Really clean venue, great staff and the food is always good ! I love to sit on level 2 and watch the games !

Love this place! As a basketball fan and father coaching his kids, this is top notch facility which I wish we had as kids. Kids are fortunate to have this type of facility for them to play the game of basketball!

Great environment and open spaces. The snackbar is well stocked with a nice eating area. The balcony view area is an added bonus.

Great place for all the kid basketball games. It gets loud in there but thats to be expected with that many games going on at once. Bathrooms are relatively clean (with that many kids throughout the day my expectations arent super high lol). Snack bar is cool. Lots of options.

An awesome sports and event center, with eight courts where youth basketball competitions take place.Well managed and well kept. Safe and clean. Food service is available offering a huge menu selection.

What an awesome facility for a basketball tournament & my nephew has also had a wrestling tournament here before. I love the upper deck viewing.

A really cool place and they put together some really fun basketball tournaments for the kids. Food reasonably priced and better then most snack bars by far.

Lady taking temp on 9/9/2020 sitting at the front desk at 630pm is extremely rude. If you run this business you might go over how to speak to people.

Sometimes very crowded and super noisy but always fun. Good snack bar with a variety of choices; even salad. Be prepared to pay to enter during tournaments.

Hardwood Palace is a very convenient facility to play B-ball. The fact that you have all your games in 1 place, makes it very convenient. I can’t rate their food, because I’ve never eaten there, but I do know that there are many eating options available in close proximity to HP. Parking there can be difficult, if you don’t have an early game. Both my kids played at this facility, so I’ve been there 20+ times for B-ball Tournaments.The Bad: it’s Hot! (in the Summer months). Hardwood Palace’s website advertises a/c...if there is, they don’t turn it on!Otherwise, a nice facility though!

Overall a great place to get your game on. Food and drinks for the whole family, served by a very friendly staff.*They only need to work on better HVAC. Their COOLING and fan system needs help, bad!Big tournements have been our visits.

Signed up my kid to play in a league here. The coach and team were great and incredible, but that had nothing to do with the facility, that was just the luck of getting on a good team. As far as the facility, it was a nice place, lots of courts, a nice snack bar, but they seem to have too many functions going on at the same time, with no safety in place. Basically they will have soccer games going on in a court that is perpendicular to the tiny kids basketball. This happened almost every time we played. There were several times were soccer balls flew into our court and hit players in the face and a couple times where kids turned to run up court, just in time to trip over a ball. They really need big nets up or something if they plan to have multiple sports going on at the same time. Someone is going to get seriously hurt and they are going to get sued. The courts are also squished together pretty tightly, with not much walking space in between to get from the front door to other courts. Its still a nice place. The other major issue is the parking lot. There is not even close to enough space for all the people that come in. It also takes about 20 mins to get in and parked from the road and an average of about 35 mins to get out of the parking lot after a game. They need to figure a way to spread games out more or something to alleviate the congestion.

If you like paying to watch your kid play basketball, and don’t mind lots of noise or being cramped and uncomfortable, this is your place.

Time to put some money back into the place. Courts are fine and the place is spacious when you are waiting around for a game, but some scoreboards dont work properly, bathrooms in dis-repair, drinking fountains dont work, some vending machines can be out.

If you are not part of the Referee/ coaches circle you will not win. My team went 6-0 in the season, no team scored more then 12 points on us. In the Championship the refs the other Coach and the Director met in the 4th quarter of our game. In the 5th the refs sent the other team to the free throw line EVERY time until they caught up lol . Every parent on my team was upset and complaining, even other Coaches watching as nd two others refs watching, spoke up. It was obvious what was going on. Never have I seen that before, definitely NEVER going bk

My sons on the school Basketball Team and they play here. Very clean and spacious. The staff impressed me with possitive attitudes morals and values they share with the kids prior to game play. Making it a wonderful experience for both parents and students. Thank you Hardwood Palace!

Nice place for sports

I went here for a basketball tournament. The prices and quality of the food are on par with movie theaters but there are hardly enough seats for spectators. There are 8 courts here so you would think the owners would have accounted for more seating. Also the toilets are disgusting. With the amount of traffic this place gets during a tournament weekend you would expect management to tend the toilets more frequently. There was one clogged toilet in the downstairs bathroom and two clogged toilets upstairs. It was so bad the toilet water spilled into the hall way. Plus the toilets are not even commercial grade. Just a gross place to have to be for a weekend. Is the place great for basketball? Sure if you want to lose your hearing.

Great place for kids to play basketball. Its a plus they have a variety of food for purchase. Bathrooms need to be cleaned and maintained more often. They need more sitting areas or chairs and tables upstairs.

Terrible referees and terrible courts. They dont know the rules, but say they do. They clearly dont wax their floors... so get ready for potential injuries.

My son has played 2 seasons here and he loves it. Traffic after games is horrendous...trying to get out of the parking lot is ridiculous! But...tons of games, people, kids... more seating and better designed parking lots would be great!

Good embodiment for kids if they love basketball

Refused to refund because the other team didnt show up. The team and families that did were all out 10 dollars a person. Manager wouldnt talk to us or give explanation. Extremely disappointed by this facility.

Went here for a high school girls wrestling tournament. The bathrooms were dirty and even though they put womens signs on the upstairs mens room there were not enough facilities for the participants and supporters. Parking was not sufficient either.

No outside food or drinks allowed inside; water only. A very busy place for basketball tournaments. Parking crowded throughout the day. Theres a cafe eating area; food is pricey. Gets VERY HOT inside so bring a handheld fan.

The games are really loud (of course, because theres like 6 - 8 games going on at the same time) but its a nice place to play at.
