We have been visiting this trampoline park for years! Most of the staff are super friendly, especially that Micah character. We mostly always frequent their toddler time on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. They even have superheroes and princesses come every other Saturday!

Super fun Glow Jump! A bit more to play since you have to buy the socks and a shirt but I thought it was worth it as none of the other bounce places in the area are open for free jump. Added bonus was the fun latex glow face paint. We had a great Mother-Son date night here

First time here. Easy no stress check in. GABE at the front is SO professional, quick and NICE. He deserves a star award. Perfect AC (not super cold), music relaxing (doesnt blow your ears out) and best after 4:00pm pricing that cannot be beat. $6 for a hour. We will be back for sure.

Now i know why kids love this place. I had more fun then my children.

We love it here and have memberships. Its a great deal. Only downside is its super hot. But the truth is when we go its not super busy so kids go wild. Also our five year old has played dogdeball with teenagers Everytime and never same ones and they are all really great with him.

This place was okay. It wasnt what I expected as there was not a whole lot to do but the kids had fun. The a/c and fans were not working which made it an uncomfortable visit but the last at the snack counter was sort sweet. She gave our son a large cup of ice water to cool down. Overall, just okay.

Great for birthday parties!! Lots of trampolines, dodge ball court, foam pit, trampoline basketball, a ninja warrior walk and a small arcade game room. The hosts of the parties are very sweet and keep track of everything for you! They even have a couple of massage chairs!!

I didnt play so this is not a user review. I watched my kids play. Great for the most part. Kids loved it. Today it seemed light on staffing

My grandsons party was here and i must say there wearnt enough attendant arounds to have children follow safety rules. safety is a big issues especially with children, i think this company should hire more safety attendants to enforce rules. Play safe and have fun

I was really impressed how Sky Zone enforced safety and rules. Mikey was amazing! He kept the kids safe and made sure that everyone played appropriately. As a mother of two little boys, I am always alert for other kids who dont have good judgment or manners. Being able to have a fun and safe place for the kids to play is priceless! Staff is always polite and friendly. Place is clean. Highly recommend!

We attended a birthday party for one of my daughters classmates here. Tons of fun, they have a ramp that you can run up and try to get to the top. They have a foam pit for the kids to jump in and the workers are very nice. They also took pictures of the kids and showed it to us when we were having pizza and drinks for the birthday.

My daughter and her cousin had a great time at Sky Zone. It was busy when we first got there but we have been there before when it was busier. It thinned out about 45 minutes after we got there. We paid for a 90 minute session and they got to do everything several times. We liked the addition of the warped walls. Eventhough my daughter is 4, she still tried to get up the walls. She likes to watch American Ninja Warrior and she felt like she was in training. We will definitely go back there again.

First time at sky zone with my family while visiting Sacramento (3 days ago). Good experience but had to be extra cautious about the little unattended children running around, made my siblings & I quite paranoid because we didnt want to hurt anyone. Needs more activities! Cool staff(:

I came her with my grandkids for there birthday and its a awesome place to come. They have a snack bar and alot of different things to do 2 thumbs up for me!!

My boy and his friends had a good time but they made several references to the fact that no one enforced the rules. I also noticed what appeared to be a child belonging top a staff member continuously ringing the concession stand and at one point handed a staff member a pair of soiled underwear at the snack bar. Very displeased to see this. I also watched as another patron tripped over the carpet from that was clearly damaged and coming off.

We’ve taken our boys here several times and they enjoy it well enough. We were at Rock n jump recently and the place was much better attended and I believe the following positive changes would bring more business back to sky zone and allow them to compete better with the other trampoline parks in the area. 1. More seating options for parents. It would be a plus if those seating options were comfortable and not just the few hard chair and benches that you have now. 2. Air condition the place or at least have large industrial fans for kids to cool off with. We were there yesterday and ended up leaving 15 minutes before our time was up because the boys couldn’t take the heat any longer, quite unfortunate. They have a few low powered fans but nothing adequate for a large, very hot industrial building. Last, have dodgeball games going all day. The last 2 times we’ve been there it was roped off and no one was able to play. All the other places have fun dodgeball games going throughout the day. While this place has fun options it is my boys last choice in trampoline parks in the area because they get bored after a little bit with this place. It’s unfortunate because it’s closest to where we live.

Love coming here with family and friends. There are activities for people of all ages and interests. Last year they added in warped walls which are just walls you can run up and get to the top. They also have a very large trampoline area along with dodgeball. Great place to go for some quick exercise as well.

