I visited this theater today to see Tenet. I traveled about an hour and a half, since the theaters in my state arent open yet. I was very disappointed with the sound quality. The audio was mixed horribly, meaning that the sounds that seemed like they should be in the background were front and center, and the dialogue was almost unintelligible. The bass was super loud, just overpowering anything else. I waited about 45 minutes just to make sure it wasnt the movie itself. I walked out and spoke to one of the workers, and he told his manager over his radio about the problem. Well, he told him the wrong theater. So after waiting another 30 minutes or so, I had to walk back out, find a manager and explain the issue. After another 15-20 minutes, I guess the manager turned the volume down, because it got a bit quieter. But the he did nothing about the mix. So, the dialogue was even quieter than it was before, and still couldnt be understood over everything else. I appreciate that the manager tried something, but he could have at least checked with us after the movie let out to see if we were satisfied. And on a side note, I recall as I was waiting to buy a drink, a guy came out from one of the other theaters asking for help because there was no picture in his theater. And after reading some of the other reviews here, maybe they should close back down so they can figure out all these issues.Edit: So, I did some searching about audio issues for Tenet, and it turns out many others have experienced the same thing. It looks like the filmmaker intended for the audio to be mostly unintelligible. So, I upped my rating from 2 to 3 stars. It wasnt the theaters fault for the sound mix, but it was still way too loud, which they did fix eventually.

This is a nice cinema, but thats about it. The employees could probably make a better effort, but I get it, not the best job. Its always clean and well organized.

I live in Concord, NC, but since our governor is too chicken to allow theatres to open, this is anyones best bet as far as movie theaters go. It felt nice to be back in a theater again, however, I spoke to one of the employees there about what can only be described as a blue blotch on the screen, and no, the people making the movie did not intend for it to be there, it was a projection issue. He said that he would deal with it, but for the entire movie the blotch did not go away.When a customer who has driven nearly an hour to see a movie because that is his/her only option, at least have the decency to try and fix the problem.

The theater seemed clean enough, but theyre not enforcing the COVID protocol very well. We had two people that appeared to have snuck into our theater, because they were seated right behind us, and they werent wearing masks. Essentially, no one is checking the auditorium before, or during the movie. Also, the concession prices were offensive; especially for the subpar quality. I dont think Ive had a worse batch of movie popcorn. Probably wont be returning

First movie in 6 months!! Saw Tenet and the theater was clean and nice. No recliners however.

People in the theater were on the phone and yelling in the theater, missed the 1st 20 mins of the movie. Went to get refund,spoke to one girl who offered a refund and free tickets to another show,but the tickets were bought online we where told we had to go through customer service for a refund. I was really disappointed!!

For being open during COVID-19 they seem to be doing all the cleaning they are required to do. My only complaint is the seating. I got uncomfortable around 15 minutes into the movie. Seats are very stiff and have no reclining seats (at least the ones in the screen room/theater I was in). Other than that things seemed ok.

They are taking health safety seriously. Very excellent

We attended a 6:45pm show and the lobby was crowded. There were 4 concession lines open. People who want to purchase tickets must stand in the same line as people who want to order concessions. We asked the manager about this process and he said to purchase the tickets online and you dont have to wait in line. I responded by saying there is an additional fee when you purchase online and he said yes. I told him that isnt fair for the customer and he continued to be sarcastic. I will start going to Charlotte from now on.

It was a horrible experience! The box office computers were down so you had to buy tickets at the concession stands. There were 4 lines and they were moving SLOW! Honestly it could have been handled better! 1 line for tickets only, 1 line for concessions only and 2 lines for conceasions and tickets maybe. Good Lord I missed the first 20 minutes of my movie waiting in line for water! The prices are outrageous! I wont be back for a long time! If I am going to spend that much money I may as well drive to Charlotte to one of the theaters that serve food with the comfy seats!

This is my favorite place to take my daughter to see all the new Disney movies. They make it easy to get in and out without having to worry about her getting ran over like most theaters.

My husband and I attended the 1:15 movie this afternoon. It was a cold rainy afternoon in January. There was no heat in theater 11. I went out to the concession to ask them to turn it on. They said they would, but never did. It was a little over two hours of misery, it was so cold. They have sound that will shake the walls and floor, but no heat. We feel that we should be rembursed.

