The PDP training itself is all right. Coach-trainer Herve was good. My son is a 2006 and has trained all winter and spring on a mixed 2005/2006 team. Was expecting to play with THIS team in the tournaments this weekend and next.There have never been more than 15 boys at practice from what I saw.Now we are hearing all the 2006 boys on this team (there were only 3 2006s at the last practice) will be put on a new 2006 team that will be supplemented with 2007 boys and guest players. This is at 5 minutes to midnight!My son is crashed and I am SO disappointed. Have paid for the hotels and ferries so we wont back out because wed lose money. This is not GOOD PLAYER DEVELOPMENT. Was told there were too many boys on the 05/06 team. Then the boys who have been coming to training (my son never missed a session!) should have the priority to play on THIS team.Its very poor communication and bad management. We will not be staying with LIJSL. Its not PLAYERS FIRST. We make a serious commitment with time and money. And this is just plain wrong.
