ZERO STARS!!!!!!Horrible experience. I booked unlimited everything for 15 kids. our turn out was 11 guest mostly 14 year-olds. when we booked the facility we were not told that GO-carts are not unlimited and you can only ride with your group after others get off. but that was the least of the problems.1. the facility is unkept. a mouse was spotted by one of the kids2 they only accepted cash payment!3. the video games majority of them are offline or just broken.4. bowling only one lane worked and the score board TV was broken.5. the bumper cars were broken which was suppose to be part of the unlimited package.6. laser tag had outdated equipment that did not function well.7 that bathroom smelled of urine in a crowded stadium but the facility had 20 people max.8.no one wiped down any games/rides/go-carts. at anytime.9.the pizza party for 15 people was served as single slices no seconds and watered down fountain soda.10.there was ONE bottle of hand sanitizer for patrons to use located at the front.11. the snacks and prizes section looked like a going out of business 75% off sale completely empty and ransacked.The employees tried their hardest to keep us happy but they knew that it was a horrible experience . Karts indoor raceway left 15 and 17 years to run this horrible place. the only positive was that these kids that worked there are awesome! they are trying to keep people happy after they are shocked by the conditions they are greeted with.I would not return to this place NOR would I recommend it to anyone. they may have been better before covid-19 but it should be illegal for them to book parties there and take peoples money. horrible place to visit.PS: would have asked for a full refund if we were in a different time. AT THE LEAST, THE PERSON WHO BOOKS THE PARTIES SHOULD WARN PATRONS OF THE ISSUES THEY ARE HAVE AND NOT MAKE IT A SUPRISE AND IM SORRY BY STAFF WHEN THEY GET THERE!!!I was charged $500.00 for this giving back $100.00 but it still wasnt worth $400.00 and the booking manager Joan have yet to contact me.Sincerely; A Mother, Registered Nurse and Long Islander

I had my youngest childs 5 birthday party at karts and it was actually the best childs birthdayparty I ever attended.. I have 3 kids ages 14 down to 5yrs old and have attended and thrown more childrens parties then I ever wanted. Which also gives me the added pressure of pleasing different age ranges. I loved the fact they had go karts for my 5 yr old to drive and his friends. Usually the kids have to sit shotgun. They had great laser tag (that kept score), 2 lane bowling, a frog ride and bumper cars.I was nervous about covid and spoke to the owner of karts. A wonderful woman whos name escapes me at the moment. The owner said Karts opens at 12pm and my party could start at 10am. To go at 12pm you need reservations, no walk ins. I felt safe which is number one. All the employees wore masks and we did as well. We took them off while go karting and eating only.We had the place to ourselves for 2 hours and had the time of our life. The young man who works the go karts is Rob and he made our party so much fun. First he had the kids go karts. Then the parents went go karting while the kids played laser tag. We might of had more fun then they did. Thank you Rob my husband actually took me there on our date night but you werent working. Yup, we had so much fun we went back without them. Sorry kids.

Colby and Carter are literally the best. They made the experience so much better and made us have the best time ever ! They were so cool and fun and entertaining. They really are the best employees ever and I will be coming back for the sake of how much fun we had with them! Awesome employees. 10/10. Coolest people ever. Wouldn’t of been the same without them!!

We went today and our kids had a blast! All the workers there were super friendly especially Lenny and his team running the karts. They all went out of there way to make everyone have a great time. We will definitely go back so great to see little kids having such a great time.

Whether you’re looking to play arcade games, go bowling, play laser tag, or race go karts, karts has something for everyone and accommodates all ages. My friends and I continuously come back here because we always have a good time. The best part of karts is they have attentive customer service, which is hard to find most places. Need to give a shoutout to Colby and Carter who went above and beyond during our last visit, and will be the reason we continue to come here.

Lenny, the Owner, is a good example of how to run a happy family business. The guy looks like he hasnt worked a day 20 years because you can see he enjoys his job. He and his staff are inviting, accomodating, nice, and of course, the facility is fun. Karts is large enough to let your kids run loose, but able to find them easily.

Very fun place for people of all ages. They have an arcade, laser tag, 2 lane bowling alley and Of course in the indoor go karting. Super fun place. Workers are very kind and helpful. Specifically Colby and carter they made sure myself and my group enjoyed our time there and were very personable and professional.

