Im usually a 5 star gyall, but this wasnt the best experience. The young lady at the register was awesome, it was just her ringing the long line up with a smile on her face. -2 stars because the place needed to b cleaned. The young man that over saw the kids in the main jump area rolled his eyes every 5min at each little kid. Which turned me off. The guy at the foam pit was nice, so was the guy in the dodge ball area...

My son likes to go to Teen Night every Friday. There should be a loyalty card. After 10 times you should get in free. They raised the price to $33. A lot of families don’t have $33 a week to spend on a trampoline park, but the kids enjoy going. Maybe even a membership for the kids who go every weekend .

A place where kids and adults can have a great time! Nice staff. Easy online waiver provided on tablets for customers. Big enough area to have party of friends and still spread out. Disco lights are cool touch at night. Parking is ok but gets chaotic because of the layout. Would definitely go back for birthday party or just to bounce around.

Kids LOVE this place. No matter what time we go, there’s always a lot of kids there. They have enough staff watching over the kids and making sure the rules are followed, unlike other places.

First of all I was just there with my daughter for her birthday party in October and I had signed the waiver at that point, when my daughter and I went today they did not have our information on file and I had to fill out yet another waiver. This is a problem because they claim to have the waiver on file for a year but apparently that was not the case with me and my daughter.Unfortunately to make matters worse their locker machines are only taking cash only, which is usually a problem for me because... umm 2020?!? oh and one of their snack machines was out of order. Too many things need improvement at this establishment.

Kids had a fun time. Place seemed clean. 3 stars because I brought my 1 year old and 4 year old and I still had to pay for my 1 year old to jump even though he did not jump much (because hes 1 after all). I suggest kids 2 and under be free or at least free with the purchase of another ticket. This is the policy for most kid friendly places.

Great place to bring your kids, specially on a Friday night. I visited Flight Fit with my youth group from church, needless to say they had a blast! The staff is wonderful and extremely helpful. I especially must praise Nick, one of the managers, who took his time and went above and beyond to answer my questions and accommodate my group. I absolutely recommend this place.

Interesting experience here. The waivers took way too long and froze on us so we had to fill one of them out twice. The cashier wasn’t the friendliest. I wanted to pay for socks with cash but she apparently had no change. She went to another register which also had no change so she made us wait a while to go to the back for change. She also handed me the wrong change. When I was putting on my socks and ran up to my family in a rude manor and demanded I give her money back. I think this place is disorganized and hire too many children to run the place. Other than that, the place looked clean and my two kids had a blast!! Some of the kids were a little aggressive but overall they had a lot of fun!

My sons had a great time at a birthday party here! Very safe and fun ! I will definitely be coming back here LOL :)

I Came in the other night with my 2 little boys and they had so much fun! Definitely recommend this place. My kids had a great time playing dodgeball, the staff was super friendly, especially when Dj and Tyler were reffing the dodgeball games!

The elevated divider in the dodge ball field works well compares to other trampoline places. Reasonable price compares to others, yet the fields not as run down compares to some.

Ehhhhh. Its not as crowded as it used to be. Seems the pricing has gone up dramatically.

Fun place for the kids but the check-in and waiver process takes entirely too long. Even when purchasing tickets in advance it still takes 5-10 minutes just to get your tickets if there is no line. There was one person checking in large families and then you have to watch the safety video every time they jump. We arrived early and still lost 10 minutes. The kids do enjoy it and it’s a great way to get them some exercise when the weather is not so nice but they lose a star for slow process and service.

Matt is the best ref and he is the most hilarious person. He is a great ref at dodgeball as well. He will make sure everything is fair and the rules are followed!! If you go to flight fit and fun Matt is the guy to talk to.

Place is fun but kept getting scammed from the vending machines. I would go to the front desk and ask for my money back but only one person gave me my money back and if I went back then this girl would say there is no more change when clearly there is change since I was there like 5 mins before. Overall place is fun.

Went for a birthday party. Wouldve gotten 5 stars if it started on time. Party hosts should also be trained to entertain the kids more and smile more. Makes a difference in customer service. Trampolines are awesome and everywhere. All in all, it was lots of fun.

