Clean and surprisingly not crowded for being a Saturday at noon/lunch with my baby. They still have the salad bar. The workers here are super nice and courteous. Only one game/ma CV hine didnt work, everything else was perfect and areas were clean. Will be returning soon.

The place was very well maintained and clean. The staff was professional and adhere to our needs. I also love the fact that tickets are now digital.

I proved to my teenagers and my husband that big kids can still have fun here too. Great time.

We love to take the kiddo here, its reasonably priced family fun. We even enjoy ourselves and the pizza is a lot better than what I remembered as a kid.

We had my six year olds party here and it was fantastic. Patricia was our host and she did amazing. The pizza was absolutely delicious and us adults dont usually like the pizza here so major points there. The entire place was clean and well organized. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this Chuck e cheese 100% of the time.

Where a kids can be a kids even as a 38 year old I love going and playing and this location is the only one I go to because its always clean and everyone is helpful and they really look like they enjoy working here.

Tried the to go carryout pizza and cheese sticks tonight. The pizza was surprisingly good (and cheap pizza). Would get their pepperoni pizza again (though could use a little more pizza/red sauce inside).The cheese sticks I would pass on next time. Very very greasy, so much that it was soaked and dripping with oil. This was caused by an awesome layer of cheese, but so of backfired with a soaked crust/bottom. Looked awesome (almost flat bread), but no.We will try it again for a second data point and try another one of the sides.

Great food. Great employees. My son loves it.

The food was bland and there are a lot less options for games and rides. I was a little disappointed.

My son had a blast at Chuck E. Cheese! We really enjoyed the New All you can play feature that allows you to purchase timed play for a nominal amount. This location was clean & the restroom was also very clean; which I can imagine to be a task. The Manager & staff were also friendly & helpful. My son cant wait to go back!

My first time coming here and my son had so much fun! He talked about it the whole way home!

Was ok but the old style was better as now it is all so open the noise is deafening. Staff was good. Seems like games are hard to understand. All in all we had a good day. Thankful we still have a place dedicated to kiddos.

Was very upsetting that I watched a member of my bday party walk out with my grandchild.! No one checked to make sure that they were the person he came with!!!!!

Went to Birthday party and I have stage 4 Kidney disease so that left me out of pizza. They do have a salad bar but be prepared to pay $9 + for it. It was good but I didnt bring much money with me, surprise !!!!! Oh, by the way it was all unlimited returns and I had a drink.

My kids grew up loving it when we went to go see the giant mouse, Chuck. They would play games for hours, eat pizza, and run around like they owned the place. We attended many birthday parties here, and the kids always had fun. Of course as an adult, i was always gravitating towards the basketball and the football games, but they kept me fairly entertained. The pizza is about the same flavor and or quality that we seem to find at Cicis, so the kids devour it every time. However, I am accustomed to a better quality option. Overall, the staff is always friendly, the food is hot, and I love the fact they have the salad bar!

I miss Chuck E Cheese!! Was my granddaughter’s fav place to go. Hope they open back up soon!

Alright so I give 2 stars because of the corporate monster that is their business plan. Refusing to do same day bookings on birthdays costs the families a featured experience especially when traveling from out of state.1. go online for coupons. They are on the site.2. Pizza isnt bad. Salad bar was on the dry side needed to be refreshed. The carrots were white and dried out. Pewter dishes sunk into an ice trough.3. Management was polite and cordial.4. Facilities were clean. Employees were polite.Over all experience was lack luster. Their chucky mouse head needs refurbished his snout was crushed and he had very low energy dancing with the kids. Safety concern the person in the suit did not have a handler and did have a couple of visibility issues from the damaged head.

Attended a birthday here. Kids seemed to have enjoyed themselves. Giving the kids the Play Pass helped. Game machines payed out the prize coupons generously. Chuck E. Cheese made his presence known and interacted with the kids. Great place for kids birtgdays.

Great for a cheap party! I loved the unlimited passes they sell now it Saves you a ton of money! Would recommend getting there bright and early to beat the crowd. I must say the pizza was pretty bomb as well!

Customer service depends on the day, this location could be very quiet or very busy, needs a bit of an upgrade been the same old same old for a while, cleanliness depends on how busy it is, the food is good at best, the prices they dont have any control over but theyre high, location is good its off the highway, so its good for both locals and people driving by however the exit is weird if youre not familiar with the area, by a shopping Center, the environment is family friendly but can get chaotic very quickly if busy, which on weekends you better believe it, kind of a small facility, but the kids have fun and thats all that matters.

A lot of times the games are out of tickets so you have to go find a floor manager when they game doesbt spit them out. But the food is good, fresh most definitely. And the staff is pleasant also its decently priced for fun and games.

Pizza really good. My great granddaughter loved playing the games. Lots of children so can get a little noisy but they are having fun and thats the point. We are stamped to match our child. So a very safe place.

