Spent the weekend at Kingston Downs and had an absolutely fantastic trip. The team, communication, and facilities were first class. There is wildlife and natural Georgia beauty at every turn. We floated the river (with a convenient pickup at the end), and rode the new mountain biking trails, which were fantastic as well. The big wildflower field that the cabins overlook is a must see. Cant wait to go back.

I had a wonderful experience recently at Kingston Downs. The property is beautiful and there are a number activities to partake in. It was an exceptionally hot day so we decided to float the river after exploring some of the trails. The owners took care of everything, including the equipment. All we had to do was float!They are almost through building a few rental cabins on-site. I cant wait to return this fall for an overnight trip. It is a great place to get away from the daily grind.Excellent service. Clean property. Highly recommended.

Had an incredible weekend at Kingston Downs - the property is immaculately maintained and a prime spot along the river to really enjoy the outdoors. The staff is super nice and accommodating - truly focused on making sure the guests have the best time they can. Excellent for a weekend retreat outside of the city. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The views and ambiance were incredible along the river and through the trails. High light was definitely a great trail ride on our bikes, followed by a jump in the river and delicious lunch. Can’t wait to book our next escape.
