, I can tell you it’s likely a strategy to have you walk the store to see what else is new and it works. Because we are all creative people!)

Its a craft store almost like a hobby loby

Helpful staff and tons of items to choose from.

The clerk at the framing area was SO VERY HELPFUL. No pressure, saved me money!!! I was impressed with her!

Great shopping

They have a craft person such as me everything you need from painting bird houses to arranging flowers wonderful selection on shadow boxes and picture frames

Just about anything you could want to make your crafting ideas come to life. Big selection, decent prices and friendly help.( if you can find someone not busy to help you)

I found the necessary items and then some at affordable prices. Great visit

I go in more than indicated. Love shopping here. The only reason it did not get 5 stars is because the book section has been taken out and there are some on Endcaps but not like the past setup. I buy books for Christmas gifts to get the young ones interested in crafts.

I love the variety in their calligraphy supplies.

Place to get arts and crafts supplies. If you cant find it in the store, totry can usually find it online. Employees are helpful & courteous. They have a veterans discount, which I find respectful.

Great be selection for crafting, decent customer service, and high prices.

Love the variety of items they carry and good prices.

Very clean and organized

You find pretty much everything

Good selection of craft items. Decent prices

Its the only craft store for Roseburg and surrounding areas. Not the biggest selection of high quality tools, but they usually have the essentials.

Seems like it just had generic coffeeit was always hotter than outside so I immediately had to take my jacket off or I would sweat to death.

How is very beautiful things

Didnt have anything I was looking for!

Great craft and more store. Fun shopping experience. Your creative mind will go wild.

Bought a new Copic marker! They have quite a few colors, but sadly not all of them. The staff is always friendly and helpful!

They have crafts, different paints for anything from canvas to T-shirts along with beading supplies. Ill have to go several times to see it all....

Clean and organized store, friendly staff always willing to help. My only criticism is the unpredictable stock on the shelves. Every so often Michaels will discontinue an item and noone working for the store knows why or if it will come back in the future. Makes planning crafts frustrating at times. Airbrush supplies and expoy molding resin are 2 examples of discontinued stock for seemingly no reason.

Workers are exceptionally rude and unhelpful. One listened in on a private conversation I was having with a friend and asked me to keep it down. So much for freedom of speech. I am an avid crafter and will no longer be coming to this location.

They have excellent sales and their app. has great coupons well worth downloading. Really enjoy visiting their stores!

Almost as good as Hobby Lobby, but perfect small town store for basic craft needs.

Worst craft store ever! And management is the worst ever!

Great place for craft items, friendly staff

Extremely helpful and pleasant with good coupons always.

I like a certain clerk so I always try to be in her line. The manager is very helpful. Im thankful were have a Michaels here.

This store has something for everyone. No doubt.

The costumer service was very nice and helpful (called) but the store is to small to carry what I needed 5/16 in. glue sticks

I really like this store, lots of crafting materials and more, very kind and helpful staff

Have great variety of craft items.

Good prices have a good variety an good custermer service

Great selection! Most of the staff are very helpful. The sales are amazing and the selection is great.. Crafting, art, home decor and so much more.

Great variety, though high prices. Would like if there was some shopping hand baskets further back into the store so when you realize you need 20 little things instead of 4 you dont have to walk to the front of the store by the exit doors like youre trying to steal everything with an arm load to get a basket to continue shopping. Also when I was there the other day bye didnt see a single employee in the back half of the store during the 45 minutes I was there trying to hunt things down around 7 p.m. I literally only saw two employees when I walked in. Could have really used some help locating things more quickly.

Who is Michael tho

Wasnt there

Had everything we were looking for excellent custom framing shop.

Good store but missing so much compared to stores in Portland or Craft Warehouse. Customer service is okay.

Took my client there to buy some things to make jewelry with she was very happy to have a lot of nice art books there people at work theyre very pleasant and helpful I will return again soon

Favorite craft store for all of my needs. Not the best checkout but good store.

Love the whole store!

Very hard to find store employee for help

You can find something for all your craft needs.

Excellent place to go to for crafts and ideas price moderate the people at the registers are very helpful guide you where you need to go really nice place to shop

Easy to navigate store! Employees are always helpful!

Anybody can buy gifts that you can build Christmas gifts here

Nice variety of supplies for different hobbies.

Wifes best friend and a handy man best friend for when ur making the wife something nice

Awesome grab bags for 4 dollars. Its Christmas items like Glass Ornaments, Ribbion, lots of Bows, kid sticker boxes, Pointsettas, Tree Tops, Gingerbread houses ect.

Great selection of craft & hobby supplies at reasonable to competitive prices.Very easy for a do-it-all crafter to lose track of time. Especially during their big Clarence events.I especially love their grab bags. Seldom do I get one with stuff I wouldnt use.

Such a fun place to shop! Inspiration around every corner and the prices are fair.

It covers all kinds of crafts, holiday, & hobby items

I found what I was looking for but unfortunately I still get followed around by staff everytime I go in there and I was going in there 3 or 4 times a month. After about a year of being made to feel uncomfortable and like Im doing something wrong, I have finally decided that I will be getting my craft supplies online from now on.