The was very little staff. At some areas no one watching the kids. In dodge ball the attendant wasnt enforcing the rules and teenagers were pelting very young kids with balls. I wont leave my kids unattended and feel safe about it.But. Staying and bouncing with my family it was very fun. Get a groupon and save $$. They also have multiple deals on their website. Keep an eye on littles and also advice your own children to watch for little ones. You sign a waver and its all at your own risk..m and it is risky...You need to buy their $3 socks, which you can keep and bring with you each time.Great exercise for the whole family.

I had a good time there. The faculty didnt have air conditioning but the trampoline quality was great and the 10 to 12 warped wall was fun to conquer aswell. There foam pit has a small square trampoline so you dont get as much run up for tumbling where as you get with rectangle trampolines. Over all its a great trampoline park

Me and my family and friends went on a Sunday and the experience was awesome. We all had fun and the staff was very friendly. They were very nice about the rules and laughed and made us feel comfortable. Will definitely be back soon.

Sky Zone is a terrific place for kids, pre-teen and early teen. If you like jumping on a trampoline this place rocks. Different activities, climbing a half wall--run up and try to grab the top to pull yourself up,foam pit .It is just a fun place watching the kids bounce around. Employees all smiling. Snack bar. Very clean restrooms. Easy to drive to.

It is fantastic for the kids and not a terribly expensive way to give them a good time. We had my sons bday party here and it was a good time. They ordered in round table pizza for us and the kids had a lot of fun. All of them were worn out by the time we left and we got a little quiet time after that.

This place is so awesome brought my family here to check it out. We bought our admission and my toddler didnt like it, she was completely scared. They were kind enough to give us our money back and it turned out they didnt even charge us for the socks. It made everything go by smooth besides the fact that my toddler didnt really enjoy it. I would definitely recommend this place!!

Super Fun Place during the week, not packed at all and super fun for all ages.

Its not to big but still had a great time. I went on a glow night and it was awesome. They had black light and also had a live dj.

Beware active parents!!! They just changed their policy so you CAN NOT jump with your kids any more. I enjoyed this activity with them, get a work out and work on motor skills. We wont come back until they change their policy.

I had a birthday party here ..the pricing was really good ...I paid half a month prior ...and then the second half a week prior to the actual birthday party... the only thing that I would recommend is a tour guide for each party because the kids were confused on where they could jump so they spent most of the time roaming around.... and the pizza was from their partnership with round table... however Round Table did not fully cook my pizza.. because it was late and they were rushing... because of the issues with the actual party they did refund me back for the pizzas and gave me a coupon to jump again in the future

Lame! Sky high is better! Every arcade game was broken or out of order staff was minimal food is trash and its small.. I wouldnt recommend

This place is way too exspensive for what you get. It is dirty and you have to pay to jump and then they tell you you have to buy their jump socks as well! It was not a good experience for me the parent. Kids ebjoued thw jumping. I purchased tickets online and then tried to change my start time. I called and spoke to a customer service person who said they could not change my time. I had to come to the location in person to change. I asked to speak to a manager and they left me on hold. The next person who answered was not a manager so I asked again. The manager was able to help me over the phone however this whole process was very frustrating.

I’ve only been to the Toddler Time in the mornings, but the staff is friendly and the place is always clean!

The over all experience is not that good ranch’s location is so much better. Was really grossed out by their food kids asked for the pretzels and they were just nasty had to throw everything away. $25 for nothing.

We had a pretty good time when we went. There were just a few issues. First, not all of the sky monitors were wearing identifying shirts/IDs which made it confusing at the start (and once we figured out who they were, they went MIA in stretches which I thought was odd given their stern safety warnings posted everywhere). Second, they started packing way too many kids in the free play area and it became pure chaos (the kids could barely jump in place without colliding into someone). We could have caught them on a bad day, so Ill give them the benefit of the doubt. Well give them another try and will try to pick a less crowded time slot (we went on a summer weekday at 11am).

We just went to Sky Zone for our first open jump. It was awesome! The kids had a blast! We plan on booking our sons birthday party! We would highly recommend going to Sky Zone for good family fun!

They have toddler time from 9:30am to 11am where only children walking to 6yo can jump. One free adult can go with a paid child (the adult cant jump around!). Gives the little ones a chance to jump and play without worrying about the bigger kids or adults crushing them. Its also a cheaper rate for toddler time than the usual rates.

