They have changed. Less machines. Cant use tokens which I consider a mistake. This place is for children. Why should they put credits on a card? It took away from the experience. The staff was excellent.

We took our granddaughter today to pass some time. We were greeted by Ty, who is a lovely host. Things have changed since my last visit to a Chick E. Cheese about ten years ago. He kindly explained how everything worked, told us if we have any questions he will ne happy to answrtcthem for us, and although we hadnt planned on purchasing food, we changed our mind because of his hospitality. We ordered the cheese sticks which were good. They came with a large side of sauce and a smaller side of ranch dressing. We had a terrific timeThe establishment was clean and the customer service was fantastic. We will be going back.

Great for the kids ! And excellent social distancing measures, pizza was incredibly thin but overall pretty decent

Had my sons birthday party here! Was a really great experience!

Its great that they have new games. Although they can use more help on the floor especially when they are having birthday parties because the tickets kept running out. Otjer than that great place to take your kids.

Food is super high (Pizza Hut is close by). But overall, nice clean environment. Cool payment system. All the games use a tapping system, no more swiping.

Kids can have a ball here. Loved it!

The food was not that great, wings was small enough for a baby to eat, pizza was tough. They need to bring the original cook back the food was a whole lot better than now.

Chuck E. Cheese is a great place anytime for an outing with the grandkids. I especially like it on a rainy day when they can’t get outside to play. It’s clean, employees are friendly and the pizza is good too!

The pizza and wings always good. Great place to take your kids.

Had sons 7th birthday party here. He and his friends had a blast and blew through the play points in the basic level package. No set up/tear down on our part was really nice! Hes ready to go back and I think a couple of his friends are wanting their next party here too.

My son & nephews really enjoyed themselves. Just wish the was a location closer to home instead of driving nearly an hour from home.

It was wonderful. Took 5 kids and 3 adults. Spent $120But its a damn shame we had to leave Greenville NC to have fun in Rocky Mount NC

Lots of fun with the kids when all games are working properly. Some games run out of tickets when alot of people are there and staff doesnt stay on refilling machines.

My son really enjoyed it. The cards to unlock games are so much easier than the tokens

Took my 2 year old for my nephews birthday party. Both had a blast. There were a couple games and rides my little guy could do by himself which he loved.

My baby is 4 and it was his first time there. He cant stop talking about Chuck E cheese. So I guess I will be taking him this weekend too!! Wonderful for kids and adults.

Fun for young kids but there wasnt much for older kids. Food is kind of overpriced and there was a homeless man posted out in front of the building staring at people.

I took my granddaughter for her 4th birthday. This was her first time here. The service was outstanding. The pizza was delicious. The mouse came by the table to take a picture with her. Great place.

Staff is unprofessional. Kids love the games (of course). In the future I will return to the Goldsboro location instead of this one.

It was our first time visiting this chuckie Cheeses’ and we enjoyed it as we always do! This one is nice and clean but I will say that sometimes the games need more attention when it’s a high yielding ticket game. Granted, I realize it’s hard to keep up with all the ticket outages. With that being said, each time I went to the desk to ask for help with tickets & one time for the soap in the bathroom to be refilled, the ppl at the desk were very nice and accommodating. Especially Sammie and a young Man that quickly came to our rescue on ticket outages many times. They were very genuinely sorry for us losing tickets so Sammie was quick to give us some extra tickets to make up for our loss of tickets. But we had a wonderful time and really enjoyed our day as well as some of the other children that were there. We were there about 3 hours and enjoyed each minute! Fun! Clean fun and a family environment. They were having problems with the card machines due to the tornado in the area but everything worked out and they managed the best that they could under the circumstances. Kudos CC staff for making our visit one to never forget! Thanks again SAMMIE! You’re great!!!

My girls love this place. They have a blast everytime we come here.

The staff is always incredibly helpful and do their best to make sure we have a great experience every time. My son and I enjoy coming!

Pretty fun and clean not to fond of the cards to play games

Tonight 1/20/2018 we didnt even get to go in. There was a fight just outside the entrance. There was in excess of twenty adults involved and blocking the entrance. Punches were thrown and the police were called. Several people had walked to their car and rummaged around. We couldnt be sure if they were getting weapons or not. Five or six police cars responded and lots of people fled the scene and lots of other patrons were told to leave and were escorted out of the building by officers. My five year old was very sad, but we didnt feel as if going inside was the best idea, for fear that someone would return with weapons to retaliate. Lots of other patrons, unrelated to the altercation, left for their own safety. Too bad for Chuck E. Cheeses that they are located in Rocky Mount. The violence in Rocky Mount seems to escalate from week to week. I shot a video of a portion of the incident, but Google Maps only allows photo attachments.

