Had a wedding almost a decade ago with Chris and Encore Entertainment as a DJ and lighting. I would like to say he was professional through our planning process. We had several meetings to discuss and gain familiarity with Chris to insure that all parties were comfortable and personalities would work with each other. At the wedding he made our experience great. He even provided us some pictures he had taken. All in all it was an excellent experience.

The service was great despite the fact that we only had 3 hours to prepare the ballroom for the wedding, Chris & his staff arrived early and he made sure everything went perfect for our special day. And all the children couldnt stay away from the photobooth and the guests loved the social media sharing. The photo book just made our day that much more special and it will forever be a part of our family history.

Chris was the best part of my sons wedding! Above and beyond what you would expect from a DJ. He felt like part of the family and was a pleasure to work with!!!

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I originally contacted Encore Entertainment for DJ, photobooth, and lighting service for my wedding because they were listed on the preferred vendor list of my wedding venue. We had a meeting with Chris Terry. We told him what we were looking for and discussed prices. He had claimed we could pick and choose the services that we liked and could afford. He sent us a quote of what the different services would cost and package deals. After doing some research we found a lighting company that was cheaper and a better fit but still wanted to use him for DJ services and photobooth. When we sent him an email asking for the package price of doing only DJ and photobooth service his reply was Im going to pass on your event. I dont appreciate you grinding me on the price. Hmmm thought that we had the option to pick and choose which of your services we wanted to use. I too would have only given it zero stars but thats not an option. I suggest working on your customer service skills you are in a service industry.