I’ve bewn coming to SkyZone my whole life, but will no longer do so due to one very mean and weird staff member.The last time I was there (and my last trip there too), was with two of my friends and for one of their birthdays. We were having fun, bouncing around in the usual manner. One tennage staff member was watching us, despite there being many people, but we ignored him.I at the time was the tallest, so fitting on the tallest end, and my friends were medium sized. We all stayed in the middle however, so we’d stay together. As the tall end thinned out and us middle kids started moving over, my friends did as well. I was joining them when that very same staff person stopped me and started berating me on breaking the rules. Confused, as technically THEY should have been the ones stopped, along with the other shorter people, I asked him why. He began ranting and raving about how stupid people like me make his working life miserable and to just shut up and listen to him. Excuse me? I had been doing nothing out of the ordinary, no backflips, no screaming. Why was he suddenly furious and unreasonable?After giving up trying to explain, (after being told ‘all you want to do is ruin your friends day’, how did he know it was even her birthday?) we all just went to the dodgeball court. Guess who showed up. That guy, every time, called me to the side saying I had been hit even when I wasn’t. Now, I play sports, I’m not one to break rules. I found it extremely frustrating how I wasn’t even given a chance, and he was clearly picking on me. The other person there, a older lady, didn’t even look at me when I’d ask her to let me in the game again as I hadn’t been hit like he kept saying. Very unprofessional.I will probably never darken the doors here again, and always continue to tell others about the bad service I experienced. Why spend that much money if you’re going to be treated like garbage.....Also, I didn’t get a chance to speak to the manager here as we had to leave, but seeing how apathetic and rude the other staff was including the front desk lady, I didn’t find it necessary. Why be treated poorly again.

I give skyzone four stars because my daughter loves going and always has fun. Adults can choose to jump on the trampolines with their kids or they can just watch, if they choose. It is quite a workout! You have to purchase socks for a small extra fee or bring a pair you already bought for them. They also have basketball, a warped wall, just like on american ninja warrior, and a foam pit the kids can jump in. You purchase time to use the facility, which is ok because after about an hour, everyone in your group will be worn out.

Fun place for kids they did make an err and did not have pizzas ready for kids birthday party so pizza came a 1/2 hour late and then they tried to rush us out for the next party when we just got the food

OK overall. You cannot do double flips or any kind of backflip INTO THE FOAM PIT. why do they have it there in the first place if you cannot do backflips or doubles. Other than that I liked it.

Such a fun place! A bit overpriced in my opinion, but the entire family has a good time nonetheless. I wish theyd loosen up on the rules a bit, I understand why theyre so strict, but Ive gotten talked to by an employee for jumping near my son. Almost like hey, you guys are having too much fun, time to put a stop to this! Idk lol They also have a snack bar, climbing walls, dodgeball arena, arcade games and vending machines. Check Groupon or similar apps for deals before you go.

Went to SkySone in Roseville with my six year old grandson yesterday. He was with younger cousins and sibling. They had a wonderful time. The place was not crowded at all. There were no children older than 12 when we were there. The staff was very attuned to all that was going on at each location. The 2 1/2 year olds had as much fun as the older ones. The place was very clean. Great place to bring small children.

You have to purchase the socks that are low quality and they are $3. The womens bathroom has a broken stall door and needs to be cleaned more often. Outside of that, its a fun place.

There is actually pizza and cake on the floor from the previous party. Not to mention the melted chocolate ice cream on the counter. Place is a disgusting mess right now, but staff has plenty of time to socialize amongst themselves. The girl taking pictures of the party? Dissappeared and only took a few pics. Sure, trampolines are fun, but cleanliness in a sweaty atmosphere is pretty much a no brainer. Even when you walk in, there is a bunch of trash all around the bleachers in the lobby. Wow! Have plenty of pics to show if anyone is in question.....

A great place to get your toddlers energy out. The staff is very helpful and always smiling.

Its a fun place, costs $20.00 per person plus a few dollars per a pair of socks. One thing I did not like is that the front door employees rushed in charging my card ending up with stickers that were someone elses and didnt noticed until a person called my sons attention and referred to him as a girl name. SkyZone you need to train your employees to spend the necessary time with eac costumer.

While I visited this place I observed the staff and manager discriminate against someone with a disability, and a young boy had his shoes stolen. The staff were completely unhelpful to the boy. Another patron gave the boy $100.

I love this place, so much fun.

It is not a bad place. I would have given it a higher rating if they avertised more that they shut down the main area for 10 people to do aerobics. Forceing the other 100 people to the foam pit, the smaller dodge ball area or mostly people left because there was no room for people muchless kids to jump. I would not have bought 2 hours if I knew this. We only got an hour of it. Management look around and talk to your customers. You upset alot of people for 10 people or $100.

Sky zone is fun but the teenage employees are a big problem. I was sexually assaulted from behind by another customer and when I tell an employee whats wrong he has the audacity to tell me and my party to forget about it. Terrible, if I can file a lawsuit I would but this is all I can do. Terrible terrible terrible