The kid loved it and had lots of fun but be warned... There are more waiver forms to sign than a new recruit in the U.S military would need to. In fact, there were so many waiver forms and tick.boxes that it almost had me second guessing whether or not I should let her play. In the end, no deaths or injuries and the kids had fun

The place has been better in the past. The general care has gone downhill the restroom and play areas are dirty even right when they open. The toddler Time has become a time where the place gets too crowded to be safe, the adults are bouncing along side very small children it just seems unsafe. They have also been allowing kids who are not toddlers, elementary age and teens bounce with the babies too. Incredibly unsafe.

Forget this place. Go to Sky Zone instead. Cleaner, funner, and friendlier employees.

Overall ok....but......games and vending machines frequently dont work. And the add-on time should be discounted for ADD on time. They charge full price to add on.......most of staff is nice

Super fun place. Its main attraction is the trampolines, but they also have a few a arcade games should u want to take a break from the jumping. But the jumping is the best part, the whole trampoline area has very high quality trampolines that yield high bounces. There are also basketball, and dodge ball games to be played on the trampolines as well as a foam pit. There is a waiver that must be signed in order to enter, and u must buy a pair of special socks to get bounce on the trampolines. Other than that, the place is great, definitely give it a look.

Matt is the best person here. he is so fun and is just the best. he deserves a raise. 10/10 would recommend. i come here because of matt.

Great place with a staff that makes you feel like family. I took my girlfriend a while back (Early 20s) and thought we would be way out of our element (surrounded by toddlers). However, when we walked inside we saw that we were right at home! They had something for everyone, a basketball court, runways, dodge ball arenas, and even a foam pit. They made it easy for me to embarrass myself just about everywhere, lol. Overall a great time, my girlfriend and I still talk about it. The staff was super friendly and made us feel right at home. Cant wait to check out their Jersey location!

Air Trampoline Sports has been a go to attraction on Long Island for about a year or so now and has been loved by kids ever since. From a three lane foam pit, to a tumbling mat, to 3 dodge ball courts, to even 2 basketball hoops, this place has earned all the attention its been given. Trampolines are literally everywhere (not including the lobby or the walkways to get from place to place), even on the walls, which is why I call it, Ninja Training. My advice, bring your kids, its a great place to be.

Horrible experience this specific day. A parent was sitting on massage machine the machine sensed no money inserted so the parent just sat there with no care in the world as I was videoing my daughter hearing beep-beep every 5 secs I told her it was disruptive and she went off on me I informed mgmt if the massage chairs were there in Oct I would not be booking a party there as some parents have no class! Luckily the manager did allow my daughter stay an additional 30 mins due to the inconvenience but parents be aware...lesson learned here

Fun for the kids but be aware that the weekends its mayhem. Parking can become an issue since there is limited parking during the weekends. Parents, bring your coffee with you, vending machines only.

Great experience with my grandsons here!! Only disappointing part was the fact that they insist that each person purchases their socks which are pricey. Bought disciunted admission tickets on Groupon but had to pay full price for socks, for all in party. End result was a great time

Place is just OK. Asking for too much of personal information while registering. i.e. drivers license numbers, address, phone number, kids d.o.b. (data breach anyone?)Safety nets need cleaning. Not for people allergic to dust. Timer is couple of minutes ahead.$18/person per hour is bit too much.

I have been meaning to write this review for a long time. My son had his 11th birthday celebration at ATS and the kids had a blast. The facility is clean, well maintained and offers tons of fun. The boys could have easily spent another hour there. But what truly made our event particularly memorable was the staff who could not have been more welcoming, friendly or helpful. If I could give this place 6 stars I would.

