Really beautiful park - great campsites. Stayed in a 23ft travel trailer, lots of room, easy to back in. Well maintained site and campground. We were only stopping for one night on the way through town, but will definitely be stopping for a few days the next chance we get!

Love this little park! This is our 3rd time camping here and already booked another spot for next year! Most camping spots are well spaced apart and shaded with electric service.

Great place to run the dogs. In the winter months its free to enter park closes at dark

Went for a quiet walk in the lake a few yards off shore. Really low water but it doesnt happen often.

Hiking is great! My wife and I spent the day walking beautiful and a beautiful lake as a back drop. We are booking a weekend as I type this to go camping there. Thanks to the friendly young man at the gate.

Nice little beach plenty of picnic tables and charcoal grills. Large parking lots and nice playground equipment.

Perfect spot for camping gents or camper. Electricity At every site. Daily garbage pick up and water available.The beach is beautiful,clean and the water is too. Teddys treats is cute spot for some quick food.

Even though almost all of the sites were full it was still quiet. So much to keep yourself busy.Biking, hiking, kayaking, and swimming. One of my favorite state parks. Also the sites are pretty big.

Love Delta Beach. Facilities and concession stand was clean. The only negative I have is that there are way too many rocks in the water and you have a hard time walking in the water. Delta Lake workers should rake the water to get those rocks out. I almost fell and hit my head!!

Shore was covered in stones... Very clean not to crowded. Good beach to enjoy without being disturbed. Bring water shoes,!

Just okay. Person next to us watching TV in their camper on full blast to 1:00am. Lake was nice to paddle on. Trail map is misleading at best.

I just cant understand how the state allocates money to the state parks. 2 weeks ago I stayed at North Hampton Beach State Park Place was absolutely gorgeous, stayed at Delta Lake the roads need a major upgrade besides that the park was good.

The kids have fun, but there is also wayyyy too many rules. Just today people got yelled at for having his kid on his shoulders, having a beach ball in the water, and someone attempting to put there canoe in the water in the non swimming area.

Beautiful park for a family outing! Lots to do and all within a short distant from each other...swimming, decent sized beach, playgrounds, grills & picnic tables, even a place inside for food, ice cream or last minute items to shop for. I also appreciate the amount of lifeguard staff on duty here and how they even have a lifeguard stand positioned out in the water to keep a better eye on the deeper area for swimming, made everything feel safer. Would definitely come back for a visit to this amazing, safe and very clean state park!!!

Have always had good experiences here. Not overly busy, even on holidays. Went on July 4 this past year. Had a good time.

Very nice state park, lots of water sites and plenty of spacious sites available. Bathroom are average for state campgrounds. Beach restaurant is handy for a treat or when you burn dinner!

Great place to kayak and camp. Bathrooms arent very clean. But otherwise we love going there before running the brutal boilermaker. Theres a great place to eat down the road as well that has amazing mac n cheese!!

Nice and quiet (atleast durring the week) did mot stay over aweekend. Lots of kayaking right from campsite.

Decided to take a adventure today up here. It was worth the trip. Did the loop of each camp sites there was 3. (A) loop was my favorite spot 10, 12, 14, 16 are amazing little view right off of your canpsites. (B) loop was lot 56, 58, 60 were good. (C) loop was lot 95. I will at some point be going to camp on those sites.There are many barbeque pits and tables along with multiply shelters. Sunset cove was beautiful to walk around. So worth the walk long the trail. Even swung on the swings. Lol. Needless to say it was a amazing day to hike and see nature at its finest. #Fall

Nice quite place. Water is for all ages. Front section is 4 feet, next further down is 9 feet. Two life guards, one on sand and another in water to the other side. Camping and picnic is also available. Staff is very friendly. I would go here again.

Been many years since I have been there . My only complaint is the sand is filled with tons of rocks big and small . Its a broken ankle waiting to happen. Wasnt like that a long time ago

Great place for kayaking. Strongly suggest evening hours if you looking to kayak.

Lovely park with an interesting history of the town of Delta being at the bottom of the lake! Will have to come back in the summer time.

Great place to take the kids camping. Really large sites and plenty of clean restrooms. My only complaint is that they only have 1 shower building for over 100 campsites. Doesnt make that much sense. My advice is to shower late at night. Its usually not busy then.

This is a nice park, I wish there was more grass and less gravel. Good fishing, good restaurants nearby, very friendly staff.

Like this place cuz close to home. Love that they have electric in sites now. Just wish they would put showers in each loop. Is noisy n too crowded at times. But love some of the water sites.

The kids enjoyed the beach and did not want to leave. Lifeguards did a good job making sure of social distancing

Great Park.Very clean and a great playground.

Great place. Big Park. Spend the whole day there all day with family. They have pavilions, a softball field, basketball court and a playground.There is also a camping area that is so quiet and clean and you can also fish, swim and walk on the trails. All this for $7.00 a carload and its free if you get there after 3pm.

