The roads are horrible. Huge potholes everywhere. Lots of abandoned trailers. Very run down. Would be a nice place of the owner attempted to take care of it.

People are very nice and social. The roads are HORRIBLE! Its too bad the park owner dont spend the money the city gave him to fix the roads instead of keeping it for himself. The renters deserve to have a good road!!