Think a two-year-old tot might not be sophisticated enough to enjoy the automated and arcade atmosphere of todays Chuck E. Cheese? I was dubious. And my grandson proved me wrong! The toddler had an absolute blast on his birthday, swiping his playcard to activate the machines, engaging in video games, and busting a move to kid-friendly remixes of pop tunes on the flashing neon dancefloor. The pizza and salad bar and dipping dots ice cream were hits with the adults in attendance. Worth every penny.

It was the cleanest CEC, I have seen, in a long while. Staff and Food was good, Grands enjoyed it and so did we.

We had a blast for my sons first visit. The salad bar was a little expensive and the pizza was ok but we still had fun playing all of the games. Love how Chuck E comes out and dances with the kids. Its also great that everyone gets a stamp and is checked as they leave to make sure they have the right kid. Makes a parent feel at ease that their child wont walk out or get abducted.

I think my parents really loved me enough to take me here as a kid.... Going back now with my kids, I completely understand now.

My son loved it! That is all that matters to me. It also helps that you cant even leave with your child without the staff making sure that your child actually belongs to you. That makes me feel really comfortable considering todays crazy world. We will definitely be back again!P.S. The pizza is really good!

This is a nice area to have a Chuck E Cheese. I noticed the place was not overcrowded and parents were not just allowing their children to run around like heathens. I Do recommend them for a childs party

Chucky cheese wasnt having a good day, and when your times up at birthday party you better grab everything before u turn around cause it will be in trash.

When we went, it was slow. We were greeted immediately and got our order put in right away. Of the kids went to be a kid. The pizza didnt take long, was fairly good and we were able to pause play time. Everyone was pleasant enough. It is expensive, apr $30 a medium pizza and two drinks but it had always been pricey.

I have got to say I havent been to a Chuck E. Cheese in a year because it got to the point where every time I would go with my children to a Chuck E. Cheese it was always dirty the quailty of food was bad and the customer service was horrible. Today Iam writing this review because I was truly impressed by everything from the second I walked into the door I was greeted with a smile. This Chuck E. Cheese was really clean. The manager Bj literally was a complete joy he came introduced himself to The table and made sure that we were all doing ok. Then he send Brianna to our table to make sure the kids where pumped up and happy. BJ AND BRIANNA made sure that the kids felt excited and were super up beat and happy which made all the difference to see the kids so excited! I have never ever in all the years that I have been to Chuck E Cheese ever have experienced this kind of customer service and hospitality from a facility my niece and my children will always remember this day in their life as well as our selfs,thank you all for this and cant want to have many many more great visits to come.

Mediocre games mediocre prices

While it’s a little overpriced, we liked our experience at Chuck E. Cheese’s. The pizza was fresh and the service was great! We have had several parties there, but this was the first time we’ve been solo. I would recommend this location!

We hear everywhere to help businesses stay open, But They should keep the quality of there food and not just reheat it... at least that’s how the 2 pizzas I order looked like, I know they lower the price but they could at least announce food quality would be low as well.

Kids love this place. The staff needs more customer service. And they wasnt very busy

When we arrived, nothing was ready and We waited forever for them to assign us a party host. Then the lady who was directing all the party host where to go was very unorganized and confused us with another table, so it was crazy. Finally, I told her my reservation name and wondered why she didnt ask for it in the first place. It didnt fail that when we arrived to our table it had trash on it. At this point I was so upset, frustrated, and thinking how Im never gonna do this party thing again. Well, our party host took our order and turned everything around. She was so sweet,kind, and helped to make everything go smoothly the rest of our visit(we left her a good tip at the end) The rest of the time was awesome and Chuck E. even hung out and posed with us in a few pics.

The manager needs to learn customer service. Some items were forgotten. Food was good.

Todays experience: not so good! Dirty, tables didnt get cleaned, machines broke down, long lines to order and trade in tickets, employees not friendly and hard to find help!When less crowded- its much better.

So far everything been good 2nd time around I did my daughters birthday here everything went as planned an they communicate with you with what you want and need

Great place for kids to have a birthday party. Chuck-E-Cheese comes out every hour and dances on the flashing electronic dance floor with the kids. Lots of kid friendly video games that spit out tickets after each game play that you can feed into the machine that counts them and prints a receipt. You take that to the game center to redeem small prizes Etc.Was surprised how good the pizza was!

Love the new all play that you purchase by time increments

Customer service has gotten better here now and now kids can have limited time on playing, that makes it so much better.

Service was good and the place was really clean!

This location was ok. It had several of my kids favorite games so that was a plus.But this location is kinda small and can get busy very quickly.It came to a point where we had to wait to play just about any game available......this has never happened to us before. A lot of the games were out of tickets and we were constantly find an employee to assist us.

Salad bar was awesome. Be careful with the hard boiled eggs. You CAN have too many. Some of the machines werent functioning but staff fixed them in time for us to see others playing them as we walked out. The mouse freaked out the kids. All-around good entertainment.

Disappointed about the playground being gone. Lost a star. Everything else was wonderful.