When out for my daughter‘s birthday on a Friday night decided to go to this Go-kart place.we all had so much fun but I must say I joined in I think I had as much fun as the kids. The people that were working there that night Jenna and Colby were amazing they took care of us not to mention we bring a crowd and it was just the two of them and they attended to us in the most professional way. I really enjoyed the different activities they had their bumper Cars, bowling,Laser tag,Mirror maze and a lot more especially the arcade game, You have to try the Jurassic park Video game the food was great. And once again I want to thank Jenna and Colby for taking good care of us and making this an awesome night I will definitely be going there again PS thank you Colby my daughter is really looking forward to the Marines in February and we will be going there before she leaves

Best party ever! We had a birthday here and the service was amazing! The party was well-organized and all the kids had a great time! They have bumper cars for those who want to have some serious fun and a raceway for the competitor style racers. The little ones raced these cool mini race cars which was extremely exciting to see. What a blast I would definitely recommend this place.

The personnel was very attentive, they took good care of the kids. There are a lot of fun things on this place. I will add the 5th star when they take care of 2 things: some laser guns need to be repaired and the bumper car ride stopped after few minutes riding it. The hostess tried to make it work but after few attempts with no luck she quickly moved the kids to another ride that wasnt even scheduled. That is the kind of problem solving people that you want to deal with!!!.

When we came here it was not as busy as we thought it was going to be! The Go-Karting was fun and all the rides are reasonably priced. It was also great to see that they work with special needs kids as well and are really patient. The staff was very genuine and friendly and made our entire family feel welcome!The only thing that they could update are the bumper cars. Still though, the excellent service deserves 5 stars!Definitely, going to come back. Thanks guys!

We went here on Thursday afternoon when we got the afternoon off from work, and had the whole track to ourselves. Lenny was awesome, he joked around with us, and I’m pretty sure he was intentionally giving us ridiculously extra-long races just to be cool. We will most definitely be back. It seems like a great place to go with colleagues from work, too. We ended up paying right around $7/race, and believe me it was worth it. Thanks again!Prof g

Go karts What a blast. Karts are fast great for adults and kids. Would defiantly go back again.

The times we have gone its been empty and my family is the only.one there. Karts work well and the value is better than most places. The staff is accommodating, the pizza is good and the extra activities are good for the whole family.

If it were possible to give 0 or negative stars I would. Last year I RAVED about how wonderful this place was. Its obvious there has been a change in ownership and its horribly sad that what could be a thriving business wont be. I was there this past Sunday and was appalled at the staffing shortage. Its a shame I had spent $500 prior to realizing the trainwreck going on in that place. The owner clearly has no clue how to staff or run a place that caters to children. The scariest thing was buying packages for all 10 children and being told I could sign waivers instead of their parents that were in fact there also.... My recommendation is to go elsewhere I will never return.

I had a great time here. It wasnt as lively as I thought it would be but it was very late so thats my fault. Its a great place to be. I enjoyed the racing it was great fun but the karts are little cramped for someone who has long legs like myself. But I feel its more geared towards children like 8 and up which isnt a bad thing. I could see kids having the time if their lives here. Also Id like to give a kudos to one of the employees Brittany C. She was working the front desk, giving out prizes for tickets and even working the snack bar. She did her job very well. She deserves a raise.

Great place! Was there today with a large group. They made us feel special, without being any less courteous to everyone else. The people running the races were personable, funny, and also no-nonsense with the rules. Never mean, but firm when people broke the rules.In between races, they talked with us and other customers. It really felt like they were happy we were there, not just doing their jobs.The price per race is reasonable, and I would definitely recommend for parties. Its fun, and the employees make a great atmosphere!

Been to Karts plenty of times. Always have a great time. Theyve shortened the track, since Ive last been there, and have added a small arcade area and lazer tag. The prices are very reasonable. $12 per race, per person, but its 10 laps! Lazer tag was a lot of fun, and only $8 per game per person. And they give you paper race results of lap times and places after each race. Different speed settings for the karts are remotely controlled by the track master, and if adults are on the track they turn the speed up! Drive responsibly and your adult kart will be on turbo even when other kids are on the track. Or, you can just wait for the race to be over and race with just your friends. Great place, great fun for all ages, will go back again

Had such a great night here at KARTS INDOOR RACEWAY the staff was extremely friendly. Especially the girl on track, she made sure my son was safely buckled inside of the kart and personally explained race rules to him. Afterwards we had dinner which was surprisingly served hot unlike some restaurants so I was very surprised. Will defiantly be back next weekend.

I was here last week with my four children. Their prices are reasonable it is $12.00 per race or laser-tag. Kayla up at the front desk was very informative she informed me on different packages I could purchase for a good family fun day in the cheapest way possible. I will defiantly be coming back here again with my family.

Lenny our racing guide was fun and pleasant. He made the whole experience a ton more fun. Otherwise its a good place where you get a lot of value for your dollar. Great for groups or just for two.

Staff runs the place in the most disorganized possible way. Checking in your kid to the birthday party he’s invited to takes aeons. Really, it took 20 minutes to get him a freaking bracelet to go and party!One girl told me the party ends at X time, the other said it’s at Y time. No one had a clue of what’s going on! I went there only cause my kid got invited. Next invite I’m gonna pass, and most definitely, I’ll stay away from this place. Giving one star because zero is not an option.

