The staff was amazing, great tobacco/glass selection, and the store was very clean and well organized. I wish they had a larger selection as far as toys and such goes but that’s alright because the prices were great. Will definitely be back.

It is very rude to be going to work listening to the radio and they come across say they are open first off that is not how you advertise something and second the radio is not a place to do something like this when you have a 3 year old in the car and they look at you and say mommy what is the frisky biscuit.

Went in to get nitrous cuz Alpha Smoke was out and Frisky Biscuit charged TWICE AS MUCH for the same quality chargers. I will NEVER go back here.

I went to the Frisky Biscuit for the first time today. WOW!! They are so much better than the Love Library! The Frisky Biscuit girls are so much nicer and more helpful than the other store. The prices are better too! Dont waste your time or money anywhere else!!

My husband and I just got home from the frisky biscuit and although the service is decent, I will not be returning. We bought a hookah and they wrapped it up for us and looked at it but not intently. I carried it home in my lap so that nothing would happen and we put it together as soon as we got home. There is a hairline Crack on the bottom where it connects and when I called them about it they said they inspected it and it must have broken on the way home. It did not since I was very careful with it and they gave me the one off the shelf. They did not inspect it carefully as they claimed they did because I sat there and watched them glance over it. So 20 minutes after buying it I can not return it and they accused me and told me it was my fault. Terrible service on their part! Also at the Lions den they check every thing you buy and anything that requires batteries, they put in to make sure it works for you. Here, they did nothing of the sort and threw my stuff in a bag and sent me on my way. I will now have to go check the rest of my stuff to see if they work now. Oh nope they also charged my recept for something that I didnt not recieve.

Absolutely love this place!! The employees are very helpful and nice! Will be going back here!