As soon as you arrive they mark you with a distinct number. If you have kids with you they get the same number and they are checked when kids leave. The tables were clean and there were several employees on the floor to help with the birthday party kids and game players.

Great place for childrens Birthday Parties, however, Parents should watch their children as I almost got knocked down by children running out of control.

Great atmosphere, always smells like warm cheese and salad bar. Its way better than shenanigans because your kids will leave happy for less than 50$. The dancing mouse costume is a bonus....sure to please most children.

Love Chuck E. Cheese! You can take the kids and buy a 1 hour pass, play all the games you want! You never have to worry about kids getting lost or taken because of their stamping system. Ill continue taking my children there and then their children there! ️

Place was cute and homey, and the staff were quick and attentive. The best though came in 15 minutes time,,,PIZZA!!! Talk of moist, cheesy and tasty. We ordered a large and after 2 slices each we were stuffed and in heaven. Would definitely eat here again and bring some friends.

I really like the way Chuck-E-Cheese has changed the way they operate their games. Instead of having to deal with coins or tokens now you get to swipe a card for unlimited play for a set period of time. It makes it so much easier especially when youve got more than one child.

Kiddos had fun, pizza was better than at other locations, and the staff was SUPER friendly!

I understand its were a kid can be a kid but you should have a sign that says respect others who wait to play a game aswell and a sign that says parents should set the example

My 3 yr old son is the only reason i come. He loves it and Im just glad he is having fun. Side Note: Management needs to have an employee Lysol the games ever other hour the same way they are suppose to check bathrooms.

Honestly Ive watched Chuck E Cheese go from okay and bearable as an adult to nothing but short repetitive ticket games and staff that wont show any enthusiasm. Do not recommend anymore.

We love the remodel! My kids loved the new games and the addition of the dance floor. Definitely an improvement to the interior look. The pizza was good and the stuffed cheese bread was awesome! My kids were begging me to get more. The staff was friendly and helpful. My son lost his play card and the Manager was able to figure out how much was left on his card and transferred the balance to a new card for him. I was not expecting that and greatly appreciated him going the extra mile for us.

I am never disappointed when I bring my kids to have some fun here. The staff is very courteous, helpful, the tables, bathrooms and game area is always clean, the pizza is always hot and delicious, the salad bar is never lacking and my kids love that they can trade their tickets for lollipops and cotton candy. Weve also had birthday celebrations here and the staff was on point for each occasion.

Great kids place to eat and play

If you wantparty to throw a birthday for your child thats the place to go. There are games everywhere for the kids to play. The pizza is pretty good as well.

Person in Chuck E outfit had depressed body language. Peaces out immediately after ticket toss. My kid didnt care about the tickets, she wanted to interact with the mouse. Manager/owner didnt care either. Pay bonus money to whomever plays the mouse and have them energetically interact with kids more than the 5 minute song. Also, since there is timed play, ticket value is way inflated.

Absolutely outstanding service!!!outstanding customer relations!!!wonderful manager!!! great party hostess!!!!! The food quality at Chuck E. Cheese has gone through the roof!!! The sandwich platter was perfect, the vegetable ring excellent, all six pizzas we ordered were superb!!! The cake was wonderful very moist great chocolate flavor not too much icy spot on perfect!!! If we had any problems with any games it was resolved with much haste and the kids are well taken care of 4 adults and 7 children perfect evening!!!!

Great place to wear the kids out at. There new passes make it so much easier for kids to play.

First time i take my kids. (5 & 7) they had a blast! they spent about 3hrs. playing the games non stop for about $10 each.only complaint is the amount of tickets needed to get a decent prize is ridiculous.

Love the times play instead of paying for points or tokens. You really get alllll the fun you want for a reasonable price with this option and get to play everything you want with out running out of tokens. Im talking to you Jurrasic Park game

So, I booked my party for 10am accidentally and I got a call around 10:30am asking if I would be able to still make the party. I explained that it was an accident and I was supposed to have booked the party for 12. She understood and got us in for the time I was supposed to have scheduled it for. Amazing staff every time I come here and they were so understanding!

Its good for the kids. New all had stomach problems the next day after eating their pizza and salad bar.

Busy busy busy, but was a Sunday afternoon. Staff needs to be a lot happier and friendlier when working in a kids type atmosphere as this.

1st time at this location and I enjoyed. Lots of kid friendly games for the younger kids. The manager was very warm, friendly and informative with all the new changes. Restaurant was the cleanest one I have visited and I have been in plenty!!

The service was awesome. Our waitress was polite and prompt and the pizza was one of the best we had in years. We both started recommending this place to our friends.

Kids had an amazing time. We love the all you can play cards. Makes it much more enjoyable for us parents, too.

The manager bj is beyond rude I tried to get a mistake (on their part)fixed and he wouldnt let me saying I got a better value doing it his way and I wont be returning. He finally after 15 min realized how rude he was tried to buy me off with my original request but I told him I wouldnt accept it that he was losing a customer because he should have fixed their error the first time I came to him.
