This was so fun! The clues were just challenging enough. We had a lot of fun solving the clues. I would definitely come back!
Ive done a fair share of escape rooms, and this one is okay. The build quality of Deep Space was creaky, the room was very small, and the puzzles could be confusing at times. Overall, I wasnt fully immersed but it was still fun.
First time.it was was kids.it was hard.even for kids. But it was fun.
Had a blast at Beat the Room in Rocklin last night. I was looking for something unique to do for a friend’s birthday and this was it! The three of us love board games and solving puzzles. We did the pirate-themed room (as you can guess from our costumes) with another group of four friends we didn’t know until the game. From the moment we parked and could see the interior “lobby” area to the moment we beat the game and took pictures, everything about the experience was fun! We laughed, we high-fived, we celebrated.I totally recommend this place to anyone who wants to have some fun with friends. I plan to come back for another room experience.
Ive only done one experience at Beat the Room so far, so keep that in mind. The staff were very friendly, both the reservation and check-in process were very easy, and the production value of the room was excellent. The room my friends and I solved was incredibly detailed and incorporated really cool electronics. You could tell the owners/designers had put a lot of work into it. The prices were reasonable - about what you would expect to pay for a good escape room experience. My only minor suggestion would be a tad more storyline and natural progression through the puzzles in Deep Space, but like I said - Ive only been in that one room, and Id like to do more!
Always a good time!! This was our 3rd experience at Beat the Room and it never disappoints!
We were initiated! The Initiation Room was really cool. We enjoyed ourselves. Cant wait to go back to a different room.
Such a fun experience. The room was challenging and interesting. They were very COVID conscious and safe.
Had a really fun time bonding with co workers in the Sherlock room. First experience in an escape room. Definitely some difficult puzzles
My group played the pirate themed room, which was supposed to be 3/5 difficulty, but it was incredibly easy. We were able to get out in less than 30 minutes (with the time limit being an hr). It was a cool room and i liked the puzzles, but it just needed to be harder.
Great Experience! We did the Chasm. One of their newest rooms. We got a private room that cost us about $300 I think that was a little pricey because of the fact that it had very small rooms. We had 6 people and it was a little challenging for us to see all of the challeges(we still escaped) just because of the fact that it was kind of tight. I would also say u need at least 4 people to do this room. I have to give it to the imagination of the designers. They really did a great job sticking with the theme and the whole experience was a blast, besides a slight inconvenience of lamps that didnt stay lit which made it challenging toward the end because of how dark it was it was hard to see. But we will be back when the newest room opens.
Booked a private room for my sons birthday. Had a lot of fun. Didnt know what to expect. I thought it would be bigger. We did the Captains Quarters. Puzzles were engaging and challenging. Would go again, for a diffetent room.
Was very fun and a amazing experience, was our first time and very suprised at how enjoyable
Fun theme in Deep space but the puzzles were easy. We played a private room and there were four of us we felt a little cramped. Friendly staff we are just looking for harder puzzles.
This is SO MUCH FUN! We have done three of the rooms now each of them so unique and a great group challenge. We made it out of two of the three and were SO close on the third room. Great for a family outing or with a group of friends. The new Deep Space room is very well done and was a blast, it is their most difficult room and our group of eight adults made it out in 45 min. It was our favorite thus far.
The immersion of these escape rooms is refreshing and the staff is delightful. The challenges are appropriate for any escapee and i hope to see them grow!
Fun little experience! Had a good time recommend doing this with a handful full of friends.
They have different themed rooms which are scaled by their difficulty level. It’s a nice place to go with group or friends or family to have fun.
The lack of customer service from management proved to be a disservice to the organization. A few of us called to book a room. In route from Fairfied to Vacaville he told us he would not allow us to play if we were there at 9:01! The agency is open till 10:00 PM and the room didnt start until 9:15. The 4 of us made it just in time speed racing to meet the requirements. Once there I was shocked to find the price jumped from $29 to $35 in less then a week as our group was #3 on the leader board just a few days before! The manager was very direct, firm, and rude lacked the ability to demonstrate minor customer service skills.
Amazing host and had more fun than we ever anticipated!!! It was our first time and we will never stop now.
Oh man. Let me start by saying this is one of THE most fun things I have done in a long while. I did the deep space room with a bunch of good friends and we all had a blast and worked together so well. First one Ive ever done but I plan on going back many more times. Highly recommended for anyone and everyone!
We did the beginner room. It was really FUN but hard. We did not beat the room but we did beat the hest! So nice to have something fun to do indoors! Staff is very friendly! Thank you
We had a total blast. Staff is awesome. We had no clue that the staff would be involved indirectly, through a parrot no less, which was incredibly fun. There was only two of us, so we barely finished in time. Not bad for our first escape room experience. The puzzles were very cool and creative. The ambiance was really appreciated as well. Were definitely coming back with friends and family to try other rooms. If youre looking for something different you try, then look no further. Id say this could also be a cool date place.
It was a great family puzzle. We did this with another family to kick off the new year.
Beat the Room in Rocklin has an AMAZING new room called Chasm! The special effects and attention to detail was both fun and engaging! My team of 3 from work had a wonderful time journeying through the puzzles, we felt challenged but had fun along the way. This room will not disappoint, check it out! Cant wait to go back for the Deep Space room.
Amazing props and details. Challenging puzzles. Much recommended.
We chose deep space private room with my family and friend. Loved the time we spent and staff were friendly.
Pretty good! On the easier side, but would be a good place for beginners!
I took my mom and girlfriend to the astronaut experience, this puzzle was extremely difficult but we got through it. The amazing staff is there to take care of you all they way through the game. I have never done an escape room with multiple rooms to open. Very cool experience all around, I would say it was out of this world. The place isnt the easiest to find without GPS, but its not like its hidden. There are so many other good things to be said, but that would ruin the surprise!