Great movie selection and snack items. Still waiting on reclining seats. Otherwise, a fun place.

I just like the experience of going to the movies, that being said this was a good place to go we have been going for years not as nice as some theaters but better than others. If you want lower prices then dont stream and download illegal movies

I have always liked this cinema. They used to have lots of seating and tables in the lobby, but they have taken that away. I miss that. However, since you dont want the tables then place some benches in there. People do wait on others if they went to a different movie.Its always clean. They come in between the movies and do a sweep. But people should still be nice enough to take their own trash out. There are trashcans at the entrance to each theater. I know that popcorn will spill or candy dropped but you dont have to leave the bucket of popcorn on the floor or empty drinks in the holders. Be nice and take care of your own trash.The people are friendly.Come an enjoy a movie. My son and I watched John WICK 3And now I cant wait for #4.....

My Wife and I did the Regal pass, which saves us from the wait for tickets, which I highly recommend if you go to the movies once or twice a month. The cleanliness varies too much. The concession lines are also very hit or miss. Too much standing around and no sense of urgency from the staff.Seating can become uncomfortable, hopefully they upgrade seating some day like AMC did.

This place is dirty and overpriced. I can suggest 4 other movie theaters within a 15 min drive that are CHEAPER and BETTER quality (i.e. reclining seats). Ive gone three times in four years and never not regretted spending the money to go here.

Nothing particularly wrong but nothing outstanding either. I would note that they are now combining ticket purchases and concessions so I imagine peak hours are very slow. This location is also now making you choose your seats when purchasing your tickets. All food and drinks are overpriced but thats as expected.

To make a long story short: I paid $32 for my boyfriend and I to see Frozen 2 tonight in 3D because I have been dying to see it. They gave us KIDS 3D glasses--twice. The movie didnt work for the first 20 minutes of its showing- it was purple and green and VERY blurry through the first TWENTY minutes until someone went to complain. And instead of giving me the cup holder closed captioning device, they gave me a pair of glasses knowing I was seeing a 3D movie as what appeared to be two high school aged employees argued over what kind to give to me. I wear prescription glasses that I have to wear UNDER the 3D glasses, and I was supposed to wear those to be able to hear the movie too? THREE PAIRS? I was very upset that I missed the first part of the movie due to the theaters defect and continuous employee mistakes. The middle and end of the movie were great--wish I could tell you what happened at the beginning. :( Very upset.

Been going here since I was a kid and it has gone down hill. Almost $30 for 2 tickets and when you get to the theater especially theater 14 got 2 of the big star lights that are malfunctioning and several broken seats. If Im paying that much money for a movie not including the 20-30 for concessions the seats dont need to be falling apart and the lights working properly

Went in here to see a movie once. The staff was good. The place was clean and orderly. It was a great experience. This place is more of a movie theater on the upscale end of things.

Worst theatre ive been to in a while. They didnt clean from the previous movie and the cup holder and floor had trash everywhere. You have to wait in the food line to buy the movie tickets and it takes forever when there is only 2 employees for the entire place. Then they charge you 13$ for adult and 10 for a kid prior to 4pm. Way to high when there isnt recliner seats. They may have the stiffest seats ever made. Go anywhere but here! Trust me!

I wish they had the upgraded seats...that would make this place stand out against the rest.

Absolutely horrible... Went to watch the world premiere of IT CHAPTER TWO.Entire right side of theater speakers were blown out so all the sound was coming from only the front and left side and every time a deep bass hit the right side would crack... the concession stand was completely shut down so no refills of my soda or popcorn, not to mention they control the butter and salt you get for the popcorn.. I demanded a refund which was granted along with two free passes... However I will not return until these issues are remedied..

This is a really nice theater. Its very clean and the staff was very friendly. The only downfall is that you cant reserve your seats like you can at other Regal theaters but otherwise I enjoyed my first experience here. I highly recommend this movie theater!

Its still a nice theater. However, other theaters have spoiled us. Manchester doesnt have reserved seats or recliners. The seats are not even leather or rockers. They are very uncomfortable, straight back, fabric seats. With so many other theaters with more comfortable seats, this one will be low on my list in the future!

