A great neighborhood that has a community center, fitness room, pool, tennis courts and a 9 hole golf course. Complete with a community-wide Mediterranean (stucco and red tile roofing) exterior, many of the homes enjoy great waterfront or lakeviews.

My husband and I have lived here nearly 3 years and we love the neighborhood and the neighbors. It is very safe and quiet with a lot to do with the golf, tennis, basketball and pickleball. You could never get bored here.

I cant tell if rich white people or their broke kids live here. It looks like it was nice, luxurious, and expensive at one time; but now it just looks like what 80% of Garland looks like.

This is a great gated community with really good residents on the Lake Ray Hubbard Resevoir.Close enough to Dallas to appreciate how far away it is.Close to I-30, George Bush Tollway, I- 635, and U.S. 80.

Beautiful, exclusive upscale hillside community on the shores of Lake Ray Hubbard. Gated, safe, quiet and peaceful. Lovely community center and golf course. Fantastic lake views and gorgeous homes and townhomes. Residents include young professionals, upper middle class families, empty nesters and retirees. Pricey neighborhood, but great location with easy access to shops, great schools and nightlife. Highly recommended.
