Cinemark 14 at Rockwall, Is the truth, if youre serious about your movie going. My date and I had an awesome time, of course if youre over 21 they have drinks. Nothing like a Margarita and popcorn, and of course all the other fun candy that you can have. Please remember to come prepared to social distance, and wear your mask. Cinemark 14 at Rockwall has done a fabulous job keeping the building super Clean, the Luxury reclining seats clean, and the staff at cinemark 14 are very nice and helpful. Myself, I have the cinemark movie passes, Very easy to collect your tickets, And very easy to find where you needed to be to watch your movie. Love this place..

The Rockwall Cinemark has really stepped up over the last few years. Theyve made great improvements to the interior of the building, including the concession area, bar, electronic ticketing kiosks and the quality and comfort of the theaters (especially the monstrous and high tech XD theater). What used to be my least favorite cinema has now become my most preferred location. The new electric reclining seats in the XD theater are great and I love the fact that you can now reserve your seats ahead of time. That along with the new ticketing kiosks and lobby layout really seems to keep the crowding at bay. Customer service and cleanliness of the theaters has also changed drastically. Whatever theyre doing, I hope they keep it up, because theyre doing fantastic.If youre thinking about going here, I highly recommend you go for the Cinemark XD (not 3D, ugh) option, if its available. It really is a totally different movie experience - and you cant beat the comfy reserved seating.

The private showing deal was fantastic. Our family had a blast. Most fun we’ve ever had at a movie.

I am not a movie goer anymore... Why would spend money and go through all hassle, loud crowd, dirty seats, difficult parking lot when I can from the comfort of my couch stream a movie and have the best romantic date at my place? Anyway, 5 stars to this place because I just walked in to use the restoroom and their level of customer service stands out. Kudos for Cinemark Rockwall Harbor...

Theater has put in cleaning protocols for Covid response. Helpful staff and nice comfy reclining seats. Sound system is good as well. They have a limited bar with beer, wine, and a margarita slushy machine.

A great place to see a movie with family and friends. The seats are wide, very well padded and electric recliner which can be a problem staying awake during some movies. Its even better when you see a movie there with only three people in the theater.

I LOVE this theater! They have reclining seats that are HEATED! Because its by Lake Ray Hubbard, you can walk along the dock & theres a beautiful fountain! In the summertime, they have live bands that play. Lots of restaurants, spa, hotels, boat tours, and photo ops.

Wow! What a terrific theater! This is the most comfortable and nicely appointed theater Ive been to in a very long time. They have really cushy reserved seating, liquor, and a reasonable snack selection. Its a wonderful place to see a movie and the automated ticket kiosk is terrific! Theyre still willing to help you though if the kiosk doesnt have your seats. Great place, well definitely come back.

Great place to take in a movie, and thank goodness the seats are more comfortable than some peoples couches, as they electronically recline to your liking. There is also a retractable tray table which makes eating a more formidable snack l, like NACHOS, in the dark. Since they have the nice big seats in their auditoriums now, they take up more space, so there are fewer seats per movie. My suggestion would be to buy your tickets online and select your seat so you KNOW D12-D13 are yours. Then just sit back and enjoy a --what is turning out to be a bit so great Movie season. I struck out on my last few movies!! Oh well, enjoy your movie, and I hope this helps!PS- EVERY Tuesday they also have discounted tickets all day!

Never been here before but it was clean and comfortable and I really enjoyed myself. The price of the ticket was very inexpensive. I will be returning to this theatre . The seats were so nice. Every seat in the theatre was a comfortable recliner. Great place.

Never been to this specific Cinemark location before, but like other Cinemarks, this location was clean, comfy and not crowded at all! We went on a Tuesday night and the tickets were only $5/$6 which was awesome! I dont give 5 stars because at this location they dont serve alcohol, ice cream, and variety of food like the Legacy location does! We dont use the app but if you do, they give you points and bunch of other benefits. So yes a good place to have fun, eat and watch a movie!!

Theater is really upgraded since I was a kid. Every theater has recliners and are even heated. For those that like to enjoy a snack no longer will you have to wonder what cupholder or lap to repurpose. Every seat in our theater had a personal food tray built in that will swing away. Enjoyed the food offerings during our visit. We did not try the XD theater, but we definitely have it in our future.

This is a good location but has one major flaw. The volume in the theater is too low. The last several movies Ive seen here have had this issue. I saw 1917 a few nights ago and didnt want to drive to AMC. The movie was so quiet I had a hard time being immersed in the film.Other than that one problem, the theater is nice and clean and the seats are comfortable.