We just had our sons 6th birthday party here! So super awesome! The 3 hostesses were so helpful, I didnt have to work about anything. The gentleman who helped the kids race was the nicest guy! I highly recommend having a birthday party here or just going to take a lap around the track!

Cool place, and great potential,I think that some of the staff need improving, and the karts need to be dialed up a tad. Never enough people there to make a real race s o.i turn the up when there are only 3 people, the guy I had did and that made it super fun with just a few racers. Prices are better than the competitors.

Nice place for young kids to enjoy themselves

We were visiting from out of town and found this place on Google maps. We pulled up about 8:30pm and no one was there, except for Kolbe and Brittany. These two gave us an experience that my children, my husband and I will never forget. They were friendly, professional, personable, and great with my kids! The owner should be very proud of how well Kolbe and Brittany take care of the customers while he/she are not there. I was very impressed and will certainly come back the next time were in town. Thanks again Kolbe and Brittany!!!!!

Great place to spend a rainy day. My son got a gift card for christmas the go-carts are fun. Lazer tag, bowling and the lazer room were great he had the best time. The staff was very nice and very accommodating.

Had my grandson birthday party who is 12They raced cars, paint lazer guns, chasing each other, bumper cars,Plenty of stuff to keep them running around pizza and soda included.

We came in on a Saturday night around 6:30 P.M and their service was horrible !! I never leave reviews but wow they was a bunch a jerks, a bunch of young girls all into their phones . Our food took a HOUR to be done and when it came it tasted as if it was sitting out all day . Meanwhile I only ordered 3 hotdogs, a small fry, and two small drinks. The laser tag and go karts was fun . Just the service was disgusting ️ if you go there as a family just be prepared for the profanity and eyes rolling.

We came here around 6pm and ordered food as soon as I got here. We went to play laser tag & when we were done with laser tag the food still wasn’t done. So I asked how much longer and they asked me what I ordered again? It’s a whole bunch of little teenagers working there and the staff is very unprofessional. Then when we were riding the go karts the kid in charge got aggravated when the kids riding were ready to park they kept missing the parking spot to park in & the kid in charge said rude things like “oh my god I can’t wait to go home while rolling his eyes” the whole experience was just horrible, if I could give no stars I would! One star is too much credit!!!

Took my son here for his 11th birthday in December and had the most amazing time ever... both of us! The people who run the place were so helpful and accommodating. There was such a variety of things to do at this one location. The laser maze was my favorite part and the go karts were his. A safe, fun, and happy time we had. Will definitely be going back with my whole family. Worth every dollar!

The actual driving was fun. Bu,t must be done in the adult race only. We waited in line for over hour to race, not to mention we were skipped by 6 kids. There seem to be no kind or organization or rules while waiting in line. After that experience, we didnt want to wait in line again for our second ride. As we spoke to the front desk, she said she saw what happened but there isnt anything that can be done about it and would not refund us for our second ride. Extremely dissapointed and would never go back here. Lack of respect, organization, safety and time consumption is not worth the over priced admission. Choose elsewhere to spend your money.

The worst place ever, sat my son, 2 other young boys and a parent in a car and had them waiting for over 15 minutes while they have a party cut in front. I get it, its a party but dont sit anyone in a kart until ready... When asked someone to speak to a manager we got a 17 year kid that had zero answers, no numbers to call, offered 1 free ride and was told that she cant give any refunds... Well sure enough we got our money back, we were there over an hour and only once on the karts... this business or any business should not be run by a child and should be more organized

I recently went to KARTS on a weekday afternoon. I took my 6yr. old son, who is Autistic/non verbal. I thought we would would go in and have some fun riding around a track once or twice-like everyone else. The staff at KARTS went above and beyond to accommodate us. It wasnt expected, but greatly appreciated. The track was fun, the staff were helpful and the place was clean. I certainly cannot judge this place on the quality of their go-karts, because I do not know enough about them-but I can judge our experience on the professionalism of its employees, and KARTS is a winner. While there, I also observed the manager assisting another family with the process of riding the karts and giving them a tour of the place, and that family was having a blast. Im sure that when it gets crowded its probably not the best experience, but thats life on Long Island. Check this place out on an off time. Youll have fun! GREAT JOB KARTS!!!

