We were looking at a house to rent & there was a lot of trouble from the beginning. The lady who showed us the house forgot our appointment & was almost 20 min. late. Then she wanted us to move in within a week which is incredibly soon but we were willing to work with her to figure something out. We sent in our application & required documents to move into the house & never heard back. We called & emailed for days & absolutely nothing! We just found out this morning that they put the house we wanted to rent on the market for sale. We found out looking online to see if it was still up for rent. This is incredibly rude & extremely wrong to not return our calls or emails to just even tell us they decided to sell the house & not rent it. Especially after we sent our pay stubs for the past 3 months & our personal information! We are extremely angry & I will never let anyone go through this joke of a rental company! They should be ashamed of themselves.

I have worked with 3Q for couple years, when I couldnt host some of my clients and I transferred them to 3Q for short term or long term rental, and all of my clients are super satisfy with their stays.
