Would give zero if I could. Bounce rental was supposed to be delivered between 12-1:30pm at a rate of $280 for the day. After no delivery or phone call by 2pm I called to find out why it had not been delivered yet and was told it would not be delivered until 3:30 pm at the earliest and they would not reduce the fee or prorate. Cancelled the rental altogether. Not the way to do business and treat customers. At the very least a courtesy call letting me know my rental would be 2+ hours late would of been appreciated.

Thanks for providing me and my family with a bounce house for the 4th of july at the last min. Ive called several places and they all were either sold out or didnt have what I wanted. The workers were very professional and even said they will pick up the bounce house the next day which was totally awesome. Thank you!! Thank you!!! Thank you!!!