This is the last time I will take my family to this theater. You now have assigned seats you have to choose before you go in cant pick the seats you want you dont know who your sitting beside people next to us were loud and we couldnt move. Getting tickets and food at same counter slows everthing down almost missed movie and was 20 min early waited 18 of that. When I said something to employee was very rude and he whispered to me I was only one that seemed to have a problem with it but everyone was mad. Worst experience Ive ever had at a theater.

They have started this assigned seating, you pick your seats? This just started last week. This is only asking for trouble, I had to ask several girls to move from our seats. And got nothing but lip from them the whole night. Terrible experience. And had to buy tickets at the concession stand wait time was awful. Needless to say we will NEVER go back unless its absolutely free.!!!

Employees were nice, building was clean. The seats were the most uncomfortable that we have been in in years. The matinee prices over $10 was very unexpected and $9.00+ popcorn was just excessive. We got 2 drinks and 4 regular size candies was over $40. I know the cliche comments about movie theaters, but I believed this was excessive for such an old theater with the small screens and non-reclining narrow seats. The employees truly did seem to care about the job they were doing, but we will be going to the Charlotte area for movie theaters going forward.

Loved the show. The seats are comfortable, a great angle so you are not looking around the person in front of you. Love that it is clean especially the ladies room.

We got there at 11:55am and waited over 10 minutes at the door with movies starting at 12:15 and no one ever came to unlock the doors even though we could see people inside unloading a shipment. We finally just decided to leave...

Its a nice movie theater but I hate that the seats dont lay back or adjust in any way.I guess Ive gotten spoiled from theaters in Charlotte NC and other movie theaters Ive been to on vacation.Another thing is the girls with me said the ladies bathroom was a big mess.

The building might have a new paint job, but inside the theater is old. The ceiling in womens room is not very nice. Also, my mom misplaced her phone and I went to the concession for help. Person I spoke with didnt seem to care, no sense of urgency and was basically of no help. Sound for movie was good. Red Stone 14 on 521 much better choice!

Movies here are pretty amazing, and I prefer the seating to assigned seats. The lines can be pretty ridiculous though esp if you have to buy tickets through the concession stand when theyre busy.

Awful stay away from this place worse time at a movie I ve ever had over an hour just tobuy the ticket kids working the line had no supervision they were as slow as you could possible be with iut falling over. I will never go back again

This was my first time back to this theater in 10 years and it hasnt changed much. There was only one person working the box office, which was fine because it was around 11 am, but the concession stand was a little backed up with only 2 young men working. They worked as efficiently as possible, but maybe scheduling more people on a holiday week would be a good idea. Other than that, the restrooms were clean, theater was clean, and sound was good.

Seats are too narrow and not very comfy. For kids the seats are fine, but when you have broader shoulders you tend to be shoulders touching with others and if you are sitting next to someone else that is broad shoulders it gets awkward.Limited fountain drink options compared to competition and you cant wait upwards of thirty minutes in the concession like e because while they are kids working the counter most of them seem to not care how long you have to wait. We have been in lines that had two people working concessions and the lines were ten deep and employees were just sitting around and socializing. I would consider this poor management.

Just saw Avengers endgame! Theatre experience is the best for anticipated movie. Theatre has 5 to 6 concession lines, video games in lobby, and conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. Always clean.

Good theater. I see alot of movies here and Im always pretty happy with the experience.

My experience at this theater was quite interesting. My bag was checked for security reasons. At first, I didnt think too much of it because its for my own safety but then other customers who had bags were not checked. I went to my movie and the whole time there were customers making backhanded racist comments (you cant force people to change their views and I let it go). I left the movie half way and complained to the manager about the bag security check..I informed him that I felt singled out while other customers with bags were not checked. He told me this is standard procedure. I was offered a free ticket and I appreciate it but my issue is on weekdays this theater is a walking in closet. People go in without tickets and no security check either. My advice to management is if you want to implement the regulations then please do it for everyone and at all days and times.

The theater was clean and comfortable. The only problem i had was that they only had ONE person at thr ticket booth and the line was out into the parking lot. I was there 15 minutes before my movie start time but by the time I made it through the line, the previews were over and the movie had begun. I didnt even have time to stop at concession. Maybe because it was Sunday they were short staffed. I paid close to $13 for my ticket but was to frustrated to enjoy myself.