They are very expensive. Its small but the kids enjoyed their time. We ordered the meal deal #1 for four. The pizza was great but they didnt cut it very well. As much as it cost we should have gotten longer play on the card.

It was $15 all you can play for an hour! Every Wednesday they have this deal, so I will take advantage of this deal all summer! My son enjoyed his self! They also have new games and it give ALOT of tickets! In the hour we were there we racked up over 2000 tickets!!!!! Overall it was a Great day

Games are great for children, they make sure to include every child with Chuck E. Cheese dance. The teenage cashier had a sassy attitude though which threw us off at first. After dealing with her the overall experience was good.

Brought my 19 year old son and his little sister which is 18 and the two grandkids. I think the big kids had more fun than the little kids

Great games. The kids loved it.

It’s a great place, but it seems like they need more staff!! The games run out of tickets a lot and need more training at birthday parties!! Went to one and there were problems with not being there, trying to find the planner and the times of pizza came late. I also had a birthday for my kids and there were times were I was working more than the planner.... the other half of it was good. And even if there were problems the staff was friendly

They have fit as many games into the building as they can but they definitely need a bigger space for something like this. The gaming area is absolute chaos and there are not enough workers on staff to make sure parents and children are both obeying the rules. If I wasnt vigilant with my own children they would have easily been lost in the mess. There was a lot of issues with games not working and tables not being kept clean but, again, I believe they are understaffed and unable to keep up with the amount of children that come here. I would rate the place higher but considering the fact they cater to children, ensuring a safe environment in the play area should be the highest priority over anything else.

Machines kept running out of tickets saturday is not the day to go it was packed management was awesome about refilling tickets and machines needing to be fixed!

My grandbabies love Chuck E mascot

Everything was nice the staff was amazingly helpful. Best place to take your child.

A nice, pretty clean environment for children to run freely and enjoy themselves. Most adults will enjoy themselves as well. However, it was rather warm inside, after playing with my children. Otherwise, I would have to say the cost and level of fun we had was worth the slight discomfort.

My 3 ur old grandson had a blast and didnt want to leave. The pizza on the other hand was not good at all. The food prices could have been a little cheaper too.

Lots of pizza and lots of kids. What more can you say.

My husband and I took our Daughter here for her birthday and it was the first time we have been to a Chuck E. cheeses. Our Daughter and even ourselves enjoyed the time we spent there and we will go back. The only thing I can say that needs to improve with this place, is that it really needs to be updated.

Great

Is horrible ... The pizza is medium .... The Soda doesnt have gas... Is digusting .... The womans in charge are rude.... Just a very bad place

A childs paradise. Safety measures great. Gives loads of fun for kids of all ages

Lots of fun for the family. Food was better than before. All around great service.

Fun place for the family, staff was really nice, good food, worth the money, tickets got stuck in a couple of games but they made sure to get all the games corrected and I got my tickets that I lost.

Even though this chuck e cheese is kind of lame and bored without a lot of games then richmond really I went their with my family one time it was lame to me really all the games was ok but just kind of boring with it I hope they finally update to some good stuff because at my home town was better then this. ^ok 《not trying to be rude but its true》

Fun for the kids and kidlike adults

We go every other weekend, my son loves it!!

Love taking my son here we always have fun. It can get crowded though

That restrooms were incredibly nasty, all the tables was dirty, games were out of tickets, so my 7year old granddaughter had to miss out on many of her ticket, and it took so many tickets just to get a 5 cent or less Tootsie roll. Some of the staff just didnt seem like they even wanted to be there at all; but one or two was nice, although they still couldnt do anything about tickets being out. This was our second trip to this location both times being not so enjoyable. Probably wont be going back.

Kids love this place. But me personally, I dont care for their food choice. PIZZA ONLY! If youre willing to stay a couple of hours there, they should offer Coffee & SOMETHING to eat other than pizza.

Love it here go every week with my kids although some of the employees need to have a better attitude but overall a great and fun place to be

Not the place for a Birthday Party the space is to small to have like 5 birthdays at one time thats probably why I never received my food and had to get a refund because it was time to go after 3hrs. They didnt even have the party table set up we had to even wait for that and lets not even get on waiting at the machine for your ticket receipt that was a hour in its self. Get another one chuck e cheese The one with the 4 is not enough its 100 kids with 700 tickets a piece trying to feed them in the machine. I cant believe how this place done got smh for all that money 250 for 10 kids that table should have been ready to go smh. And one young lady that work there was in the bathroom cussing about how yall was getting on her nerves an she was about to quit so I guess she didnt care if kids was in the bathroom do better chuck e cheese!

My kids love it. They always have fun. Foid is awesome too!