Staff were so nice! The Captains Quarters was awesome. Will definitely come back to try the other rooms. Overall, great experience and really makes you think outside the box.
My clients and I had so much fun trying to get out of that room, and boy was it a challenge.
We had a blast. There were 7 of us celebrating my daughters birthday. We BEAT the 221 B Baker Street. It was so much fun!!
Great time. Rooms that make you think outside the box. Challenging. Friendly.
This place was very fun. The puzzle theme we did was the pirate one. The room was very cleverly decorated. Be sure to check all of the areas very thoroughly. There are definitely some red herrings but not too bad. We managed to finish it and didnt kill each other lol. I would definitely use them again in the future.
Overall: Great themes and puzzles; recommend for beginnersTook a group of my friends to this location for the 221B Baker St puzzle. The theme and atmosphere were great and the hint system was creative. Compared to the other puzzle rooms in Sacramento, Id say this is one was probably the easiest Ive completed so far and this room was the hardest at this location. Dont let that deter you though! If youre new to puzzle rooms, this is a great place to start. The staff was friendly and the location is a decent size. The room was also a fairly good size as well (we had a group of 8 and we were still fairly mobile). Would definitely recommend to my friends who havent done a puzzle room before (we had 4 in our group who hadnt done one before and they had a lot of fun)
It was fun and the worker that lead us made it really good too!
The staff is very friendly and welcoming, the rooms are well decorated. However, if youre big on escape rooms, this one is underwhelming. Ive done their Sherlock Holmes room and the Initiation and both were just okay. They have a few cool puzzles, but some are just there to blow through time and others require a bit of a leap to figure out. My team of 4 got out of the Sherlock room with about 20 min to spare. It was definitely still fun, but not as challenging or exciting/creative as some of the others in the area.
Awesome.. time great..great staff.. great rooms ..must go..lots of different rooms to do.
We decided to check this place out last second on a Sunday night and we had such a great time! The staff is great at what they do, everyone worked together and it was so much fun! We will definitely be going back to try the other rooms.
Wow. This was such a great experience. Professional, friendly, maintained and entertaining. My first time and not my last will be going again especially when they expand
Awesome stuff and awesome rooms. Money and time well spent!
I always have so much fun here. Get here and dont forget to take your time leaving room on the leader boards for me
Great Room! This was my 5th escape/puzzle room, and definitely different than others Ive done before! (Which is good in a market of overlapping themes and mechanics). My group did The Initiation room: very thematic, creative, and a good room for teams looking to work cooperatively on puzzles. Not scary, but mysterious and a little bit eerie!I cant wait to go back and try 221 B Baker Street and will be back for whatever other rooms they put out in the future.Dont miss Beat The Room!
Interesting experience. Never done before and had a blast. The whole family was involved in solving mystery.
This place was a lot of fun! Make sure to bring friends, as the more people you know, the better. Unless you are the type to enjoy having fun with strangers, your best bet is to go with a group. Either way, they have three rooms with different themes and they are all great!
Amazing people working there and its so much fun especially when you have more people in your group. I loved it
Great escape room! Lots of high quality props, challenging puzzles, and friendly, attentive staff. Fantastic experience overall!
Great atmosphere and location! Employees were very professional. We will definitely go back again!
I played the Sherlock 221B room, the most difficult of the three rooms available. It was challenging and very fun. Good use of clues to solve the puzzles. I will definitely be back to play the other two rooms.
Absolutely amazing staff and a wonderful experience. I cant wait for the expansion!
Enchambered is better. This place is mediocre at it relates to its challenges and design of rooms. Would not reccomend for large groups.
Friendly and welcoming staff, really entertaining rooms and puzzles, and a generally great and welcoming atmosphere.
This was our first visit and it was a blast. Definitely recommend for families and friends. I want to do it again soon.
Visited here recently and tried the 21 Baker Street room. It was so much fun!! Definitely a great place to visit for team building fun.
This place was fun!
This is loads of fun. Worth the trip.
Decent little place. We did the pirate themed escape room, but it was all in a single room. Will go back for the other rooms, but was not blown away by our initial experience.
We had a wonderful time! If you enjoy puzzles and board games, this is a phenomenal way to spend your afternoon.
Did the Baker Street one, neat Sherlock theme. It was a little disappointing it only had 1 room, no hidden books or crannies or other rooms to go into. The royal family thing just felt like busy work to waste time, not actually mentally challenging, rather tedious. However, the cryptex a nice touch and read up on your cyphers if you want to get out.
Great time had by all. We will make this a thing to do every once in a while
Ive only done the 221b baker st room, but i loved it and will definitely be headed back to escape the other two rooms.
We had a blast here in the captains quarters room. Staff was very friendly and helpful
Beat the Room was a great time. Amazingly fun especially if you love a good puzzle or challenge.
Great experience, especially with friends or family. Really interesting experience.
Fun times. I would recommend it.
Great staff, super fun environment!! Great attentions to detail
It was a blast. Challenging and very fun!
Awesome escape rooms. Cant wait for the 4th room.
I had a blast, even though I didnt finish in the allotted time.
Fun time with family. 1st time in an escape room.
So much fun. We did the pirates room.
Was a lot of fun and something different, but there were a lot of clues that werent well designed.
Great fun!
Very fun
Good puzzles, friendly staff, lots of fun with friends and family
Very fun
This was great fun. Give it a try it is worth it.
Great evening with friends
Great fun!
We did the hardest room was to hit in the ROOM
Great place for friends or team building
So fun!!
So much fun!
Fun, challenging, great staff
Pretty fun, but at the end no answers!
Great Experience!