Paid $50 to see a 3D movie came 20 minutes earlier. Theater was dirty from the front door to the theater. Popcorn spoiled everywhere (even in the bathrooms) no one cleaning... What ever has taken place at this location has changed a fantastic place to something you would see at a $5 per admission theater.

Went to see Solo in a Friday for the 2:45 showing. Nice and quiet. Pleasant personnel. The seats were straight up, but it was still comfortable enough. Good picture and sound. Wish concessions didnt cost so much after paying a hefty ticket price.

They really make you feel welcome and the regal unlimited is a great thing to get.

I really like this location. Fairly small, and quiet, place. Very odd parking lot. Very good location: close to freeway access, food, and shopping. The place is clean. Employees are courteous. The movie selection is usually pretty varied, and has something for everyone.

This theater is ok. If youre vegan and you like to snack while watching a movie then you better sneak your own snacks in cause they dont have any vegan friendly options. The box office cashier charged me for 2 kids and I only ordered 1 childs ticket so I had to get a refund. Plus she forgot to give us our 3D glasses. And my mother-in-law ordered 2 tickets and the cashier only sold her one. She had to go back to the box office to get another ticket. The seats are uncomfortable but the sound and theater are good.

I hadnt been to the movies for quite a while. The staff were really helpful. courteous and friendly. I truly enjoyed my movie.

It was NOT a good experience....far too many commercials and previews. Says the movie starts at 1:15, but it doesnt start for 25 minutes due to add, etc. The cost for popcorn and a bottle of water was outrageous!!!!

We have always enjoyed this theatre but our visit last night mixed with the lack of manager making our experience right has us not wanting to go back. We went to see IT chapter 2 at the 7:15 showing in stadium 2. My husband had to go tell someone that the picture was black, only audio could be heard for first 15 minutes so we missed all the previews. The sound was very low for a theatre so it wasn’t easy to hear the movie when it started playing. The whole time we were watching I was itching. When we left the theatre I was still itching and came home and went to bed after taking a Benadryl. I woke up this morning still itching and inspected myself only to find I’m covered in bug bites. I immediately called Manchester and spoke with a manager to tell her that we paid $46 for two people to watch a movie and split a popcorn and drink and I’m covered in bites and my husband has bites on him aswell. No reimbursement was offered, no offer to come back on Manchester to make up for this incident, nothing was said except they would check theatre again. Kinda sad bc we can only afford to go here about twice a year and it’s a big deal for us to spend the kind of money, especially to miss the previews, barely hear the movie and itch the whole time from then through til the next day. We will be driving the extra distance next time to pineville and hopefully won’t run into this kind of experience again. Shame on you Manchester

We bought tickets online. .... no waiting in line in this 38°weather! got in bought 2 bottles of water, thats was $10. the movie was great and guest were respectful to guest. - but 10 bucks for water, never again!

I moved to Rock Hill 2 yrs ago. Ive visited this location on many occasions and I can honestly say I love the environment, its comfy, clean, neat and the staff always make me feel welcomed. Im sure youll enjoy it too.

The sign said open, but the doors were locked and windows locked up 15 min before a matinee. I was miserable in the theater. The air conditioning was so cold, I shivered through the entire movie and I had the sniffles for the rest of the day. The seats are also tiny and uncomfortable. I’ve never seen smaller seats in a theater before. Movie quality and sound was good. Prices were cheap, but there is a reason. Floors are crazy sticky and the bathroom was gross. I would love to see some upgrades to this theater since it’s the closest one to me and it’s in the middle of some great shopping. I would gladly spend more money for a better theater experience.

Although it was a Friday evening, it was incredibly empty. I was not happy to find the cinema that I was going to was hot as of people had just come out. I had to tell one of the staff to turn the AC down cooler for that room. I wish I had told them the room stank.. It really needed to be fabreezed. Makes you wonder if they even bother that late in the evening to clean.

Great popcorn and saw a few of my high school friends working there. Also when you say extra butter mean it bc be prepared for lots of it !! I love butter so it was no problem but if u ask for it u gotta mean it!!

Went to go see the new spiderman movie, clean rooms and great sound!

Everything you would expect out of a theater. We got our times mixed up so we asked if we could come back later to see the movie we want and they allowed it without much hassle. Nice people.

Movie was great. Not crowded.
