I was so excited to be apart of gym and its basically a dream come true. Every minute Im learning not only physically but mentally. Ive improved so much and Ive barely been here a year. Thanks so much to Devo and Annie for showing me a new cheer gym that I love so much!

The coaches instill life skills from hard work to compassion and they make sure their kids know what it feels like to be All Stars in the community by working with organizations like The Dorthy Day House, Ronald McDonald House and more. Minnesota Extreme also takes time to have fun together with team bonding nights which has been a wonderful way for everyone to relax, have fun and really get to know each other. Its wonderful to watch Devo and Annie work so hard to realize their dream but what is even better is they truly take every Cheerleader on this wonderful ride with them. I would highly recommend if you have ever wondered if this sport is for you come and find out how awesome it is to be Extreme!

This is our first season with Minnesota Xterm and my daughter has increased her tumbling skill set immensly. She loves her new cheer family. The staff is great.

The owners are doing some incredible things with this group. They are driven to make their team the best. One visit to their gym really drives it home.

They give one-on-one Tumbling attention to the younger kids which sets them apart from the other gym in town where the preschoolers are shown how to do a skill and then left to their own devices. Good foundation.

In 1.5 years I went from not being able to do a proper forward roll to being able to do a round off back handspring... thanks to my coaches! PRACTICE MAKES PERMANENT - Brooklyn age 10We walked into MX on a random day in March of 2015, and we never looked back. The coaches have become like family and we couldnt be more proud to be a part of such a wonderful gym. Whether its weekly practices, tumbling or private lessons, these coaches are dedicated to their athletes. And its so much more than just a sport-- these coaches are teaching our children to be confident, to believe they can succeed, to be leaders, and what it means to have good sportsmanship. Devo and Annie have brought about a great addition to the Rochester area and we cant wait to watch the program grow!

I love it here mikki is the best coach and great with the kids and the owner is very nice
