Am a fairly new client of the frame shop. They listen to what you are striving for, give suggestions but let you decide. The energy there is high level, love it.

Ive shopped hobby and craft stores in a roughly 100 mile radius, but this is the highest quality and most professional framing I have found. Advice on frame style, matting, etc., is always excellent. There have been times when they have recommended just buying buying the matting and using a frame I already have. A shop that is more concerned with meeting the customers need than they are with getting a big framing job is a shop I will definitely continue to do business with.

Our frame hasnt been fixed yet, but our first experience here was very good.

This place has the friendliest customer service in town! I got an estimate on how much custom framing my artwork would be, and when it wasnt in my price range the owner suggested where I could get an inexpensive second hand but quality frame. I did so and she cleaned up the frame and matted it beautifully for me at a much lower price. I will definitely be returning back anytime I want to frame more artwork!

Ive had the pleasure of working with really talented people in the framing industry. This is not one of them. Attention to detail when youre framing an expensive or personal item is of such high importance, that leaving it in the hands of a novice is not something Ill ever do again to save time and money. Never. And I would suggest you do the same for your possessions.