Tonight was rough on the kids.. I have a suggestion before these kids on Friday night 8-11pm come in with knives or guns, you need to monitor the crowd better or have an age range. Witnessed the older teens (17-20ish) abusing young tweens - teens. My kids were scared and i guess my mistake of not following them to protect them and my kids were not able to enjoy themselves. I had to intervene with a young kid maybe 12 trying to cause a problem, he just wanted to fight and then went to get his other friends that were the older guys to fight. The refs had to keep shutting down the dodge ball courts because of fighting. Really for 60.00 you may want to rethink your clientele before something tragic happens. I have been bringing my kids for many years and have had many parties, but you definitely lost me as a customer . My childrens safety is first and foremost.

Horrible experience on February 13, 2018 between 6 pm and 7:30 pm. An employee (who is believed to be a manager) mocked a disabled guest. The male employee with short dark hair, facial hair, and was wearing a gray shirt, was smiling and laughing while making physical gestures typically used to make fun of people who are mentally handicapped. Shame on this business for hiring a manager that is rude, insensitive, and overall unprofessional. Never returning and will share my experience with everyone I know. This place is not kind to the disabled community. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

The concept is fun for younger people, feels like the skating rinks I went to back when I was a kid, Im 38. What I didnt like was that I have 2 yr-old and they charge FULL PRICE for him, even Disney World does not charge under 3. Would have been fine paying a discounted admission but insisted on charging me full price, bad policy in my opinion.

I have come many times and loved it, but for the past year i have had terrible terrible experiences. the staff have become so nasty and disrespectful, it is very dirty, and to top it off i waited in line for a half an hour before they announced my session was sold out and i had to wait another dreadful hour. So i decided to wait and when i went to pay, the extremely rude staff member had told me my waiver was expired, HOWEVER i had re-filled out my waiver within the year which made no sense. I would not recommend this facility to anyone, unless you enjoy being belittled by the staff, and paying for dirty, sweat-covered trampolines.

Fun time bouncing around

I was approached and lectured the entire time when I went with my daughter. She is almost two, but on the small size...and everyone knows I am very vigilant with her. I was merely holding her hands and gently bouncing with her...I was told to stop. I was hopping with her in the empty toddler zone...apparently the trampoline floors in the toddler zone are for show and you cant bounce on them...instead they threw some old, crumbling foam blocks in as the entertainment for that section. I was very careful and gentle with my daughter...only to be harassed and watched like a hawk by the staff the full hour I payed for. Nobody has the best interest at heart for a child than their mother...and I truly wasnt doing anything extreme...so this was very offensive. Oddly, my friend who was with her son and doing the same things wasnt bothered once. My daughter had a great time...so I will bring her back...but next time Im going to talk to the manager if this happens again.

A great place for the kids to have fun and exercise while enjoying every moment.

This is a great place to take your kids if they are full of energy and you need to help them work it out. The main trampoline area is full of wild kids so be sure to keep an eye out if your kids are on the younger side. There are offshoots with a foam pit and a dodgeball area which I highly recommend if the main area is full of bigger/wilder kids. While there are staff members watching and blowing whistles when something dangerous is going on, I like to keep an extra eye to ensure safety. No outside food or drink is allowed but I recommend smuggling water because their bottled water is $2. Also, try to buy your tickets online before you go because sometimes you will get to the location and they will be sold out for the time youd like. All in all a great value for entertaining your kids!

This park is great if you are from ages 4-13. Besides that if you are looking to do any sort of trick besides a front flip then find somewhere else because this place does not allow tricks. You will have eyes on you all times watching your every bounce. If your athletic, gymnast, or have any acrobatic skill at all do not go because it will simply be a tease. I spent half my time there being lectured on a flip I had done that didnt even qualify as a backflip. So If you just want to go and jump around for a little and worry about crashing into little kids then this place is perfect. Besides that it is a business that doesnt advertise there rules until you had already bought your ticket.

Large facility. You cant beat 10 bucks for you and your child. I brought my two year old son to toddler time from 10-11 am. The only complaint i have is that on multiple times i was approached by young staff members trying to tell me that i wasnt allowed to assist my son on the trampolines. I was on my knees holding my sons hands and i was being scalded like i was acting inappropriately. Its called toddler time and a parent goes in too for a reason. Staff members need to lay off in future