Large, private campsites. The camp staff were friendly and attentive. The beach was very large, flat and well maintained. My kids loved the playground close by the beach area. A great place to camp with a family!

Ranger only comes around later at night to see if everyone is quiet. Had too many speeders going through campsites when young children are riding bike

This was our second year camping at Delta Lake and Ive gotta say, its been amazing. The staff is very nice, the park is very clean and well maintained. The camping areas have plugs.The washing machines dont work, so if youre staying for a while youll need to hand wash and hang to dry..At the beach there are showers, a big playground, lots of tables for a picnic, it does get very crowded during the weekend so you need to get there early and reserve a table. Also free life jacket rentals for the kids and adults if needed. Life guards are at the beach at all times.Rome town center is only about 10 minutes away so if you run out of anything, theres Walmart, Price Chopper, gas station, etc.

Great Campsites, awesome background story, great beach, good for family evnts and traditions. Have been going all my live every year and my whole family for a week in July. We all love this park, totally recommend.

Great place it was my first time it was a blast great family beach plenty of picnic tables and grills the water was warm to a lot of walking trails a bunch of play grounds for the kids the bathrooms are nice and clean

The easy accessible walking trail is great for Chi tune-up.

The campsites at Delta Lake are spacious and with enough space between the site that even with many other campers, the noise and sounds from other campers is not really noticeable. The draw back of this location is the close proximity to a military runway, and loud planes disrupted the peacefulness.Another thing to note is although there are enough bathrooms that the are basically close to each campsite, they only have cold running water.The campsite we stayed at was Loop A-36. It was perfect for us with a camper. However, it was very rocky and would not have been good for campers with a tent

Pretty nice beach. Not much fishing access from the shore, but if you have a boat. Your in luck! There is a public boat launch, I believe the fee is $8.00. That opens up a whole new world as far fishing goes. Not a bad place to spend a day.

This state park has a beautiful beach that has very large expanses of sand, which is unique.The playgrounds here are really nice and theres quite a few of them available for all different ages of children. We really enjoyed the water tables !The camp store serves food and Giffords brand ice cream. The food was reasonably priced ; $4 and change for a giant serving of ribbon fries, around the same for a cheeseburger with all the toppings, $3 for a huge ice cream sundae (not pictured). The store also has the essentials youll need if youre camping and you forgot to pack something.The staff were fairly friendly most of the time, but often you get a bored teenager who seems to know nothing outside of their exact job parameters. (Ex: food worker did not know where a certain pavilion was located within the park)There were some things that we felt could have been managed better. On our last trip, a large family had speakers set up and were playing music you could hear no matter where you were in the park. It kind of ruined the experience for us, especially when we were trying to relax on our picnic. We also wish the locations around the park were more clearly labeled, as it can be confusing to navigate if you dont go there often.

Beautiful lake. Beach is a little rough.

We camped in Loop B site 68 we have a 26ft camper if our friends were not there guiding and helping we would have had a hard time getting into our site. The trees were very narrow backing in. The site was beautiful once we got in it. We unfortunately went to lste in the season to enjoy the beach. But the shower house was very clean. We will be back but over the summer instead

It’s a pretty view of the lake their was no bugs bitting me this time the only thing I have a problem is the bathrooms they were dirty half didn’t even work the showers were to small no space once so ever

Great Beach to swim in. Went to a picnic with Saint Pauls RC church & had a great time. We were in the area called Sunset Bluff I believe. After Labor Day there is no admission charge to the park and we were in a pavilion in case it rained

Great place for people of all ages to come and enjoy. The beach area is small however there are many trails around and big area for kids to play around.

Its one of the lakes that holds ice in this warm winter so I love it for ice fishing opportunities

Went there for the first time for the Moonlight Walking event. Very Relaxing and the Sleigh ride was fun too.

Nice hiking, decent facilities. There are some lovely camping sites. There is a bit of an issue with high water at the moment.

Honestly my expectations for fishing, water skiing, and scenery was very low of this place but when I got out to the middle of the lake, I really enjoyed it!

Great place for camping. Also have nice places to hold weddings and other events.

Spacious campsites but that is about all it has going for it. People walk through sites with no regard to the campers that actually paid for the site. This is a major issue at water sites, but happens almost anywhere on the campground. Staff are not knowledgeable and make no effort to enforce state campground rules (despite guidelines being posted on the state campground website). Basically run by a bunch of young people with no training of the job and the management is never around to get help with what the younger staff dont know how to fix. Beach was not child safe due to broken glass and sharp plastic bits in the sand. Roads need paving and all around overhaul. Not enough showers. Dont waste your money unless youre desperate for a campsite somewhere.

Huge sites. Easy to get campers backed into. Clean facilities and beautiful beach. The only negatives is the fire wood, DO NOT buy it at the camp grounds, it was so wet that it was unusable.

A family friendly place to go w/ a decent beach. It needs some TLC.

Generous sized campsites, clean bathrooms, and firewood for sale at office with free delivery. We love a campfire and were able to buy firewood in 1/4 face cord increments. Definitely on the visit again list!
