Rent goes up every year and seems like nothing to show for it. Been here about 8yrs 6 different mangers some better than others. They will nit pick you apart, had a notice to clear my deck off had a Grill, snow shovel, 5 plants said it was an eyesore. Just to much bad to write everything. Only good thing I own my place and still Cheaper ($380)than a 1 Bed Apt in Rochester.
