This is one of the best places if not the best that I have ever been at in Rome as far as being family oriented. Adults dont shy away yet theres also an area to eat and have adult beverages. I was truly amazed at the patience of the staff and their ability to keep up with children and multiple parties going on at the same time. There is plenty of fun and games for kids of all ages. The entertainment there is truly affordable . They have karaoke on Thursdays and Bingo on Sundays .The game room theme is kept up throughout the entire building. All areas were well kept and had very clean restrooms. I would suggest taking your friends or children there any time. Level up arcade is just what Rome needed!!!

3 stars just because it was clean. There was a party being held in the middle room so we didnt venture past the first area. It was SO HOT inside, literally almost as hot as it was outside. In July. At 3 PM. Games were expensive.

Great games and employees. Only complaint is that the games are a little expensive and weirdly priced($1.10 for big game hunter). Overall a very good experience

This place was a really fun family experience. My kids got so much stuff from the games in the arcade and had a great time jumping in the bouncy house. I was also really impressed with the food in the restaurant area to. I had the nachos. They were really good and more than I could eat. My son had a bacon cheeseburger and I was a little jealous of it. It looked amazing. The staff was very helpful and friendly to. Go there!!! Its a really great time!!!

Overall we really enjoyed ourselves definitely will go back

It has a great arcade! I absolutely love the place! And as for the Food Portion, it is phenomenal wings and fries. Haven’t tried the other foods yet. But, I assume it’s just as good as the wings. Also, this arcade/restaurant has the best, friendly staff ever!

It is a fun place and they had cool prizes,and the games our cool for little and big kids.

These are the old photos of the old game room but they moved and things are so much different you use too could get your money worth playing there game room but now it’s a rip off for the game section you have to chose from on top of the money you have to pay to play them might as well go to a real game room since they up the price so if your gonna pay that type of price might as well get what you r paying for oh and a little heads up never use a credit card to pay for those games use mines didn’t get what I paid for my babies are disappointed now I have to deal with the credit card company to get my money back

The arcade is great... Good games and an awesome bounce house. We ate at the restaurant the service is great and the food was very good. We had the patty melt with mushrooms and onions with the sweet potato fries and the hot wings. Everything was great.

This place was awesome it has a mixture of fun for kids of all ages the games range from skiball and to racing on on end and for the kids at heart it also has games for us from pinball to pac-man. The staff are super friendly and helpful if its your first time and treat you like friends if you are a regular. The middle area has plenty of space and age appropriate themes for the perfect birthday party. But if youre just a spectator bringing the little ones they have couches and recliners for you to kickback and watch the big screen televisions. I strongly suggest this funfilled inexpensive atmosphere for the whole family.

To expensive not alot to do

Went a few days ago just to be disappointed that the restaurant portion is gone. If you came here for the food save yourself the trip out there. The food was always very good but the arcade is not worth the trip. Do not think this was a good decision on their part!

Visited the new arcade on broad street was disappointed when we walked in with our two kids not alot of games for younger kids to enjoy after putting 20 dollars on two different cards our kids went through that in about 15 mins disappointed in how much each game cost and very little ticket return for prizes from 40 dollars... might give another chance after it is expanded as the employees were saying that they are not completely done with the arcade

Love this place! It has instantly become my new favorite place to take my kids. The staff is welcoming and friendly and the owner is always ready to greet you and hear your input and here is the thing......he actually listens and tries to incorporate in what his customers are putting out! Nice and clean, good atmosphere, kid friendly, they are consistently adding a new machine as fast as they can! All in all love the arcade portion it has so much potential and is already so much fun..........now on to the restaurant portion. As soon as I walked in the door I was instantly greet by the staff, all very friendly and smiling. There was not a lot of business at the time,but its also Sunday afternoon around 5:00 I dont know many restaurants that are busy at that time. We were allowed to choose a table and we had not one but two servers take care of us! Which is awesome for the simple fact that it was clear that no matter whos table it actually was that all the customers matter not just your assigned section. They have a decent little kids menu that my three enjoyed especially the sliders I myself had the Patty Melt which was phenomenal with their Boom sauce. I also ordered myself 5 wings lemon pepper the wings were very good they had the perfect amount of sauce and they even put a side of the Boom sauce on with the wings which again was awesome. The interior of the restaurant is simple and it looks like the owner is toying with putting arcade and video game memorabilia on the wall (thumbs up on that idea) which would be awesome. I do believe that one of the things that I would like to see on the menu is a section for ordering just wings without fries attached alot of people like to order them as apps or sides which will increase their options and everyone loves options. Another thing I liked is that one of the cooks even popped out to make sure everything was satisfactory loved that he cares about his job because that leads to caring about the customer. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone but espically to families looking for somewhere to create memories with your kids. Second time here and will be coming back as often as I can.

I went on a date with my lovely fiancé here, and we had an absolute blast! The food is amazing, the arcade is fantastic! We brought a couple of friends to the arcade again the other day, it was so much fun!!!

Had a great time. I took my childrens church group. Owners and staff were very helpful and understanding towards all my kids.

Do not give this place your business. The owners are not people you want to support. I was attending a party here and overheard the male owner say that if it were up to him he would never allow african americans to enter his building. This is highly unprofessional and wrong and this is not someone you want to give your money to. Not to mention this same night they had booked three parties for the same night and did not even have room for people trying to dine in their restaurant to sit. The arcade is not worth it anyway and now that theyve closed the restaurant side it really is not worth it.
