My experience at Michaels is always amazing. I love the quality of all the merchandise Ive ever purchased. Ive utilized Michaels alot since Ive started my own business and its been a fun and creative experience.

Love the selection of resin. And also the coupons actually apply to things I would normally buy!! What!? Love it.

As it was so close to Christmas I expected limited items but the Rockwall store still provided a good selection. The cashiers were very helpful even reminding me about coupon offers available. I purchased a beautiful wreath regularly$100 for less than $40 and other non holiday accessories. Ill definitely be back to this location.

The frame design center is super nice and the young man there was so helpful. However it is SUPER expensive. 2 custom frames with 75% discount was still over $800.

Very crowded. Customers are very rude or plain stupid that they cant read which direction to walk.

They advertise curb side pickup, but they apparently dont offer it. We paid for our items online, arrived at the store, have called the phone number posted on their signs 10-12 times and are repeatedly hung up on. We saw an employee step outside (Thomas), stopped him and asked for help. He said hed be back, but that was 15 min ago and we are still sitting out front... about 25 min so far. We should have brought our masks, but didnt think wed have to go in. They should stop advertising they offer something they obviously dont offer!Follow-up... I eventually went inside w/o a mask. Thomas was the only person working a register, with 30 or so people in line. We ended up leaving w/o the merchandise we already paid for. Not willing to wait over 30 min to have someone carry prepaid items to us, and no way to pick up our own order.

Very clean and the product and aisles are very organized. The staff is fairly knowledgeable regarding the product lines they carry and where in store things are located. There were amazing sales going on this past weekend in almost every aisle but the yarn clearance and sale were awesome and I loved seeing their entire collection of strung beads on sale for just 2.99 each! My only complaint is that I did not have more money to spend.... but thats really not Michaels fault. Awesome job guys and I love hearing about the partnership with yarnspiration! I cant wait to learn more!

Michaels is nothing like it used to be. If you can find someone to help you, which is a feat in and of itself, it’s been my experience that they won’t have what you want, or the quality is awful. Such a shame. Michael’s used to be a great store!

Pretty excited when it was a week before Halloween and they already had things 70 percent off. We got lots of great stuff for my daughters Halloween themed wedding next year

Its nice, they have custom framing here... but, definitely overdid it with the cinnamon smell. I was choking on cinnamon scented spray

I love this Rockwall store. Everything is always clean. There are other Micheals in the area that are also clean but this one is the best in the Eastern part of the DFW area. Staff are usually friendly and have a decent amount of staff to help with questions. Still not as cool as the Mesquite location (more staff members) but overall the store is great!

I used to come here often, but the whole store seems to have taken a dive over the last couple of years. The quality of service from the employees has taken a sharp dive and so many times I have called to check stock on items only to find out they never looked and they are out of stock.

I had a canvass painting frame. The young lady and gentleman did an excellent job.

So many more options than what I normally get from other craft stores!

I must admit, I was rather disappointed. Feels like what used to be a great place has tanked.Sorry, but I am honest with my opinions.Staff was not friendly or helpful and choices were not so great. Kinda cheap quality.Sad for a brand store I used to love.

Friendly and clean, items you may be looking for can sometimes be hard to find. Also staff are hard to find throughout the store but they are always helpful and friendly when you do find them.

I love this store. I mostly use their buy online and pick up in store which is so simple and easy. The store staff makes the process even easier than it already is. They have great coupons and great products. The staff are always very sweet, kind and helpful.

Michaels is a fine place to shop ic youre looking for generic or popularized themes. Holidays, unicorns, bohemian... these will always be in supply here. A lot of items are overly priced such as glue for making slime, but there are always sales or coupons to help with that. Its a great store if your expectations are too find cute crafty things for specific types of crafts.

I found lots of beautiful items and when I checked out the discounts kept flowing! I spent 1/2 of what I expected to!

I love visiting Michaels with my wife. The last time we visited, we had just recently left the local hobby lobby and it was such a better experience. The store was busy, but not over-crowded. The employees all seemed to be in a great mood and the atmosphere radiated that holiday feel. I will more than likely visit this Michaels every time I visit Rockwall.

Coupons, coupons coupons. Who doesnt love coupons and Michaels has a ton of them. You can pair them with already marked down items too sometimes. Always come here for arts and crafts stuff as well as house decor from time to time.

This is the place husbands go to suffer like Hobby Lobby. Wives love Michaels while us husbands follow along like drones waiting to be released from temporary jail. Unlike Hobby Lobby though there is no star Wars stuff that I have found to mindlessly fiddle with.

Any time Michaels has a sale its well worth the trip because one can stock up on crafting supplies, picture frames, silk flowers,seasonal decorations and more. Unfortunately my last two visits were disappointing because the shelves were quite bare and what remained was pretty picked over. On the plus side if you are looking for kids crafting projects they seem to have a growing inventory of options. So, for that reason Im willing to return and give them another chance once they restock their shelves.

I could spend hours walking through this store! Awesome selection of crafts and items. This craft store is a little higher priced than some of the others but I still love this store!

Framers are the worst. I had a piece of artwork custom framed and brought it home to find nails sticking through the frame itself. I waited 3 weeks only to be so disappointed in this quality. I will never use Michaels again.