My son love it here!

It was very wonderful and exciting my grandson had a blast.

This place has gone down hill! The new card system for playing the game is more expensive and more difficult for children to understands and use. Pizza is not as good and is expensive. They no longer have pizza and game credit deals. And coupons are not available.

Again kind of high priced for a pizza joint for kids, dont really care for the new card system for their games but as long as the kids have fun its worth the trip

Had a really good time

My server was great. I was told to arrive to my party a little early if I wanted to so I arrived at 11:45 the party started at 12:30. Of course there was another party there so we waited 12:24 no one had come to get us for the party there were two other tables set and ready for party guest. Long story short our table was not set up until I said something about it then after out party we were rushed BECAUSE ANOTHER PARTY WAS ARRIVING!!! TABLE SET UP AND ALL would have been two stars if it werent for the Host.

Very polite and friendly costumer service, but way way over priced.

Very busy. Allowed a homeless man to come into the restaurant and beg kids and parents for food and money. Parents I understand but kids, no. Safety of the children is the primary concern of me and many others that were there.

My daughter had a blast the staff was awesome!

Kids birthday, great staff and helpful. Well worth the $.

Purchased a gift card for a family member. That family member was told there was no balance on the card. Had to go back to the original store to have the receipt reprinted. Tried to call Chuck E Cheese about it. After 7 minutes of automated messages, I finally spoke to an actual human. That human said they would have to redirect my call. ...I was then transferred to a voicemail box.

Loved the store had a lot of fun with my grandbabies and family

Great 4 kids. Adults was having a good time 2. Love it. Food was good.

Great place to take the kids!!! We had an awesome time!! Prices are high but the level of fun is through the roof.

This place is awesome, not just for kids but for the adults too, you dont find many places that brings out the kids in adults that we thought was lost but seeing your kids faces enjoying the games, food and entertainment makes everything ok for the moment a moment you and your children will cherish. Dont forget scream for Chuck E. He may just show up.

Always a solid place to go way cheaper than Dave and Busters and game something up date

Didnt know it was there now it is time for my wife and I to go and play

Great place to take your kid for any occasion they just be waiting to see chucky all the time lol

Celebrate my granddaughter birthday

I really enjoyed...havent been to Chuck E Cheese since my daughter was little now I am taking my grandson

No tokens, they use cards now like most places. All the coupons on restaurant me not were expired.

The best family meal that has pizza and the best kids games in the world

Good times. Unfortunately this location did not accept the cards for games like the 1 in Orlando. But we had fun & the pizza was awesome

The kids cant get enough of this place

Oh the noise noise noise noise! We had a great time, but now I need a six pack and a nap in a soundproof room.Joi was our host and she was fantastic! Energetic and fun. Great job.

I had fun observing my grandson.

Love the place . Food sucks but the kids love the games . need one in rorap

Clean and fun for the family well staffed and they are friendly and attentive. Recommend this one for sure

There 4 my nieces 3 yo bday party. All I can say is ...crowded.. crowded.. crowded. It was so chaotic I didnt know what was going on. Im use 2 being around alot of kids, but this was too crowded. Too many bday parties going on. At the salad bar, the ranch dressing was out & there were no utensils 2 eat salads. We had 2 search 2 find an employee just 2 get forks. It took forever for us 2 get our food. I know we went there on a Saturday for a bday party so I made allowances & gave you a 4. Otherwise, it would have been a 3.

My nephew enjoyed himself. He will be back every Saturday. He said LOL.

A very nice place to take the kids. Been taking my kids and grand kids for 30 years

Took my baby now she will remember and she wants to have her birthday party there.

A great place for kids and parents...clean buffet area...a plus

I don’t understand how this restaurant has so many good reviews, I like going during the weekdays and it’s so disgusting the bathrooms always smell like poop, the games are dirty and greasy, I found thrown soda on games. I’m like wth? This place was so clean maybe 5 years ago, but I guess management changed and now they only have lazy people working.

Wonderful place for a family with kids

Safe fun place for families to let loose an kids have a ball. The staff are very helpful and creat a safe place for kids to enjoy

My daughter had a good time playing with the games but the service was kind of bad.

Clean and nice environment. This place is not too busy. And food and tickets are reasonable and affordable. Nice weekly joint for kids.

My kids loved it..and the staff was also helpful

I remember going here as a child and this Chuck E Cheese remained fairly clean. As like all of these chains. I think they remain fairly expensive for what they offer.

Great place for the entire family.

A very good place to take your kids they will love it

Good place for the kids

Always fun and really great pizza

The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting!!! Music way to loud, machines were out of tickets.

Where a kid can be a kid...( even adults )

Cool for kids but to pricy not to c Chuck E.
