My deposit was held back for bogus charges. I spent extra time cleaning to ensure a return but they still charged me for dust on my ceiling fan, a flower pot in the yard, a water spot in the carpet, and a drip pan on a stove that I brought into the residence! All over 700.00 of made up charges. Cons cons cons.... DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!

Please dont rent from here. I been dealing with bad black mold in my home. The owner spea6 to you any type of way. Dont care about my kids living health at all.

I love the trailer we are renting to own. I do not care for the main management gentleman! All the other employees are great!

This place is the worst. They half want to fix things and when you move, they try to find ways to keep your deposit. Its like the projects out here with 100+ kids being loud all times of the night.

Give you false hope and take your application money even though they know ahead of time you wont be accepted. Cons here. Terrible terrible place to do business with.

Modulars are well-maintained though, the staff could use some additional members to help improve response time. Rates are decent and most neighbors are friendly or keep to themselves. A nice place to stay.

Nice Mobile Home Park.

Too many homes crammed together.