One of my go-to movie theaters. Now it is a bit more special with the newly renovated theatres. Generally the crowd is quiet and non-disruptive. The only thing to be mindful of is that now tickets are sold inside.

Took our boys to see Star Wars here and they loved it. The theater was extremely clean and the concession stand was polite and quick. We enjoy coming here.

Employees are teens but they work very hard and are very curtious, they always ask about the movie club membership which I highly recommendMovie club at the cinemark is 8.99 a month but it gives you a free ticket each month which also has rollover if you dont use it that month, it will also give you 20% off at concessions which adds up very quickly! They take off the online fee and since they have reserved seating (which is really nice by the way) it is also a life saver on weekends when the prices go up, it will reduce them to 8.50 eachit saves time and stress and anger if they sell out, and yes they do sell out but it is also not their fault, they do the best they can to get people seats. But even the front row seats are not that bad after the renovations, it is farther back and I noticed the front row seats recline farther back compared to the others so it is pretty equal.They have two different discount days1. Monday- senior discount day, I believe every ticket for seniors is either $5 or $62. Tuesday- every ticket for everyone is $5If you are wanting to know ahead of time they have combos, mostly with larges because the largest at this theatre get refills (fountain drinks and popcorn only)1. Good option for movies and seats are comforable, able to order tickets online and special discounts for members on tuesday, reducing ticket prices to 5$. Membership is free so please take advantage of this. Movie snacks are the usual, popcorn, candy, nachos etc. They do have movie merchandise, although depends on the movie as the more a movie is hyped up the faster they sale. Phone service seems to drop in the theater so keep that in mind, not a deal breaker though since youll be occupied with the movie. Employees are nice and place is generally clean.

I always love coming to this theater! Its a little further drive then some of the ones closer to me but completely worth it. Always clean and comfortable. Especially with the nice leather chairs that recline.

Since the upgrades to the theater, it has been way better. Get reserved seats online and dont worry about any rush to a hot movie. Food has improved a bit, but the overall location and ability to book your seats ahead of time make this a fun place to catch a movie!

The upgraded XD theater is awesome. Reserved seats, electric recliners, built in food trays, and every seat has a good view. Huge screen and great speakers. Upgraded concessions too, with touch screen ordering at the bar.

I love the treatment at the local theater here in Rockwall. This isn’t the nicest locations, but they make an effort with the new cushion seats. The $5 Tuesday is an awesome deal for date night and kids home for summer. They also have $1.00 movies over summer for young kids. A good local theater I’m grateful for it.

Love the reclining chairs! It makes your movie experience so much more better, when you can eat good food, and relax! The environment and bathrooms are clean.

I took my nieces and nephews to see Abominable on Saturday morning. The theatre looks so nice remodeled. The employee on podium was very attentive. The cashier was super helpful and told me how much money I saved by using my Movie Club discount.

Love going to the Movies, it is one of my favorite things to do. I love being entertained, and for $20 I cans it for a couple hours and just relax with no distractions. It is hard to duplicate the theater experience at home with the screens and quality of the XD. Plus it is at the lake and the views outside are fantastic!!!

This is my go-to theater EVERY Tuesday for $5 discount day. Even though they’re servicing a large college student population, concessions are quick. You get to pick your seat in advance and every theater inside is very nice!

We absolutely love this theater! Not only is it in our hometown, but it was just renovated about 6 months ago so all of the theaters have reclining seats. Now we don’t want to go to any other theater to see a movie.

Wanna be honest about this place. Good place and clean. I used to love going here but ever since they replaced the old seats with new recliner ones, let’s just say the new recliner seats to me feel like they push your head forward being impossible to be comfortable and lay and lean back. Feels like your head is forward more than your chest. This is why I stopped coming here. Used to love this place and really enjoyed the older seats. These new seats feel like they need to be broken into. Zero comfortability.

My first time and enjoyable. Pizza was hot. Seats very comfortable and friendly attendants. Ill go again.

If I could rate as 0, I would. We saw feature in Max 4D theater. The seats were obviously worn out or defective as they agitated during the whole movie. The movement detracted from the entertainment experience. The $50 I spent was a waste as we could have spent $14 for a motionless showing at 11am.Normally, our experience is good at this theater but the Max 4D experience is not worth it and I would not recommend it.

Fun and exciting atmosphere. The theater is clean and spacious. I love the location. There are lots of yummy treats here. I would definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful building in a beautiful location. Excellent customer service with smiling faces. Somewhat of a small lobby, but its not too bad with a moderate crowd. Seating was remarkably comfortable and I was first disturbed and then soothed by the warmed seat functionality. All around best Cinemark experience to date.

