Being generous giving two stars. Being nosey is an understatement. Just sitting on the porch everyone stares,others take pictures of people when they walk by...some think that quiet enjoyment should be at 7pm knowing this is a family park and enjoy yelling across the park and calling the cops on neighbors two streets over. The park has had to repair my concrete after a battle and hates to fix anything unless you know the law. I know Im not the only one but these homeowners dont seem to realize we have rights and protection. Instead, they have decided against sticking together to protect their homes. Just like any other place theres drugs and drama it would be easier if Equity Lifestyle Properties cared about the homeowners that contribute nearly a million dollars a year to their pockets. Ive never seen a place so poorly maintained and continue to push for the rent to increase yearly. Not everyone here is bad there are some nice families, but this community needs to be cleaned up so we can sustain value of our homes when its time to resell.P.SIm the guy that pushed the car up the road in the snow because they only plow the road once during the winter

I love my home but keep to urself ppl are kinda nosey..lived here for 11 years and i like my end of the trailer park..neighbors are older and more neighborly

Property is terribly managed and has deteriorated since ELS took over. They always raise rent but havent fixed playground fence in 3 years. Trash pick up is sporadic

Taunton Leisurewoods Manufactured Home. There you dont have pay for water or sewerage there. Hillcrest rent goes up 3 percent everyear. Rent is almost 700.00 it basically cover not much they. They pick up trash once aweek

Very quiet the people are very helpful will push your car in the snow storm if you cant get up the hill the people that live there a very caring and considerate

E.L.S. that manages the park are money hungry tyrannts that constantly try to raise the rent and not provide any services. Trash pick up and snow removal is inconsistant and maintenence is very poor. This park has seriously deteriarated since they took it over.

The place is very dirty management doesnt clean it up my name is dont care around me I take care of my place they wont take care of their place theres two people on here but the management doesnt really care and tripped roll out the people that dont take care of that place