If you are planning to have more than 9 children at your party you may want to consider a different venue. I had my daughter’s 11th birthday party here yesterday. I was so disappointed with how the party was run. We had 18 children at the party but my daughter only celebrated with 9 of her friends. Upon arrival the children were split into 2 groups and she never saw her friends in the other group again until it was time for dinner. I intended for the children to have 2 races and a laser tag game. We were early for the party and I had 3 children show up late but the party started on time. Yet the children never got to play laser tag. In addition the children would not have been able to play laser tag together as a group because they only had 15 vests and we had 18 children. This was not explained when I booked the party. When they asked me how many children would be attending I told them I was inviting 20 children and was expecting a minimum of 15 to show up. Beware they allow the public to race every other race during your party time taking away from your time which is why we ran out of time and didn’t get to play laser tag. We paid $50 per child for the first 10 children and $30 for each additional child for this party but the public paid $18. Upon booking this party I was told that the first half of children up 10 kids would race and then the other half would race and my daughter being the honoree she would race with both groups because they only allow a max of 10 karts at a time on the track. There was no explanation of the public racing in between. My daughter was only allowed to race with her group. After the racing was over I understood that the entire party would move together to the next event. This did not happen. The young teenage girls running the party were nice girls but were working in panic mode because there was so much confusion and they were not experienced in managing such a large party (which really wasn’t that large considering I usually have over 30 children attend). I was told repeatedly that they were having another party right after my party so we needed to be out by 6. It was not possible as they started serving the food to my party at 5:50. We serve the food and the ice cream and cupcakes back to back. The next party was supposed to start and we were singing happy birthday to my daughter and the children still had not played laser tag. The hosts needed to clean up and take care of the next party which was already waiting outside the party room. Therefore leaving no opportunity for my daughter and her friends to play laser tag. I would not recommend this place for a large party. I was disappointed. I paid less per child for a birthday party for my daughter 2 years ago hosted at Disney World in Florida with top service. We were there with her team for a competition. The children had a unlimited snack bar, Disney characters, a pirate cruise ship to watch the fireworks over the castle and a lot more. This place is not worth the money you will spend!

Went there today and was so disappointed. The staff was trying to accommodate the guess but it was a disaster. Short staff and the food court is disgusting. Alot of items they dont have but its on the menu and they burn whatever you order. No plates to put your food on. Not even trays. They dont have enough soda pitchers. This place really stinks and for the money they charge its not worth it. They sell you the plans and than you find out the some areas are closed. Totally not worth the money and no manager on duty.

We had my sons 7 th birthday party and had a great time. The staff was awesome. They were accommodating and very patient with a dozen very energetic 7 year Olds. It was great to be able to do something different for his birthday. Both parents and kids couldnt stop saying how great the party was. So much for the kids to do. We had a 9am party.the kids raced, played laser tag, bowling and video game racing. Thanks for such a fun time

The track is ok. Karts need to be turned up faster. Expensive to drive go karts. Kart batteries die quick and will barely make it around track. Instead of pulling you back in and giving you a different kart, they let you drive 1 mph to complete circuit and dont even offer you another race. Waste of money for what it is. Will not go back anytime soon

Good place for younger kids, cheaper prices than RPM raceway

First time ever there and my son is in a double cart with my wife and they hit the railing because bad breaks and my son slammed his head with massive bump. They should really have harness belt and helmets to prevent something like this happening. Sad now he never wants to go back after being so excited about going.

Hosted my sons 6th birthday here! Opened up two hours early to accommodate our party. Lenny and staff were great to the kids and the adults! Great time and great service!

I came here memorial day weekend, we purchase the 3 hour pack of unlimited activities on a Monday; Go Carting, laser tag, bowling and a laser maze. They regretted to inform us 2 out o the 4 activities werent working that day which in that case we shouldve got some type of discount, nothing. After about 4, all of the employees went home except 2, which meant 1 in the go carting track which was 24/7, and 1 guy had to work the laser tag, food court and main desk. This poor guy was running back and fourth between places so that he was able to having the place in full running conditions. Some kids probably 7 or 8 years old kept crashing so one guy helped on kid while the other guy helped the other kid. The guy that has been running around like a mad man has his foot ran over by one of the carts, why didnt they shut it off like all o the other times someone had crashed? stupidity at its finest. We as in 11 people waited for this worker to come back and let us in to laser tag or 20 minutes while he was helping someone at the front desk. The management need to configure these 17 year old kids working hours these 2 guys worked until closing by them selves. Im never going back they dont deserve any type of profit from over working two kids. how about Ill come back when management answers my numerous emails and letters.

Go karts are par but nothing to brag about. The best event was their laser tag. Sketchy bowling. Good for kids but thats it.

Ok not the best place I have been the people there were really rude and had an adatudie a guy yelled at me because my glasses dropped and he stopped the cars and I got out to get them he said you should never ever get out of your car but first of all those glasses were about 600 dollars second of all I was close to the outline of the track. Also I didnt know this place was run by teenagers. The Lazer tag was ok I went to another gocarting place and it was awesome but this Lazer tag was kind of boring.