Nice theater, not that busy during the day if you enjoy a movie without too many kids. Great seating, almost always clean. Parking isnt bad, the walk to the entrance is a bit odd, when you have to walk by dumpsters to get to the front, which faces the lake. Beautiful entrance though, once you get there. Will be back.

I love this place! Very nice and clean and the service is great. The first time I visited this place the ac was out in the theatre room we were in(I didnt even know it the movie had not started). The staff handed out free movie tickets to everyone before the movie even started and the ac came back on half way through. This is my preferred location!

The seats are literally the best of any theater Ive been to in the area. They are heated as well and that was awesome.

I took my toddler son to watch a couple of children movies on 2 separate occasions during the day and we had a good time. We saw Incredibles 2 and Hotel Transylvania 3. Both times there were other families with kids so I didnt feel too bad that my son got a little loud a couple of times. I like that we can prepay for movies online. The prices for popcorn and snacks was a bit high, as it always has been. Got a little kids snack box for my son, it had popcorn a drink and M&Ms. Since the theater is located at the Harbor in Rockwall, there is a nice fountain and other shops to walk around. The view of the lake is awesome!

Very nice and clean movie theater. It was walking in distance from hotel. Went to a 10:05 a.m. movie so it was too early for popcorn or drinks or other snacks but I did see other movie goers partaking. The seats where extremely comfortable. I have no complaints whatsoever. It was a great experience and the ticket price was great as well.

I do not enjoy 30 plus minutes of trailers. Ill just start coming 25 min later or not go at all.

We really like the upgrades in seating with swing trays, lounge chairs & lumbar heating. View of the screen area was excellent and the theater was clean. The reason for the four stars is the new ticket kiosks are located in a way to create a serious bottle neck for traffic. Need more, and the price for 2 drinks & 2 candy packages is quite steep, but I get it. Less expensive tickets need to be offset by food & drink. Staff is superb.

Recently renovations have definitely made this theater one of the best in the area. Id much rather make the drive to this one than the AMC closer by.

Im so glad they added the recliner chairs and that you can make a reservation for your seat! Gone are the days of having to show up an hour early and wait in line to ensure you dont sit on the front row! the addition of the bar area is pretty genius. I saw a lot of people taking advantage of it. We got pizza the last time we were there and it was pretty good, as well. For some reason they left the theater lights up at our last movie and one of my friends had to go tell them to turn them down. I hope thats not something theyre starting to do long-term!

This is the best place ever. Assigned seating so youll always be able to set with you family. Reclining heated seats and trays that you can swing around and use. Also the isles are wide enough for some one to pass in front of you even with your recliner out. reasonable concession stand.

Its an area not just a movie theatre. It has a lot of stores, boutiques and restaurants. People can dock their boat at a certain area and come into the plaza.

Each theater has low number of chairs. The chairs are recliners that are very roomy with a table that can be brought around to hold refreshments. Because of the low number of seats there is ample room to walk to your seat in the middle of the aisle even if everyone has there legs up! Popcorn was good, not overly salty. There is a butter station in the lobby for those wanting to add butter.

The newly remodeled Rockwall Cinemark is awesome!!! Super comfortable reclining & heated seats are perfect and I love that you can choose your seats so you dont have to rush in 30 minutes early to get a good seat.

Great movies to watch before they arrive in stores.

Bartender was super friendly. Beyond disappointed in the theater. We bought our tickets online for Ad Astra only to find out our theatre had no AC. We gave it the old college try but it was too hot too handle, big let down but the theatre did give our money back.

First time went to a theater with a lot of leg room and recliner seat even though I haven’t went to too much theater lately. It’s still better than AMC which is cost more but don’t have the amenities as this.

Filthy dirty, not stocked with napkins even directly in front of serving station. And this was at 2 oclock on a Saturday matinee, what? Plus, no fountain drinks were available due to lack of soda water. And to top it off, free ice water in a big cup wasnt allowed as a substitute. Id have to pay the full overpriced cost of $4.50+....for water... Or take a cup that holds 4 ounces with no lid.

Cinemark 12 is a great place to meet up with your friends. I love going there. The movies are great. It just could be a little cleaner. I highly recommend the popcorn it is delicious. My favorite thing about Cinemark 12 is the self served butter. You can have as much of it or as little of it as you want. It’s a great place for kids, they have a wishing fountain and after you move you can go get ice cream or dinner. So if you feel like seeing a movie or getting some food go to Cinemark 12.
